Well it all depends, how much could be too much when contacting your team or downline.

The thing is how relevant is your mail to your team is. If its just to get the 30vp per week and the mail is not relevant it becomes something else, most especially for those who are not yet active in SFI.

To such inactive affiliate,, they may take it as spam mail and it may irritate them and it could end up discouraging them from being active. For such contacting them may be once in two weeks with relevant information about SFI and how you are progressing will or may make them get interested to become active.

Then for those that are active once a week is okay but with relevant info or reminder. When it becomes to much is when one ask you a question and you now post it to all it become frustrating to others or also when welcoming new affiliate to your team and you use your genealogy to post to all it becomes irritating to the rest

Specific mail should be targeted to affiliate who ask for it, do not force it on others.

Also it is too much when a sponsor begins to ask for help from his downline or solicit for his or her team to make purchases from them when they do not want to. The best a sponsor should do if he or she has things to sell is just to inform and who ever is interested will contact him or her.

So in a north shell contact your downline when it is relevant to do so and also when you have relevant information. Just like how SFI do their stuff,when there is an information they provide a link for you to follow on the news page whoever is interested will click to follow the news. I think that is how thinks should be done then to over disturb one with long mails that don't apply to one.

Hello this is a good question, and there so many answers to this. well this is what i think:

The main reason why more people don't work towards advancing SFI :

1. Almost everyone who joined SFI had high expectation to make it quick which is not bad, but only a few are willing to take the pain to work it out. So many saw it as a place to make quick money and had their hope dashed, but only few saw the potential SFI has in generating residual income if one can be patient and grow their business.

2. Most people where not ready to take the pain and grow in the business. They get overwhelmed with so much information and at the end give up when it may seems like nothing is happening.

3. There are a lot of people who do not have the resources to get affiliate or would not take the time to read the resources available in SFI on sponsoring and duplication.

4. Some are not ready to part with their money because they feel they may pay for so much and at the end of the month get little, but failing to realize that in a new business you may first in cure some losses before you begin to experience the fruit of your labor.

5. For others they lack of some sponsor's attention. I feel much more people would have taken SFI serious if only some sponsors who are just only interested in pulling so much affiliate would take their time in mentoring this will make more people to advance their SFI business.

6. There are those who are really new to the internet world so what to do per time may be a factor why so many are not advancing.

7. lack of internet connection can also contribute. There are some countries that one will need to travel a distance to get access to a internet connection or cafee. so the cost of transporting them self or amount paid to cafee may discourage them.

8. Then there are those who actually don't have the means to push their SFI business forward. There are many that are not financially able to cope so thats discourages them.

For the part of submitting a sponsor rating, i think it has being taken care of by the 10vp awarded for doing so. The main thing will be getting quality rating and comments.

The aspect of getting comments from your PSAs is what one will have to look for ways to make them do so.

One answer comes to mind be a great sponsor. Read the article on ''Be An Awesome Sponsor'' i think will do the trick.

Just learn on how to lead and grow a team of active SFI affiliates, and you get comments flowing like a river from your downline.

Blogging is an easy way to promote your SFI business and there are no restriction on the content you want to write on.

They only thing is how you present your materials and adverts this is because that will determine who will constantly keep coming to your blog.

So you can do the following to draw traffic to your blog:

1. learn the trade, that is to say try to know what makes a blog successful and work.

2. write a tutorial about your product ie SFI

3. Answer questions and comments

4. Advertise and talk about a new product or product of your interest

5. Connect with other bloggers

6. If you are into business or a provider of services, share exclusive discounts and promos. And

7. Also try as much as possible to connect with other social media like Facebook, Twitter, yahoo messenger, pinterest, Google etc

Hi Doreen Manson, in answering your question i had to read in-between the lines to get precisely what answer you are looking for in the question you ask.

The word prospect tells me its directed to PSA and not CSA. With CSA you wont need any initial contact because they are being given to us on attaining EA status all you need is follow-ups.

While PSA's you will need both initial contact and follow-ups, now which is more important.

This is my resolve:

Initial contact is much more important then follow-up. WHY?
Without contact there can not be any follow-ups, as it is said already first impression matters.

We can not underestimate the power of follow-ups but when you don't advertise your product who will you render services too.

It is until you make contact before the force of follow up can take place. So one has to put more effort in the initial contact that is to say your presentation or advertisement should be in a way that makes prospect to want to join your business and stay. But after getting them follow them up

Wow that is a very good question, and there are many ways one can attract and convince people to join SFI.

Just looking at SFI basics gives me ideas on how to do so. Looking at 3 major points:
1. Start earning money by accumulating VersaPoints
2. Increase your earnings by generating sales at TripleClicks.com
3. Maximize your income with sponsoring and duplication

This can be done without putting in any money at the moment, because most people get discourage when you tell them to start a business with money and may not want to know much about the business.

So first attracting them to understand what SFI is all about and how it can increase their standard of living with out committing any cash or making purchases will get them interested.

When opening an account with SFI one of the process you go through is setting up a welcome note for new affiliate. Well you can also fellow these simple steps:

1. Click on "My Acct" at the right hand of your screen.
2. Click on "Misc" (ie miscellaneous account option)
3. Then click on "My New Affiliate Greeting and follow the step given.

There are other ways you can automatically send messages to all your sponsored affiliate and also your up or downline. They are
1. PSA Mailer
