When I decided to join SF1, It was my decision. When I decided
to invest in my business, It was my decision to do so. I eventually
explained and gave him a tour of the site. I showed him what I
did everyday while I was online. I DIDN'T ASK for his permission
to buy items that I wanted because I use my own money. I didn't
take any money from him or away from the household. The thought
never entered my mind that I needed his permission to spend my
money on something that was important to me. He saw that I was
happy when I sat down to do my work online. And when I showed him
my Payoneer Card, he said "YOU ARE IN BUSINESS NOW.

Can I set up my SFI business to run on autopilot? If so, how?

No. The reason I think this is because it would stop you from learning. How can
You learn anything if you don't read and study your lessons. The only time you would
Check in with SFI is to see what your auto pilot did for you that day. That is
DEFINITELY Not True Leadership. How can you recruit PSA's if you don't know anything
Yourself? This business is all about reading and implementing what you have learned.
Don't take the lazy way to do your business.
How can you be an SFI Team Leader if you're not a born leader?

Becoming a SFI Team Leader is different from being a born leader. SFI gives you
All the material and resources that you need to become a team leader. It is up
To you whether you put it to use. But a born leader has a strong personality. He
Knows very early in life that he is not a follower. He is not afraid to go after
Challenges because he don't fear failure. He don't let what other people say hinder
His goals. He won't stop at being just a team leader, his goal is to be all
He can be. You can be a born leader too, if failure is not an option.

What do you tell prospects who say they aren't interested in SFI because they don't know very many people?

I would first explain to the person that I am trying to recruit
to sign in and just read what SF1 is all about. And if it just
one thing that they really find interesting, then they could
pursue that interest while they are learning the rest of what
SF1 is teaching. If they decide to join, I would ask them who
do they think would be interested in the same thing that they
liked about SF1. I would suggest someone in the family who is
always online trying to find a business , or one or two of their
friends who loves to shop, and maybe some people they know who
love to win prizes from auctions. Then I would suggest the silent
way of advertising with flyers, and W3 cards and gift cards. I
would tell them that they could print them out and leave them
wherever places that they frequent a lot. I would share with
that I picked up a flyer about SF1 at a grocery store and that
was how I joined. You never know who is looking to join your
business if you don't advertise, whether it is with friends or
family or someone who is a silent observer.
The silent advertising works for me.

Then it takes time for your team to build their business. All you can do is your

You have to be very patient and always have a positive and pleasing attitude what it

What do successful Leaders in SFI know and do?

Successful Leaders know their Business. They have knowledge
about what you need to do and where to go to find answers that
you need. They will answer your questions and then point you
to where to find it. They have badges to prove to you that they
have reading and learning. They are there for you whenever you
need them. They are willing to share with you if you might need
TC OR Gift CARD to make your goal for the month. And they do this
not from you asking, but know that you need it, because they are
monitoring your actions daily. They are not selfish because they
know that it is not about them, but helping your team to make it
to the top will keep them at the top.
Thank God for Good Team Leaders

Are there any shortcuts to success in SFI for new affiliates?

I believe that there are three shortcuts to success in SFl.
1. For three weeks, read and do all your lessons everyday.
2. Order TC 125 pack. Make this a Standing Order.
3. 0rder a S-Builders for PSAs, Standing Order.
Now you are still in your third week of reading, continue to read, learn
And put into practice what you have been studying. But now your mind is
Absorbing more because you don't have to worry about making EA, or EA2.
You don't have to worry about recruiting because you know that you have
PSAs coming to you every month. By the time they arrive, you should have
A good understanding of how to train and build your team.

If you could completely start over with SFI today, knowing what you know now, what would you do differently?

Knowing what I know now, I would invest in SBuilder and keep it as a
SO. It would have saved me a lot of time in trying to recruit on my own.
I did invest and then dropped it because I thought it was taking so long
Before I started to receive people. Now I have started again and I won't
Drop it this time. I want my 5 good team members, and now I am prepared to
Wait.
Which is more effective--distributing TCards online or in person?

I believe that giving gift cards personally is better, because it is real
Exciting when someone gives you a free gift card. You can't wait to start
Using it. Even though you have to go online to use it, the excitement comes
when you have so much to choose from. You don't mind spending a little extra
Money if it's something that you really want.
What is the best way to get new affiliates to focus on the E365 competition?

I would send them a warm welcome letter and explain to them about
E365 competion. I would give them praises for the points that they have
and encourage them to keep checking everyday to do everything they can
to get points for that day. Every 3 days I would send a message letting them
know how good they are doing and keep up the good work.
