I remember when I first signed up for our SFI business that I was struck by how fast I was given useful information on what to do every day,yet I was still wondering whether my sponsor would eventually contact me. He did and it was a relief to realize that someone real was actually welcoming me and speaking to me.I did not need more informations,I just needed to know that I was under the wings of someone who cared.
I believe at first you greet and welcome your new affiliates and reassure them that you are ready to help then you see how they respond .
The most important thing is to reassure them that they are never alone!
