Hi there,
I have read a lot of answers on this question!
I would like to add. If you want to be a leader, born or not, you have to know the business. How can you lead people, if you can't provide answers and solve problems or answer questions?
Anyone can be a team leader, if they are willing to learn and then teach, what they want the people under them to learn!
So, if you want to be a leader, start reading all that SFI offers you, if you don't know an answer, look for 1! I use

The most valuable thing I learned -
Don't give up, if you don't understand any part of SFI, ask!
Your sponsor, co-sponsor, your upline, a2a friends, the Forum or if all else fails, put in a support ticket!
SFI works, reading helps a lot, there is so much info, if you don't read, you won't understand it.
Also, very valuable - ADVERTISING - Duplicate what you're doing!

Great success to us all in SFI!!!

What do you tell prospects who say they aren't interested in SFI because they don't know very many people?

Hi there,
I had that question myself!
I tried my family, I still do! Not even one of them joined!
All of my downline is people I never met! Through advertising!
You don't need to know people personally, you just have to think, why did you join SFI? the reasons?
That is why most people join!
Just don't give up, it might take some time, but it will be worth it!!!

I need a mentor. What's the best way to find a mentor for SFI?

Hi Damien,
I read a lot of answers to your question!
My advice, ask your sponsor, if your sponsor is not helpful, go to your co-sponsor!
Otherwise, go to the Forum, I always get an answer, using above methods!
There is so many people willing to help at SFI and it is so easy to get an answer!
Great success to you in SFI!

What are the benefits of using an auto-responder system in SFI...or should I not use one?

I think the auto-responder are great, if it is send as a first time message. If you send an auto-responder every time, you don't have that personal relationship with your team. If you send you own message, and receive a personal message, you feel that the person took enough time to answer you and not a machine. I would want to have a conversation with a person, and I believe most of us prefer that too.

I think the TripleClicks TCards are a great marketing tool. To whom would you give the cards to and why?

I would give the gift cards to new people in my team, I would have loved to reveive 1 when I started out! Give it to people that's really trying or people that don't have the funds starting their business. Give them a gift card with wave3's gateway, that is something usefull and they get free tcredits and mrp's. So, they receive a lot, with 1 single gift card!!!

If sales isn't your strong suit, what should you focus on to create a full time income in SFI?

I am also bad at selling! I am focusing on generating affiliates, it is working for me so far. I do believe advertising is very important and the way you lay out the advertisement.
I struggled with it in the beginning. Then I changed my words in the ad, and the response whas great. So, I'm not good at selling products, I'm good at advertising!

When should we give up on CSAs who don't respond to our messages or do anything?

I have that same question, going through my head a few times!!! BUT, dome of them are friends, sometimes life happens and they can't go online and do their daily to-do-lists. Give them time. I believe that they will come around and see all the benefits of SFI. Never give up, that is my motto. Just keep on encouraging them, don't force them or tell them they are not doing their share! They will then never become part of a great team. It is their choice!!!
