The product I find most helpful is Link Sharing Advertising program.
What it does is build, instantly, customized splash pages.
How I use it. I find a youtube video or a web site blog, news item or valuable content. I provide a "nickname" for the newly generated splash page and instantly I have a website featuring the content I want to share surrounded by my ads for SFI and PriceBenders.
The ads default to SFI and PriceBenders but can be changed to what ever you want. The new link is acceptable to Facebook, LinkedIn, and every social media site I have joined.
I love it especially to soft sell SFI to friends and relatives.

Is it worth it to keep sending supportive emails to PSAs and CSAs who have 0 VP and been inactive for weeks or months?

Yes very useful.
Using the filters in the Genealogy, select those in active people. Then treat them not as a sign up, but a prospect. Focus on 3 things in your content,
1. Your successes. Win TCredits, win Daily Grand, win an Auction... Tell the story, let them all know about your every success.
2. How SFI works and why it is the perfect place to succeed. This is not training but recruiting. Write 5 or 6 emails on the compensation plan.
3. Valuable content. Rewrite the rules to success and send one out each week. Take a principle from the internet class and send it out, always closing the letter with, "You need to learn how to do business online and SFI will help you.

I need a mentor. What's the best way to find a mentor for SFI?

Find one in A2A. My mentor is 2 levels up in my upline. You should mail him.
Also, given all the great answers here it sounds like a product or set of products in TripleClicks may have a market here. Maybe a audio tape of some of the training material. Or may be a mailing offer on an Autoresponder that goes beyond Launch Pad. Or maybe someone capable could sell consulting at an hourly rate.
I agree we need mentors. We need to find our own answers but a human person who could listen to us and then zero in on the specific help we may need can make all the difference.
