When a team member asks a question, and you don't know the answer, how can you get them the best and correct answer?

You could explore two ways to address this. One you try finding the answers and then going back to the associate or you enable the associate saying that there is this wonderful place called forum where anybody can get any answer for their question. I personally would prefer the latter as enabling an associate is for the long term and he will at some point will be grateful that you pointed him in the correct direction while the the former addresses the problem no doubt but then it's more short term in nature.
There may still be a question in your mind what would the associate think if I tell him to go to the forum and not provide the answer. The best thing would be to tell the associate that you don't have the answers right now, however, you will get back to him/her within a specific time frame. Having done that, once you have the answer you can also guide the associate to tell them how you found the answer and how much it would help the associate used the forum not only to get their answers but also to increase their knowledge of the business. You may also provide some live examples of things you learnt by using the forum resources effectively to drive home the point.

How would it benefit me to transfer TCredits to my PSAs or CSAs?

Hello,
Transferring T-Credits is a form of promotion of your business. If you are looking at direct benefits there may not be one immediately. However, transferring T-Credits does help in:
1. Showing that you care for the success of your PSAs/CSAs.
2. Create awareness on price-bender auctions among PSAs/CSAs which can potentially turn into income at a later point.
3. Awareness on the vast range of products on offer in triple clicks.
4. Could encourage your PSAs/CSAs to become an ECA which can potentially create residual income for you.
5. It shows that you are running a very serious business where you along-with your associate want to grow.
6. Sets an example for duplication by your associates.
Warm regards,

How do you explain the importance of MRP (Member Reward Points) to your PSAs?

I think we can explain the importance of MRP by giving example of credit card that people relate to in their daily lives.
"Most of us use credit card for purchasing various items. Credit card companies award points for every purchase made which when accumulated, could be redeemed either by purchasing items or availing services as listed in the service providers reward list.
The concept of MRP is the same. On every purchase in triple clicks MRP (Membership reward points) are awarded. These can be accumulated and redeemed at any point in time. Products listed in Triple clicks web site have the retail price and the MRP price.
MRPs can be earned/accumulated in the following manner:
1. Winning daily grand
2. Purchase of items in triple clicks
3. Using T-Credits in bids
These MRPs can be used to purchase anything from the triple clicks store. Most importantly we can buy T-Credits which can be used to bid in auctions. There are a number of examples of people winning expensive items such as TV's, IPADS, Coffee makers at throwaway prices by placing bids. Start accumulating MRPs and you can rock the triple click store.
All the best! Keep rocking!! "

How can I get my downline members to understand SFI and what to do?

Making your downline understand the concept of SFI is not that easy as it sound. It is similar to selling a product and make the downline member understand what benefits it would bring to them. In my opinion I think it is important to create a standard operating procedure which would list down step by step approach of the acitvities that need to be performed.
- SFI already has lauchpad which provide comprehensive training. However, most if not all get intimidated by the amount of information.
- As mentioned create a standard operating procedure (SOP) - For e.g. you can list down the action and consequence thereof clearly highlighting the benefits.
One of the challenges I have been seeing is not many people read through the instruction and training provided. They expect to get a rule driven instruction which would help them execute things fast and start making money which is the reason why a simple SOP with Rules and and the potential earnings would help them understand the simplicity of SFI model.
Additionally, one thing that we need to re-iterate is the fact that there needs to be some investment ( time, money, discipline, rigor etc) for setting up a busines. Be it internet business or otherwise. My suggestion would be to make sure this is reiterated in no uncertain manner so that all of them understand that this is serious business and not an easy money making maching at the click of a button.
