Should I reach out to the affiliates on my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. generations...or leave support to their sponsor?
Affiliate since: 09/06/2012, Power Rank: 99999999
Reaching out to your 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. affiliate is not a bad idea but it will make you not able to train your PSAs properly. You can send a weekly message to all of your generations, but you should concentrate on training your PSAs to train others. This what is popularly referred to as training the trainers.

Payment restriction in your country is not really your fault and there is nothing you can do about it. But there is another way out. Just focus on recruiting affiliate and mentoring them very well. Affiliate since: 09/06/2012, Power Rank: 99999999
Yes, they may never had run an organised business before but the fact that they are living, means they must have run some informal business in the course of life so do not be bothered. For a start tell them the importance of advertising. I know they might be okay with the offline advertising only. But you can make them also to tap into the online advertising also by advising them to use the S-Builder.

I have affiliates who are inactive. Is it a good idea or bad idea to reassign them to my active affiliates?
Affiliate since: 09/06/2012, Power Rank: 99999999
Reassigning affiliates to your active affiliates is one of the notable ways of encouraging your active affiliates. The question of whether to reassign inactive affiliates to active ones is basically how you handle the process. These are some of my submission on that:
1. Be honest to tell your beneficiaries the position of the assigned affiliates.
2. Give them your suggestion on how you feel they can be motivated.
3. Periodically ask them how they are fairing with the assigned affiliates.
4. Ask them about their challenges
