My turning point was when I realized that, I had grown up to the extent of not wanting to jump from one business venture to another for ill gotten gains. You see in 2008 I had been in SFI(six fiqure income) for a few years and was receiving monthly checks over $9.00 but, I listened to others in my family who, thought that I was wasting my time earning such a small amount of money. So I gave up!
Now, I'm back. I joined again in August 2012, four years after I quit realizing that I had already found what I was looking for in a full rounded business equipped with total support from forums, a2a, an immense training program, marketing tools and my own store for which I am the boss.
I have achieved success because I came back and proved to myself that I can be successful in this business. I did it before I allowed others to convince me otherwise. I have made great strives already since I've come back because I believe in myself and SFI(Strong Future International).

I know I should work with the workers, but how many follow-up messages should I send to inactive CSAs/PSAs before giving up on them?

I truly believe that you never give up on them. This was a choice of theirs to join and I'm going to give them every opportunity, to give it there best shot, so I will send messages to them until they either op-out, or decide to work on their business. Just keep sending them different tasks to do. This way, you won't feel that you didn't do everything possible to, give your assistance to them so they could succeed.
