I have affiliates come to me for help who are not part of my team--should I help them or send them away?

I'd help them if I could. We are ALL SFI, with their success you theoretically work to enhance the company as a whole.
Now that I have qualified for the level of EA what do I need to do to advance to Team Leader?

ONLY when you have one or more Executive Affiliates who have maintained the rank for at least 2 months does becoming a Team Leader make sense. The ONLY practical advantage is the matching monthly VPs you get from EA2s, which will help you in your quest for Class champion.
Is it possible to build a substantial Income with SFI, within 3-5 years, by purchasing ONLY a few S-Builder Co-op shares each month?

ONLY if a sizable number of your referrals are regularly buying T-Credits and consistently working Tripleclicks. In my opinion, the money in this business appears to be in Tripleclicks
What is the most important benefit, besides money, you have gained from being in SFI?

A sense of community. People seem to talk in here and I enjoy logging on to read some of the comments and even get the occasional message.
How would you rate yourself as a sponsor and do you think your PSAs would agree with your rating?

I see me as an interactive and beneficent sponsor.
I send greetings to all referrals, but REALLY amp comments up when I see initiative.
I repeatedly offer help--I WANT to hear from my people.
When I am able, I send out gift certificates. Sometimes people want to do for themselves but do not have the means. A $5 gift can mean more than 200 VPs, which can make a difference.
I check on my "movers" and send timely warnings, comments, and advice. There are small sinkholes in SFI that I'd like to help my people avoid.

How do I encourage my affiliates to set up a Standing Order?

The Standing Order will:
Minimize their personal upkeep costs to $30/mo.
Simplify their SFI experience so there are no unpleasant surprises.
Helps to get a jump on and keep them "above the green line" so they can reach their Class Finals
