I have affiliates come to me for help who are not part of my team--should I help them or send them away?

Affiliates seeking your help must not be turned down. Just like all of us, we all are part of the same team and for a team to move forward we must help each other. If it is possible that you can help them then please do. It just shows that they are serious in pursuing a career here in SFI to ask for help.
What is the best method to recruit an ECA (E-Commerce Associate)?

The best way to recruit an ECA is to talk to them personally. You can either go to their office or talk to them on Skype. It very easy to show to them what to do if you are there in person. And it also shows to them that you are serious and want to help them in anyway you can.
