I have many affiliates in my genealogy that haven't been active for weeks. Should I just ignore them?

It is a must encouraging your team to keep motivated as much as you can by sending positive uplifting messages that also duplicate your progress to help them see what good is occurring in your hard work can benefit them to in there hard work, this may seem like a waste of time trying to get people to not give up when they are not eager any more or need a push to help them along to stay, your perseverance will pay off positive, some times people do not always get messages so it is good to keep sending them so when they log in to SFI at some stage they will read your message from there page inbox, and when read it can uplift a person to want to keep with SFI and not give up, lack of communication in any team, can bring a team down, teams that stay focused doing all they can to learn from each other, strengthens the team to be confident, motivated and driven to the success they been wanting and will achieve it through the efforts together.People have been known to work alone and still succeed, yet always remember, what we all can do together, makes a big difference in getting the goal complete.

There is nothing wrong in multi tasking and trying out all options to see what suits you best before making a decision, all sfi members will all have different opinions and goals on why they will get something worth while for them self to benefit them, some times income is difficult for some people spending money on a regular monthly basis, some may go for a cheaper option to start with then gradually move up to an item more expensive, all options are good S Co op, IAHBE, Wave3,ECA and more, depending on how you want to run your home business whether on line or off line or both choice is yours, they all have good prospects for future. Some options are not costly, some are free, you just got to know what you want more of to benefit you.

I recently added in a forum a post called sink or swim to the top? this is based on lack of team support whether sponsor or affiliate, getting motivated and involved is highly important when you are aiming for a goal and want it to be a success, you will find there are people who lose interest in things very easy and if there is no wow factor to keep there interest and motivation alive, they will quickly sink and everything else sinks to, if a sponsor is not giving enough wow factor to there affiliate team, then how are affiliates going to feel motivated or find trust in the team gaining any goal and seeing the positive results? It is an important task to remember, whether you have new affiliates or old, and whether your a sponsor, a leader, what ever you are, you should think about what got you motivated to want to gain the success and get to the rank you are now or not? setting examples is important, when you know something has worked for you whether now or before, put that action in to a positive step to encourage your team to look forward to something they really want and with you. Negativity is not a good thing to have in a team, positivity and trust and truth is very important to show that what you believe is possible for you, is possible for any one, some affiliates can be skeptic of things, they need to know what will benefit them, give them reason to want to be on the SFI, once they see results of something happening and it is a start whether it be rewarded or gaining some money for first time, or being valued, it helps that person want to stay and aim high, set a goal, and aim for it, and complete the goal together or show your team how it is done so they can learn from you that the way it worked for you, it can for them to. Make things simple not complicated, keep communicating and aiming for fun times that will inspire affiliates to be happy they are on your team and look forward to the next goal you set.

You will be surprised just how much information you can find out on your CSA's or PSA's by going in to your Genealogy or Affiliate Manager found in the black bar on your SFI page listed under "Power Tools" once in there, click on any of these once inside Basics Versa Points S-Builder Communication Aff Mgr Sales Gift Cert Geographic Reassign T Credits
, this will give you more information about your list of people under CSA etc. plus how they are doing in there VP Ledger what weaknesses and strengths they have, and you can send a private TM message to them to let the person/s know what they may not know or realise they need to be doing to be working on to keep there points growing and also anything else like "Competitions" losing rank or gaining rank, gaining sales if they have not or need more sales etc. the list goes on yet it is very helpful to you and your team to keep on top of each others efforts and make steady progress and helping those who need a boost how to get things done without struggling alone.
