Which is the best option to qualify for EA each month & why? For example IAHBE, S-Buider or any other option?

There are different ways to renew you EA status monthly. I think for one time 1500 VP score , you can by Veruny. But for me IAHBE is the best, because its economic no shipping fees, especially for me living outside USA.
I have affiliates come to me for help who are not part of my team--should I help them or send them away?

I think helping them I cannot loose something. Remmember we belong to same family which is SFI and we all have the same aim. Why not helping each other, sharing my experiences with others?
How can I motivate my friends to join SFI?

Remember how were you invited to join SFI. Am sure you joined SFI as you're invited from sombody else, a friend, or whoever.
To motivate people we're talking about the good manners as well as marketing practices to convince somebody to do such a thing.
We are lucky because SFI provide us with good tools to persuade people to join us. Go to Marketing and everythinh is there. On other hand you can choose your own words for that. Remmember you're dealing with people with different sensitivity. You have to expect different ways of reaction.

You are a sponsor who has lost touch with your downline. How do you reconnect?

Normally it cannot happen since we're communicating at least once per week trough mails. But what can eventually occur, especially when the CSA is no longer interested in business, he/she will remain indifferent to any contact you try to maintain to him. In my downline for eg. there are people I personally brought into SFY which are no longer interested, intesd of OPT OUT, they are STACK. They do nothing, months after months. I understand that each and any choice must be done wisely
