What is the best way to evaluate Traffic Exchanges for SFI use?

The best way to evaluate Traffic Exchanges for SFI is to set up an SFI advertising co-op for each Traffic Exchange. Use the co-op URL instead of the gateway URL for the Destination URL when adding your banners or SFI site URL to the Traffic Exchanges. Using the Hit Tracking feature and the number of signups you receive from each Traffic Exchange will help you determine which Traffic Exchanges are worth your time. You may even decide to upgrade at a Traffic Exchange that provides you with good results. This is an excellent question!

How can I best respond to an affiliate who feels they worked hard but are unhappy with their first commission?

I actually had this experience with an unhappy affiliate, so I can sympathize with you. However, this is how I responded to the affiliate:
"When I first started, I earned a little as well, but each month, I am making more and more. It is discouraging at first, but it is important to find at least four affiliates that are willing to duplicate your efforts and get to EA status each month. It is vital that you find a way to become at least a Bronze Team Leader to start seeing the income potential of SFI. The matching VP on ALL EA2s in your downline up to 6 generations deep really adds up to lots of TripleClicks pool shares if they are duplicating your efforts. In addition, the TripleClicks direct commissions will increase as well.
Stick with it. It's worth it."

What is the most important benefit, besides money, you have gained from being in SFI?

The most important benefit I have gained from being in SFI, besides money, is the friendships and business relationships I have formed with some of my upline and some of my downline and a2a friends. These people are so caring and supportive that I can hardly put into words how much I admire them. They have kept me inspired and motivated to build my SFI business when I didn't know if logging in and working on my SFI business every day was worth while.
Now that I have qualified for the level of EA what do I need to do to advance to Team Leader?

Great question! You will have to start getting others to duplicate your efforts to obtain Team Leader status. You also need to purchase at least 1,500 VP worth of products from TripleClicks. It is necessary to have at least a 3 star rating as a sponsor, if over 5 of your personally sponsored affiliates rate you each month. It is mandatory that you confirm that you have updated your leadership page on the 1st, 11th, and 21st days of each month by clicking on the red LP button at the top of your SFI homepage and clicking on the appropriate button for the time of the month that it is.
I have found it necessary to log in to SFI every day in order to maintain Bronze Team Leader status. However, I can still never obtain BTL status without the duplication of my efforts by my personally sponsored affiliates, so I definitely appreciate their efforts. I use my daily logging in to keep track of their activities, so that I can offer them support and encouragement.

You are a sponsor who has lost touch with your downline. How do you reconnect?

If I lost touch with my downline through some unfortunate circumstance, I would send a personal greeting card to each of my movers, thanking them for still remaining active and congratulating them for not allowing my absence to prevent them from working towards their financial goals. I would sincerely apologize for not being there to support their growth, then I would let them know that I intend to be a constant source of support from now on.
I would send a Genealogy mailer to all of my downline and apologize for absence and ask them if they have any questions for me. This mailer would also let them know that I will let them know from now on if I will be unavailable for any extended period of time.

How much should an SFI affiliate spend on advertising each month?

An affiliate should start by setting a small advertising budget for the first month and see which type of advertising provides him/her with the best results. Then, if the affiliate can afford to, he/she should use some of the earnings the advertising helped him/her receive to purchase an increasing amount of advertising that actually brings results. For example, if the affiliate joins a traffic exchange and only purchases the monthly subscription then finds that the traffic exchange brings good results, he/she should think about purchasing the 6-month or yearly subscription.

What is your experience or your opinion about running contests (and providing prizes) to motivate your PSAs?

The contests that my sponsor runs always motivates me because it provides an additional incentive for doing things that I need to do anyway to build my SFI business. I have tried running contests myself, and I have had good results from them. I use the Stream to keep just the affiliates eligible for the contest up-to-date on who is doing well in the contest. I also use the PSA Mailer to inform my PSAs of the details of the contest and provide tips for how they can succeed in the contests. Contests are a great motivational tool.

What is a good goal to shoot for in SFI this year?

Great question! A good goal for SFI this year is to seek to help those you sponsor to achieve EA status consistently. This will ensure that all of you are building your downlines, at the very least with CSAs each month. The long term goal for the year is to get to Team Leader status yourself, then help your downline do the same. Achieving this goal will explode everyone's income potential in your downline, including yours!
Now that I have acquired Bronze Team Leader status with 3,000 VP, how can I maintain my monthly 3,000 VP and BTL status?

Congratulations on achieving Bronze Team Leader status! It is definitely great to be a Team Leader. You can maintain this status by setting up a standing order on TripleClicks, as you must have at 1,500 VP worth of purchases from TripleClicks to be a Team Leader. So, a 1,500 VP standing order ensures that you get that. Make sure you always check your Leadership page, and keep it updated on the 1st, 11th, and 21st days of the month. Be an awesome sponsor to ensure that you get at least a 3-star rating from your PSAs if you have over five PSAs that rate you as a sponsor each month.
I have found it to be very helpful to purchase at least ten items from TripleClicks each month with my TCredits, so that I can review them before the end of the month and receive 25 VP for each review. Only reviews of digital downloads are limited, so otherwise, you can get unlimited VP for reviewing TripleClicks purchases. I also find it necessary to log in every day and do all the Daily Actions, Weekly Actions, Monthly Actions, and Intermediate Actions that I can possibly in order to maintain my Bronze Team Leader status. Still, even with doing all of that, I have to help my PSAs to achieve EA status each month in order to become a Bronze Team Leader each month, which is something I am happy to do anyway, as I want them to succeed as well.

I have a large downline, but few are advertising SFI. How can I get them to start advertising and marketing SFI?

One way to get them to advertise SFI is to hold a contest for those who sponsor new affiliates or new ECAs. You may want to set up a free autoresponder like Listwire and provide training on free advertising to those of your affiliates who opt in to your mailing list.
