This is the one of Best question that most of people facing with their PSA. But i can give you best way what to do as i am spending least amount and getting higher ROI. Let me tell you what to do in such situation.
I have the Formula which is DPRM. Let me elaborate it. I will try to be laconic in all points.

1) Digest the Basics:
First You need to clear them about Basics of SFI, what is the system, what they need to do daily, what are the ways to earn, which way will be best to earn , in which subject they have mastery to go for, where they can give their maximum contribution.

2) Proper Planning to go Ahead :
Immediately after the registration of your PSA you need to give the way how to use Free versapoint efficiently. Because some people taking all VP of Getting started actions, intermediate actions and going far above 1500vp on 1st day. Rather you can give them way how to use that free VP efficiently to retain EA and to be above greenline so they can be in E365 contest also. I would suggest them to do little investment of 1.95$ for wave 3 membership. If they can't do or cant trust to invest then its your responsibility to issue Gift certificate for them. Because once they will get benefit you will never get below 5star rating and sufficient matching VP from them.

3) Retain Status :
Now point is that what can your PSA do after free vp will be finished. How they can use other VP source efficiently. So as a responsibility of sponsor you again need to give them proper structure how to retain their EA status easily using some tips. I always recommendation my this post to retain easily because i have passed through this and due to that way i am now BTL. I would like to give them this way to retain EA:

By the way self experience is best way to give advice to your PSA.

4) Maximize Earning :
Once they get stable with status now you need to give them way how they can earn easily. In which area they can go for. Some can go for selling, some can build good team etc. So as a sponsor you need to understand for individual & give advices and different formulas to boost up their earning. You have many tools like team mail, stream tab, contest on leadership page etc. As much you be in contact with them that much output you will receive.

If you follow this formula , i am pretty sure you can give your best for your team, and your PSA's success is your success. Hope this will help you a lot.

There are number of factors affecting for winning the auctions.

=> Your budget for spending for particular auction.
=> Proper planning for auction winning like 1st you will win 300tc then go for 50csa then Feature auction. Never try to win all auctions. you may loss in most cases.
=> Have a look at latest winners First.
=> Mind the names of serial bidders.
=> Latest PTP winners.
=> If any person won 3 auction then he will not come again for 5 to 7 days so take care of it.
=> Bidders joining date so you can assume their experience of bidding.
=> Daily analysis of some bidders habit of bidding.
=> Use of autobid wisely.
=> Timing of when to bid and when not to bid with some bidders.
=> Making impression as a Serial bidder so some people leave just when you come.
=> Some intelligence of making someone bored so finally he leaves auction for you :)

These are my recommendations to improve the WAVE3 Program :

1. Wave3 kit should be available with in 10-15 days in any country of the world. For this Wave3 can take extra fees 1-3$ for faster shipping , it will be reasonable.

2. For the affiliate who have passed 1 month in SFI can purchase with their SFI account balance even if it is below 7$.

3. Some Printed SFI ID Visiting cards should be available with W3 kit to respective affiliate to promote w3 program.

4. Weekly 250$ winner prize should be divided in 3 parts as !st winner 100$, 2nd winner 75$ and 3rd winner 50$ so 3 different people can get benefit of it and it will be very much helpful to expand W3 program.

5. There should be 20 runners up.

See E365 is very much Important challenge for the affiliates for their 1st month.
What you need to do is :

1. Give them proper knowledge of the Whole scenario of SFI immediately after sign up.

2. Indicate point of E365 in your welcome letter so they can aware of it.

Nice Question, I got this question from many of my a2a friends and some PSAs.
Let me tell you what you can do to have Full time income as i am also very poor in selling area.
There are several way to earn in SFI , i am pointing out 2 most Important ways here and as usual I will try to be laconic again.

1) Strong and Deep rooted TEAM :
One of the best way as per my point of view. Try to make a good & strong team ,
having a larger downline is greatest advantage for you.
As you know ultra-simple 3-step plan of SFI :
1. Become an Executive Affiliate (EA) and remain an EA every month.
2. Recruit five affiliates using the methods mentioned in SFI.
3. Teach your five affiliates to do these same three steps.

Simply think, once any Active PSA will be under you then he will be there for LIFETIME.
what are the benefits will you get from him is :
1. 45% of direct commission of their all Tripleclicks purchase.
2. Matching versapoint every month if you are Teamleader.
3. 100VP on each listing of items their ECA.
4. 100VP on their EA2 status if TL then more and more.
5. PSA will expand your team , so no need to worry more for getting PSA once you get good number of Active PSA.

2) ECA :
If you can't sell by own then let it do to others :)
As you know Triplecliks is one of the best International Store , there are number of people who are master in marketing and selling then what you need to do is set up the store and then :
1. Increase commission volume of your Items , so all marketer will never miss chance to sell your products.

It's a very nice question for the people who are suffering from marketing and having no knowledge of PPP.I would like to tell you that playing with PPP marketing is for the people who are really good marketer. I have 3 year of experience in this PTC marketing.

What you must be aware of it is :

1) See every day there are more than 20-30 sites launching. So you must be aware of source from where these new sites coming like BUXHOST, PTCgen, Adhitz and its different version.

2) Each sites having there own criteria for offering advertising cost. BUXHOST sites are much cheaper. So your budget criteria will be considered here.

3) You must study PPP advertising cost and time duration that different PPP sites offering. comparison will give you efficient budget manipulation.

4) Never miss the promotion offer of PPP sites. Because some of new PPP sites offering free advertising of some clicks just for signup.

5) There are number some admins who having good impression in PPP market and having serials of sites where you can get quality and quantity traffic. In such sites go for advertising and track your result by giving some input.

6) You must be aware of some PPP sites where you can get million of clicks in a single day(e.g neobux, clicksense etc.) with some heavy cost but if it is giving Quality result then investment in such PPP sites will give you long term benefit for building up your Team.

After of without trying a single PPP sites you will not get good experience and proper knowledge so go for single site and then you will get some assumption in which way you will go for next. Tracking result on different sites will give you familiar environment for future PPP marketing.

As per my point of view Tcredits or Affiliate reassignment or Gift certificate, any one is the best way to attract your Affiliates.

What is essential part of contest is " You must get them know the IMPORTANCE of your Contest prize"

Let them know about IMPORTANCE of your contest prize as below.

1) Tcredit are essential to get MRP by bidding it in auction also to purchase e-books and getting VP by reviewing it.

2) Affiliate reassignment is the best way to make your affiliate team stronger so in that way Affiliate reassignment contest give larger contribution in both yours and your Affiliate's progress.

3) Gift certificate is also a good prize as it can help your affiliates to purchase their desired stuff from Tripeclicks.

Before organizing a seminar you must be prepared with every aspect of SFI. Well PRACTICE is important factor here. Always be confident about what you speaking because that concerns a lot to listeners. Keep Eye contact to all people and ya gesture makes your speech more confident and also makes you relax. You must prepare properly structured PPT or speech to get interest of listeners. Go step by step and put some example and proof of your achievement so it will get attraction and notes will be taken by listeners even. Give the real idea and compare it with current situation of online business with it. Well in between don't forget to give difference of SFI to any other online business. Key factors of SFI which lead SFI to this stage must be at some intervals to connect people's mind with it. Use very simple language so everyone can understand. Be prepared with all question regarding SFI system. For that ask yourself what can be the question raised and prepare perfect answers so it will be more easy at the time of end presentation. At last of seminar clarify doubts of all people and don't forget to give gift cards or flayers also :)
