How can I motivate my friends to join SFI?

It is a great conversation piece. Also, I've learned the Wave 3 sticker on my back car window is a great conversation starter. When someone mentions a product that we sell on our site, then I begin there as well. You just have to start the conversation and you'll peak their interest.
How can we communicate effectively with team members who speak different languages?

That's the great thing about SFI. No matter who you are speaking with, others read your responses in their own language. How great is that!

A good and proficient leader is one who maintains great customer service even though it is an online business. Treat each CSA or PSA, affiliate or sponsor with the same respect you would if a customer walked into your business doors. With one on one attention and attention to detail, you will see your leadership style make a profound affect on your business.

Be consistent with your streaming emails to encourage, remind and education your team. Once they realize that importance, they will want to work harder to achieve that goal.

Don't believe everything you hear about free advertising. Do your research to make sure you are getting a good referral. If it is supported by SFI, then you can be assured it has been tested. Just be ware of free advertising suggested by any and everyone on SFI as I've found some of them to be somewhat sketchy. Again, be a smart business manager and spend your marketing dollars wisely.
Do you need to have your own website (if so, why) or are the Gateway websites provided by SFI adequate?

Every gateway to allow a potential affiliate is a plus. Also, by having your own website, you can connect with other businesses as well - a community effort placing you out to the future affiliate.
