The beauty about SFI is that there is mentorship all over the place.
The first point of mentorship is your sponsor. It is a sponsors responsibility to learn all that he/she can and pass it on to their PSA's. However, this isn't the case all the time; because a sponsor cannot teach what he/she doesn't know.
As a result of this are assigned Co-Sponsors that also offers mentorship to their CSA's. If you have a sponsor that is not reaching out to you; you can also reach out to your co-sponsors for mentorship.
Another way to get help is by using ASK SC. This is one of the tools that I myself love to use. There is so much information that you can learn here from what others are asking and sharing in order to grow your business
A2A- You can also learn from your A2A friends. Personally this is one to the place that I get my motivation from.
And most of all you can learn a lot from attending what I call the SFI school for success. SFI is fairly simple and straight forward. There is a wealth of information here. SFI has provide us with training materials and resources that is very vital in growing our business.

How do you deal with PSAs who you offer unconditional support but still rate you poorly?

That's a great question to which my answer is
1.Continue to offer your unconditional support
2.Find out the reason for the poor rating
For example I had a PSA that always rated me poorly and I could never understand why when I was always sending them information on what they needed to do to build their business. It turned out that even though I was sending out the information there was a language barrier. Now that I know what the problem is whenever I am sending out information to that particular person I use google translate to translate that information in their native language.
You want to continue to supporting them for the fact that they are rating you shows that they are trying to build their business but the low rating maybe a result of them being frustrated. If they write comments with their ratings you should follow up on those comments. If they don't leave a comment then you might want to send them a message like did, stating that you notice that you received a low rating from them this month and you would just like to know how you can better assist. More than likely if there is a problem they will let you know then.
I hope that this help in answering your question

What is the best way to convince my PSAs that they should set up a Standing Order?

Let me begin by saying that the best thing for you to do is to lead by example. If you want your PSA's to set up standing order, you yourself have to be on standing order. If you are not on standing order the question that your PSA might ask his/herself is why should I when my sponsor is not?
If your on standing order the next thing is to teach or show them the importance of standing order. Once your standing order is in place you have one less task to complete every month. You don't have to worry about your re-qualification because it is already done.
Another thing to point out is that you get extra perks when you are on standing order; such as extra entries in the daily grand drawing.

Why do some affiliates find success with SFI in just weeks, while for others it takes months or years?

This is a great question and I think there are a couple of factors that we can take into consideration when answering this question.
1. Work ethic; some affiliates have the mentality or impression that once they sign up and do nothing their business will succeed. As a result many of them are unwilling to put in the time and effort that is needed to build a successful business.
2. Being a good learner. People who are successful read and follow instructions. They listen to they listen to others who are successful and do what they are told to do. (Duplication)
3. Financal backing- The truth is that it does take money to run your business. Free advertising works but paid advertising works even better. I have had team members who have expressed that they would like invest more into their business but are unable to do so.

How do you handle being rejected over and over again when presenting the SFI opportunity to others?

When building a business such as SFI there will always be rejections. A great way to handle rejections is to use it as a motivating force. The truth is, this business isn’t for everyone; but it’s for someone. If I tell someone about the opportunity that SFI has to offer and they choose not be a part of my winning team then this business is clearly not for them. As a matter of fact, I welcome the rejections because it's less time spent one someone who refuses to change their lifestyle.
There is no point in carrying dead weight. I rather someone tell me no than say yes and do nothing. "Some will" "Some won't". I am looking for a diamond in the rough; so I welcome my rejections. Since I have learned that only 2% of the people who we tell about this business opportunity to will ever say yes and even when that 2% say yes only 2% of them will build a successful business.
Therefore welcome your rejections because another no it just a closer step to a yes and that diamond in the rough.

What is the best way of encouraging affiliates who have become dormant to become active again?

One of the things that I have learnt in life is that "some people will but most people won't" however, there are methods that we can use to encourage those who are truly interested in building their business but are currently inactive or dormant .
1. Education; there are many reasons why an affiliate might be inactive. Their inactivity can stem from not understanding the business or lack of resources in terms of the financial aspect. However, by reaching to our team and asking the right question will produce the right answer in understanding some of these reasons. Educating our affiliates about free advertising methods for example will help the inactive affiliate who thought they have to pay for advertising. Educating them about t-time will help the inactive affiliate who wants to take part in actions but does not have the money to pay for T-Credits obtain free T-credits and that is just a few examples
2. Understanding your team dynamics. The truth is that you are running a international business and there are people who speak different languages therefore finding a away to communicate effectively with everyone is vital. The case of having an inactive affiliate might be a result of a language barrier
3. Utilizing team mail. Team mail is a great tool in helping inactive affiliates . If you as a sponsor is sending out encouraging and informative messages you will get some results. The reason for using team mail is that your inactive or dormant affiliates are not logging on to SFI so sending them an IM won't help neither will stream post. With team mail they will get the information delivered to their personal email address. So send messages about your contest this was also
4. Gift cards. If you can afford to give them one be you might never know what possibility it might turn into.
Finally chances are some of your dormant affiliates might become active again and some or even none might not. At the end of the daily it all boils doing to a perso',s passion and the desire that they have. However, after 90 days of inactivity your inactive affiliate account will be canceled.
