Is it worthwhile to sponsor affiliates who speak little English or have very limited computer/Internet experience?

That's a good question. It can be a little intimidating sponsoring affiliates who don't speak English. I have found though, that while it can make things a little more difficult, you can have just as much success as if you only sponsored those that speak English well. My personal experience is that my most active PSA speaks very little English. I have been able to answer his questions by using translate services of the search engines and encouraging him to do the same. Sometimes it may take a couple tries to get the correct understanding, but he has figured out how to build the business his way and at times I have learned from him as well. Be willing to take time to work with anyone who is enthusiastic and y will be rewarded.

If you already have your five future PTLs identified (per THE PLAN), should you keep developing more first-level stars?

I believe that you should continue to develop your first level. It will benefit you if one of your known stars should suddenly quit for some reason. Also, you can start to build your first level and then you could reassign them to your current stars to help them reach Diamond Level. Who knows, SFI may create a new level for a Diamond who has 5 diamonds on their first level.
Offline or online recruiting...which is best and why?

The simple answer to this question is it depends. Both can be very valuable and you should choose which way to focus your efforts based in what you feel comfortable doing. If you are a good people person and enjoy starting conversations, building your business off line should bet your focus. If you are a technical person, online might be your focus. Either way, know your strengths and use them to build the best business that you can.
Where are the best places and what are the best ways to get answers about SFI?

This is a good question, especially for new people just starting out. There are several places to get answers about SFI.
First is the SFI home page. Across the top are black tabs which each provide information to help you.
You can also type your question in the search bar at the top and you will be presented with options for an answer.
You should also be able to ask your sponsor, co-sponsor or further up-line and hopefully someone will give you a helpful answer. I find many of my questions are already answered in the forum, so you can search there or you can post a new thread to get fresh answers.
You can also ask members of the a2a and they can help you as well.
Finally, SFI offers support that is second to none. I have never been disappointed with their responses, sometimes they do take a while though.
As you can see, Support and community are just a couple more reasons that SFI is so awesome.

How do you explain to prospects what SFI is about in a simple way?

I appreciate this question. I try to give them an overview of all that SFI is, explaining that TripleClicks is your store and where income is generated. I also make sure that I explain the power of multilevel commissions and how building a team grows a business long term. I will also try to explain that rejection is just part of the process. They need to understand that by being open to learning more, they have already proven to more likely to succeed than most average people. You don't want to overload them with details, but leave them knowing that you are confident in SFI and enthused about them being your prospective team member.

How do we get the most from the MRP (Member Reward Points) we earn?
Michael Haase, Aff (Maryland, US)

The answer to your question depends on what you need to help build your business. You can convert your MRP into the most VP by purchasing 1 T-Credit for 126 MRP. This gives you 102 sales VP as well as the opportunity to earn 1 Action VP when you use that T-Credit for an auction bid or a game entry. You can also use those MRP to purchase PSA's either from SFI or from an ECA. It just takes more accumulated MRP to be able to make those purchases.
Should I promote participation in Pricebenders to my team? If so, for what reason(s)?

You should encourage your team to participate in Pricebenders as well as promoting Pricebenders to customers. Penny auctions are fun and also generate healthy profits for TripleClicks. Those profits increase the bonuses paid out. You can also explain to them that they not only have the chance to win items at huge discounts, but they also earn AVP for each bid placed. They can also win items like PSA's, CSA's and S-Builder Co-op shares which can help build their businesses.
Besides the requirement to qualify, what is expected of me in becoming a team leader?

First, I should say that since this is your business, SFI has no expectations. It is up to you.
As a leader in your own business, you should take that leadership role as a responsibility to be a leader in your team. I believe that leading by example is important, and have heard that you should always be doing more that what you expect your team members to do.
You should be available to those who are willing and show initiative. This is efficient for you because you are only working with the workers.
You should also not be doing anything that you do not want others to duplicate in your team, or that others would not be able to do. Make your leadership duplicable and simple to keep growing.
Always ask yourself, what would happen if 20 people on my team were doing the same in their business as I am doing in mine?

If you have absolutely no money to invest in your business, there are a couple things that you can do to earn the necessary VP. Advertise items found on TripleClicks for sale in any free area that you can. I also use Traffic exchanges and PTC sites as places to advertise. You can also earn a little money from these sites which you can then use to purchase TCredits and earn more VP. Some of these sites pay quickly so you can benefit immediately. Be very aware of exactly where you are and what you need so that you can plan on how you will earn every VP. Also, be sure to enter the contests as often as possible. The Daily Grand gives you the possibility of winning vp or TCredits, while T-Time gives you the opportunity to win TCredits.

What are the best ways to recruit good, new affiliates?

I try to use several sources to advertise and recruit new affiliates. The quality of the results that you get are very much a result of numbers. I think that all sources will produce a majority of leads that will sign up and then not do anything else. To increase your odds of getting more active affiliates, I suggest using sources more targeted to people actively looking for a business opportunity.
Also, while I like and use several free sources of leads, I have seen better results with paid advertising. Again, it does depend on where you place the ads, but in the end, you are either spending time or money to get results.
