I find many items at close out sales,yard sales and with online wholesalers. I think these are the easiest way to get started. Then after you start to make sales,you can research other suppliers.

I help the generations below my PSA's by sending Team Mail each week, letting them know what is going on in our TEAM, giving sales and advertising tips, and also by letting them know that the line of communication is open with me. I answer each and every email to the best of my ability and if I don't know the answer to their question, I find it for them and learn something myself!

You know you are on the right track when you start feeling confident in yourself and start hitting your goals and producing good results. SFI has made it easy for you and me to stay on the right track!
Should I reach out to the affiliates on my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. generations...or leave support to their sponsor?

Absolutely! Send out your Team Mail each week to everyone on your Team! If they require help, give it to them. This will make your Team stronger and help so that they don't feel they are working this alone. AND it will help you in the long run!
What's a good welcome letter to send to new CSAs?

I send a welcome letter very similar to the one I send my new affiliates. I introduce myself, go over daily, weekly and monthly actions as well as SFI Basics and Launchpad. I then let then know that if they have any questions or concerns, I am there to help, in any way I can. When you are new, contact like this helps a lot. Communication is key!

On my Leadership page, I put important TEAM information, incentives and recognize Team members that are reaching goals. Also this is a place to put words of encouragement and motivation.

To get my Sponsor/Team Leaders to respond to me, I have been in touch since day one. I let them know I am very serious about my business, and sometimes need a little guidance. It is important to keep the lines of communication open, both to your downline and upline!
TripleClicks has over 50,000 products now. How do I determine which products are the best to promote?

I would always promote products of the affiliates on my team first. That will help us in the long run! Second, I check all the new arrivals to find things that interest me. If they interest me, they will definitely interest someone else! The goal here is to get people to sign up at TripleClicks. That way you make commission on all of their purchases.
