I have a large downline, but few are advertising SFI. How can I get them to start advertising and marketing SFI?

When I started SFI I was sceptical as to whether this was a ligitimate business, but when I made $8 in my first month I was hooked.
That's the key. Our new affiliates have to make something in their first month to want to try to make even more. I have helped new ones by offering them 1 month of free advertising in a coop and I give them a list of places I advertise to encourage them to do so on their own.
Although this may seem an expense to me, it's not, because what ever helps my downline is good for them and me.
I also send them a list of places I have used and give suggestions as to which has been the best for me. And I ask if they would like help getting started. Many of us still struggle with computer knowledge.
And it's very important to keep in contact with your downline in a positive helpful way, never be pushy.

How do you keep your affilliates motivated when they don't make any money their first month?

The first few months in SFI can be like the first months in most businesses. It can take a little time to get things set up and running smoothly. So I help my affiliates to look at the first couple of months as the set up or building stage. The payout may seem small but as your business grows so will the income. But to offer them help to get started and keep interested I like to help with the first round of advertising, sometimes even give them the taste of getting new affiliates by paying for their first advertising out of my pocket. After all, if they succeed, I succeed.

How can I motivate my affiliates to do more with SFI?

Start by letting them see that this is a real business with real people involved by welcoming each affiliate and keeping in touch with helpful suggestions and guidance without being pushy.
When I first signed up I was sceptical as to whether this was a money scam. But by both my sponsor and my co-sponsor keeping in touch with me I could see that this was for real.
Don't just be available but be the first to contact them.
And being helpful can mean more than just giving suggestions. There are special occasions that I've actually done some free advertising for them to help them get their first taste of getting affiliates. Then they are eager to do their own. All they needed was a taste of the reward.

Do you differentiate your level of support for your downline depending on their rank?

One might ask, How would I feel if I thought I was being neglected because of my rank? My whole downline needs support, that's how to grow a strong business. You never know who will respond to postive direction and encouragement. Sometimes it's the weakest that become the strongest.
So I would say, no I don't differentiate my level of support.
What is the best way to earn VersaPoints quickly and easily?

Depending on whether you need to get the points for free or not will make a difference.
The quickest way is to have a standing order for the IAHBE, it gives 1500vp.
But if I need some extra points to reach the next goal one of the things I do is use my mrp which I have built up from bidding on the auctions and buy single Tcredits to get me to the next goal. If I don't have any mrp I will purchase the single Tcredits.
Of course if you have already reached your limit in allowed vp from tripleclicks then you need a different strategy. If you have or can buy Tcredits you can get up to 500vp each month for using them to bidd with on the auctions.
If you don't have the payoneer credit card yet you can get 500 vp once you've been approved.
But all along you need to keep up your daily, weekly and monthly actions on your to-do-list. Otherwise you may find you are close to the next income level and just can't make it.
And most important is to build a team of affiliates that will bring you vp every month by reaching goals of EA2 or BTL or even higher.

If sales isn't your strong suit, what should you focus on to create a full time income in SFI?

Advertise, Advertise, Advertise. I personally am not into sales at all. That doesn't mean I wouldn't make more commission if I was, but it's just not my cup of tea. What I do is constant advertising. With the help of my sponsor and searching the internet I have found places to advertise that have proven worthwhile.
I use paid advertising but there are plenty of free places to use. The trick is continually build your team and teach them to do the same thing. A continually growing strong team that duplicates my efforts is what works for me.
Other great ways to build an income is to have a strong team of CSAs. I would suggest watching the auctions. I know I've won 50csa for less than a dollar. Check out the tips for winning and the latest winners. You will notice there are certain times when the auctions are slower and easier to win. My best CSA on my team came from my winning at the auctions. CSAs are a great asset to my business and I find I am able to learn from them.

What makes a good and proficient leader in SFI?

A good leader will make the first move in reaching out to his or her team. And even if there is no response continue to share their knowledge and experience. Along with giving helpful ideas a good leader should always be positive and upbuilding in helping each affiliate or co-sponsored affiliate in progressing in their own SFI buisiness.

I am just a little too old fashioned to get with the Facebook or Social way of advertising.
Paid advertising is what works best for me.
That doesn't mean I spend a lot of money. There are places where paid advertising costs very little. And when I get success I will repeat ads in the same place.
Others have success with the free advertising places, but I do very little of that because of time.
We will each work our business different depending on our time, money and likes or dislikes. My life is already hectic with many other commitments, I don't have extra time. I have a little money, not a lot so I use sites that don't cost much.
I'm not of the younger generation and technology is a chore for me. Therefore I don't do the extra things like Facebook.
But I do have great admiration for all of you out there that seem to be able to do it all!

How can I earn the VersaPoints I need to maintain the rank of BTL every month?

Becoming BTL is a great advantage once you have active team members to receive commissions from. If you don't then being BTL brings no extra income.
I only purchase the SO for 100Tcredits, not the 200. It costs me less money but still adds to the SFI income for shares.
Use 100 tcredits to bid on a Monday at the auctions, you now can get double mrp(I hope they keep that available). That would mean 1000mrp from 100 bids. I use my mrp to buy single Tcredits. I buy 8 of them which costs 1008 mrp (I belong to the wave 3 so I have the extra mrp to allow for the extra 8 over 1000)Wave 3 is very Good.
This means vp wise:
S.O. for 100 Tcredit=1200vp
100 bids gives = 100vp
8 single Tcredits = 816 (the 16 over top the 800 will not count to my leadership ---because it puts me 16 over the 2000 limit for purchases allowed but buying 7 only ---gives 714 which is not enough.
These 3 figures total= 2100vp.
Daily, weekly and monthly =
330 daily vp
120 psa or csa mailer
20 for Tconnect page
12 for stream
10 for rating sponsor
Total for month is 2592
If you have found yourself a good place for advertising you might get vp for Top 20 enroller. Otherwise I have found that the rest of my vp must come from an active team. Each EA2 gives 100vp, each BTL is 150, STL is 200 and so on.
There are a variety of ways to reach BTL, this is just what I do.
That is why you not only want to advertise to get a team but work with them to build a strong team.

What's the best way to get new affiliates going on doing their daily tasks on a regular basis?

I find that most people will do something when they see they will benefit from it. So besides being a good role model I think it encourages new affiliates to know why it's important for them to get there daily vp.
Simply put you want vp to get commission. There are guidelines to follow and one them is to qualify for Executive Affiliate status by getting 1500vp or more by the end of the month. And a great help to reach that EA status is to get all the free vp you can by doing their daily tasks.
