What's a great welcome gift for new PSAs and CSAs?

Hello, this is a good question.
In my opinion a great welcome gift is sincere e-card or message. After the PSA shows interest in the business by being active, reassigning team members is another great gift. Regarding CSA the welcome e-card is a good option, but only if it's personal and sincere, not using every time the same boring text.
Should I put my CSAs into the new CSA Exchange? If yes...or no...explain why.

Yes, you should place inactive CSA from countries which language you don't know into exchange. This way you give them the chance to become more active when people, who know their language speak and explain to them. When I placed my 77 CSA in exchange pool and received new ones that speak similar to my mother's tongue I found out that people became more active. This is because when I send my team mail I translate it on my own in my native language and in English.
You shouldn't put your active CSA into Exchange, because you already have history with them and built relations.

For building my business, what is the most valuable thing to spend my TCredits on?

I believe that the best T-credits investment is in PSA and CSA auctions if you have more TC. I also invest my T-credits in Card King, because it gives me AVP and precious prizes that help me to remain my current rank. The same goes when I bid on Auctions. If you have more TC you can spend it in some contest within your team, but only if you can afford it.
Which is better and why...using TW (TCredits Welcome) or CW (Cash Welcome) with my new affiliates?

Personally I think none of these ways is good to use. My reasons for that are:
- Affiliate is not an employee you should pay for working
- Without understanding what T-credit is and what is the use of it there is not any meaning to give it
- These paid ways are not good motivation for people, because they will take it for granted and will want more. This is in human nature.
Should I or shouldn't I try to recruit people to become SFI affiliates when they are not English speakers/readers?

You should try to recruit everyone that has interest in the business opportunity. In Information Era there is not a language barrier anymore. For example India is prosper affiliates recruiting field, but most of the people there speak Hindi. So, you should translate everything about the business on their language, as I did few days ago and my team member moved up in "Movers" tab. Hard-working people are rare and are a treasure, so you should recruit more people to find the diamonds even if they don't speak English. If they are dedicated to the business they will learn step by step the language.

Hello!
We don't know anything for sure. But we do what we learn and the best we can to become successful with SFI. SFI is opportunity. That doesn't means it will be our own for sure. But we should try and dedicate our precious time to it. This way it will be clear if SFI is the place you become successful or not.
If I only have one hour a day to spend on SFI, what should I spend this limited time doing?

Hello, good question and that's my thing.
I also can spend one ore maximum two hours per day in SFI. I work in the morning between 9 and 10 am. What I do?
* To do list - monthly, daily, weekly
* I spend the require T-credit for EZ game and Pricebenders auction. I find a way to acquire every day at least 20 VP for the participation with 5 chances in Daily Grand
* Playing EZ games , especially Card king /4 games for 4 TC or EZ Express/, because it gave me so much prizes up to know, but I also try to win KOT for additional participation in Daily Crown
* Posting at least one product link on Social media Twitter and Google +
* Traffic exchange sites - I click on it while I do my SFI activities
* Checking out the forum and ASK SC - I write there when I have more time.
* Communicating with my CSA/PSA through team mail or the chat. Even if they are not online, I send them messages if any questions
That's what I do.

How do I reassure prospective TripleClicks customers that shopping is safe and secure and they will receive delivery of product?

It's not really possible to reassure the customers 100 %, but a good way is with sharing your own purchases and comments regarding the product you purchased and the ECA you bought it from. Another good point is to recommend to the customer to read ECA and product reviews and also the comments from other customers.
Should I promote the sale of TripleClicks products to my team? If so, how?

Hello.
Yes, of course you should promote the sale of Tripleclicks products. I share what I buy and why. This is one of the points for duplication. I suggest products I use in weekly team mail and on my Leader page. Here is how:
* S-Co-Builder - if you don't have enough time to refer new PSA/CSA bid on S-co-builder auctions or buy a unit. This way you can find your active members in time.
* T-Credits - having a SO with T-Credits is great, but if you can't afford T-credits, participate in Daily Grand, Daily Crown, T Time and play EZ Games to achieve the highest points for the day and earn T-credits for a prize. When they're earned invest them in playing EZ games or Auction bidding to turn them in AVP that gives you commission.
That is what I do at the moment. Of course I am developing.

Should a person go for the rank of Team Leader if they don't yet have a team?

Certainly Yes. In my experience for 4 years in SFI I can say that my active team members are from my first year when I was BTL. When I became again BTL last month I received another active members. If you can afford being BTL don't hesitate to do it. In my last 3 years I was EA2. I was always with 1-2 active members from my first year and of course empty pockets. My investing was not returned. I always was on red with SFI. When I became BTL in May this year I received more than 2 CSA and bigger commission. My current investment in SFI is also not returned, but I don't need to invest more than my commission /and SO/. Relying on 2 CSA from EA is not serious in my opinion for building a team. And regarding auctions for CSA and PSA you can't win them, because there is Fierce competition and you will probably use your T-credits for nothing /over then 30 T-credits per auciton/. Building a team happens with the support of SFI when you're TL - around 30 CSA is more than 2, right? The program helps TL to have bigger team and bigger possibility for active people. For my three years I recruited a lot of PSA with paid and free advertisement and not even one is active till today. I followed everything written in SFI, but people just don't like to work hard. With my BTL status I received another active CSA at least. Once again, BTL rank seems more serious than EA2, right? This is what I think. Until I can afford being BTL I wil be one. Meanwhile I am sure I will have active people and my investment will be not on zero and slowly I will have active team.
