What are some ways I can engage with my team through my Stream messages?

You can engage your team in your stream messages by asking them questions on something SFI or TripleClicks, and asking for a response. Let them you know you are interested in their opinions.
As well, put information in your messages about a contest you are running, where they can sign up, and then when the contest is over, post the winners names.
If you see a great forum post that you think they should read, copy and paste the link to the post in your stream so they can go directly to that information.

How can we convince our PSAs that they should become TripleClicks WAVE3 members?

We cannot convince our PSA's of anything. They have their own lives, interests and agendas.
What we can do first is to become a Wave 3 member ourselves, so that we can have the knowledge to pass on to them about the benefits of being a Wave 3 member.
Aside from the free TCredits and MRP that are given away each month, Wave 3 members are also entered into a drawing for a $250 cash prize that can be won. That is a great incentive to join. Of course, you must recruit other affiliate to become Wave 3 members to be entered into the drawing.
The main purpose of being a Wave 3 member is to advertise the TripleClicks website to the general public, via the decal on your automobile. One reason for that is to attract people to sign up at TripleClicks. Anything they might buy would add to the TripleClicks Executive Pool.
Of course, you may benefit directly if someone would ask you about the decal, and you were able to recruit them as a PRM or PSA. That type of advertising is absolutely free, and is sometimes the best because you might be able to talk to the potential customer.
We all need to advertise, and this is on way to do it for free everyday!

What are the best ways to stay in contact with PSAs and CSAs and how often is best?

The best way to stay in contact with your PSA's and CSA's is through the genealogy mailer system provided by SFI.
It take no more effort to send 1 email than it does to send thousands.
Sending them a newsletter once per week should be sufficient. Any more, and some people might look at it as harassment of some kind, and you don't want to get them upset about too much email.
I feel direct contact through Skype, phone, or instant messaging should only be done if requested by the PSA/CSA.
Another good way is to open a Facebook group and make an offer for them to join. You can get direct and timely contact there, if you are a regular user.

How important is it to have a good sponsor and co-sponsor?
Scott Laing, Aff (Alberta, CA)

Honestly, it comes down to your own personal belief system.
To me, it is not important at all. SFI provides all the training you need to learn how to start building your own business using the tools available here at the affiliate centre.
The forum is also available to any affiliate to ask any question they want, and get way more answers from a lot more people than just one sponsor or co-sponsor.
I had no interaction with my sponsor for years. If I had let that be my determining factor in whether or not I could become successful, I would not be here today.
Having a good sponsor or co-sponsor would be great; it would be awesome; it might be very helpful.
But is it important? Not really. What is important is how motivated are you to become successful in SFI. Take a long look in the mirror. Who do you see? Just you. Not your sponsor, nor your co-sponsor. You are the important one.

What good methods can I use with the new DIGITAL TripleClicks TCards?

If you use an autoresponder system in your advertising to recruit people to SFI or TripleClicks, I would offer them as a gift for signing up to your autoresponder campaign.
You should be able to email new signups individually, and then you can send them the link and the redemption code.
Since the gift is related to SFI/TripleClicks, it should go hand in hand with your advertising.
You don't even have to make the offer in your advertising. You can just send them one after the signup. It would be like an unexpected bonus, and maybe add some credibility to your future emails that your autoresponder sends out (in their mind anyway).
You could probably do the same thing if you have a blog; anyone who subscribes could get a gift cards. Anywhere that you can get followers, including Facebook and Twitter, could be looked at as an opportunity to give someone a gift card.
Good Luck to you!

I have heard about Team Leaders with groups numbering in the tens of thousands! What do they do differently to build such a huge downline?

Some of them may have been in network marketing for a long time, and already have a list of people that they can send information to on a regular basis.
What they probably do differently is have a lead generation system setup whereby their capture email addresses of potential customers who have expressed an interest in network marketing.
Some people may have found great advertising sources where they can place their ads and get great results.
Some may buy signups, either from TripleClicks or other outside vendors.
What it comes down to is massive advertising to find people, and then followup with them to let them know about the opportunity.
It is a numbers game, and the more people who see your opportunity more than once, the better chance you have of recruiting them to SFI.

What is your advice to those who want to pursue this business but have limited time to invest into it?
Scott Laing, Aff (Alberta, CA)

I would suggest to those who say they have limited time to invest into any business venture must prioritize their time better.
Starting and building a business requires time. There is no other way around that. Starting out, SFI only requires about 1 hour per day to read the Getting Started Actions and the Launch pad lessons.
If anyone is truly interested in the business, they must find the time required to learn it and then build it. Something else in their lives will have to be sacrificed to accomplish this; what they probably need to do to motivate themselves to find the right goals they wish to achieve that will motivate them to find the time needed.

What is the best way to use TripleClicks gift certificates to inspire and motivate your affiliates?

I'm using TC Gift Certificates in a monthly contest to motivate my affiliates, and indeed, anyone else in my downline.
Giving them a chance to win something for their efforts is always a great motivational too.
There are different ways to do that in contests, which could include number of affiliates sponsored, number of VP earned, or their rank achieved in a given month.
What's the difference between being an SFI affiliate and having a traditional business, and which is better?

I have owned a business before, and the first difference is start up costs. There can be huge costs involved in starting a business, from obtaining a location, remodelling it for your type of business, inventory purchases, up front least payments...I could on and on.
With SFI, your start up costs are $0.00.
Your traditional business will probably need employees. With SFI, you don't need anyone but yourself.
A traditional business will need constant investment in inventory. With SFI, the inventory is supplied, free of charge. You earn commissions by selling the products.
As an SFI affiliate, you can attract other people to the business, and earn income from their efforts in building their own business. This is called leverage. You don't do that with a traditional business.
With SFI, you can work from home; while you're on vacation; on the beach if your phone has a good connection. In short, anywhere in the world. With a traditional business, your location is always in one place.
The list could go on forever.
Which is better? SFI of course!

How do you motivate your team to get and stay active with SFI?
Scott Laing, Aff (Alberta, CA)

Affiliate since: 01/30/2010, Power Rank: 10
1. At the very least, I communicate with them weekly with an email encouraging them on the fantastic business they are in.
2. I give the same process that I use to build my business in SFI, and show them how they can profit by doing the very same things I do.
3. Sometimes I run contests and award the top performers with TCredits or affiliates.
4. I congratulate all my affiliates who make EA or TL status. That is a job well done, and shows me that they are committed to building their business.
5. Answering all their questions that they send is very important. If you don't care about their questions, why should they care about building their business?
6. Whatever I ask my affiliates to do, I make sure I have done them, or I am continuing to do them, everyday. Hopefully, by seeing how successful my team grows, they can know that they are the reason for the success, and they can have the same results too!
