I would first ask you this question: What are your goals? Your goals you have set really determine your success. You can always change your goals to make them become more realistic but a challenge to reach.

Success is different for each person because each person is unique. So What you call success may not be what I would call success.

Your greatest love should be helping others in your team achieve their goals, and you should even be glad when they surpass you. We are all here to help one another, and although you must work your business and accept responsibility, you are not alone. We are all here to build together. For example, you play in football and gain a touchdown, but the team was there to help you by stopping the other side from blocking you from your goal. You kicked the ball for a field goal, but someone else kept an opponent from blocking that kick. It's the same with teamwork here. You are successful when you know you have reached a goal, and you will remain successful when you continually reach more goals, either financially or in other ways. You work to become successful throughout your life. It doesn't stop when you reach the top of this business or when you have become, "rich." You keep moving or slide back into stagnation if you stop.

There is no best way. You should consider what is best for you in the country where you live. I chose direct deposit because this is the only choice where there is no processing fee or any other fee for commission payments. If you live in a country where there are limits on how you receive commissions, then you must use the choice(s) available to you with the least fees.

It takes more time to process a check and send it in the mail.

PayPal or Payoneer Card would probably be the quickest way to receive your commission, but it depends on where you live.

I think you should neither encourage them nor discourage them. The reason is that SFI has the tools for affiliates to achieve every level imaginable. An affiliate should be allowed to work at his/her own pace, however quickly or slowly that pace may be. Just guide your affiliates by giving suggestions in your welcome letter and in your weekly communications concerning the various options they have for becoming movers in this wonderful business. Help the affiliates to duplicate when they qualify for whatever level they reach by placing them into co-ops and bringing in new affiliates to the team. This will help them get started with a team so they can begin to work with their affiliates and do what you do.

This is the way I would work, and I hope this helps you in your quest.

Here is my answer to your question. It may not be what you want, but this is my opinion.

First, I believe there is no one best way of encouraging your inactive affiliates. Creativity may be the key here.

So many affiliates just join and then don't even bother to confirm their Email address, or if they do confirm, that's as far as they go. I do believe that sending a welcome message may help, but many times I do not get a response. Other affiliates start out but get discouraged when they don't get paid right away. Encourage affiliates by helping them understand that this business, like any other business, is not a "get rich scheme" and that success does not come overnight. It takes work, hard work, to build any business. It takes investment of time and resources. It takes imagination as well.

Encourage affiliates by telling them that you are there every step of the way if they need help and that their upline and others in A2A and the Forum are here to help as well. Support is also available.

It may also be good to offer a gift certificate or TCredits or some other item to help them get started. Check the affiliate's profile (if available) and see if sponsoring affiliates is something he/she feels able to do at this point. If so, place the affiliate in a co-op (if you have created one).

These are things I try to do. Sometimes it helps. Other times it doesn't. Whatever you do, don't give up on them, but keep moving and communicating with all your affiliates and help those who really want to work and are willing to receive help. Keep sponsoring affiliates and referring customers so you don't burn out. If you do these things, you will go far with your business, no matter what curve ball is thrown your way.

It has been my experience that those affiliates who really have been working with me appreciate all the encouragement I do give them. For example, one of them really needed some TCredits and asked me for them. He became an EA shortly after receiving them. In other cases, however, despite offering inactive affiliates TCredits or co-op shares or gift certificates, those affiliates, as of now, have not responded. However, unless they ask me how they can stop receiving my messages (and some have done so), I will continue to send my weekly messages to them.

This depends on what your skills are, your goals, how you want to reach your goals, how fast you want to grow your business, and how well you can learn new things. There is no best way. Use your imagination.

You could focus on one thing, llike building your team. However, you also might want to focus on building your customer base. Maybe you are good at referring ECAs. Just begin doing something and then take on another task. You will do more and more, as you learn more and more how this business works. Just be sure you do your best at whatever you do. And remember, have fun while you are doing it. That's the most important thing. Just be imaginative and creative.

Keep advertising your business every day, as much as possible. Use S-Builder Co-Op and any other good co-ops you know. Keep communicating with your PSAs every week and encourage them. Promote items at your TripleClicks Store. You just never know who may purchase items and who may become active as affiliates. Above all, don't give up.

It's good to participate in the games because they are designed to foster good competition and relaxation and you gain VP while participating. It's good to have fun with your business. It's a chance to have some recreation while working. Just take a break during the day and play. It relieves stress and puts a little spice in your life. Yes, it can! It's good that you have this experience. Both offline and online methods are great! There is no way you can be sure that peple are going to respond or continue with the business. So working this business offline and online is the way to go. Talking with peple and sharing information with them and sharing your excitement about what you are doing is a really good thing. Do one-on-one and group presentations and help people to register when they desire to do so.

The online method is wonderful because you can reach so many more people this way. It is so essential to reach people and tell them about the most exciting thing you have found and what you are doing. With the online method, there is no limit with distance. It opens a whole new dimension not seen before.

Remember, both methods, online and offline, are great, and they are both essential. Neither one is any better than the other.

Ask questions to senior citizens, just as you would any other people in any other age groups. Here are some ideas.

1. Ask them what type of work they are doing. If they say they are retired, ask them if they are working another job or business.

2. If they are working, ask them if they use a computer or any other electronic device where they have access to the Internet.

3. If they are not working, ask them if they have a computer or other electronic device that can be connected to the Internet and if so, if they would like to start a business where they could make some extra income to supplement what they already have.

4. If they do not have a computer or some other device, ask them if they would be interested in learning how to use one. This might lead to the possibility of starting a business down the road.

5. Ask them if they do any type of volunteer work. This may be helpful in getting other people interested in their business, should they join you.

You might want to let these people know that you would be interested in teaching them how to use a computer or other device and how to use the Internet if they do not know how to use them and they show interest.

For the most part, you should treat seniors and, for that matter, all people, with respect. I believe you will know when it is time to approach any person with your business and the opportunities it has for them, should they accept. Be sure to let them know that you will be there to help them along the way.
