Good question David.

I will not go into specific title because there are lot of them, but rather I will go to the theme or subject of the book that SFI members should be reading.

To find a priority book to read one must ask what are the key success factors for us here in SFI?

1) Finding Active Affiliates. - This is the number 1 success factor for us here at SFI.
- In this regard one has to read books, articles on how to find leads both online and offline.

- For example in online marketing. How to find leads in Face Book or Twitter. How to make blog? how to post free ads effectively.

- In offline marketing, how to present your product, how to tell your friends without offending them.

- These are just few examples of the books that you want to read.

2. Commission - This is related to sales.
- You should read books therefore on how to sell especially online.

3. Leadership - This is related to leading our affiliates to be active.
- In this subject, creative leadership books are very valuable. I read a book on "Relational Leadership" and Man of Influence.

4. Earning Online - This is broad topic of different ways of earning online. You should be very knowledgeable on different ways to earn online so that you can convince yourself and others that SFI model is the best.

Find those books related to the subjects above then you will be on your way to success.

Take note that SFI web site have already given us priority information that we should learn. Start from the website then go to these extra books that I mentioned above.

I tried several methods of motivating my team, I did regular messaging. I tried giving incentives but so far the best way I learned to motivate my team is through Relationship.

I Have really decided to take time to cultivate friendship with my movers and journey together with them in our SFI business.

Now I don’t just enjoy SFI, but I also enjoy the friendship with my team. We formed a close group in FB and just spend our time talking about just anything.

One of my down-lines, who is obviously, have more resources than me even paid for ads for me to get more PSA. Simply because, he is my friend.

There are few principles that I learned to remember in this method.

1)I must seek real friendship and not just for the SFI but beyond. In our chat for example we talk about family problems and many other things outside SFI.

2)I must realized that I can not do this to a lot of people – So, I just concentrate my efforts on my “Movers” – This is very much inline with the principle of “working with the workers”.

3)I must make myself as added value to him and to his SFI business – I need to know deeper and wider about SFI. – They will never be interested if they sense that they know more that you do.

4)Patience is a virtue both in SFI and in cultivating friendship.

You maybe interested with the result. I now have 10 friends who are all earning and very active PSA’s. They are giving me good amount of monthly commission. We now have 4,400+ affiliates in my organization and I am harvesting more than 100T VP per month.

There are two steps of sponsoring affiliates:

1. Signing up - This is the process of finding affiliates and signing them up as affiliates and become a member of SFI. At this stage we don't care or even do not have much control who signed up.

We just let them sign-up whoever they are. Whether they knew little english or not, they have expertise or little internet experience.

2. Helping/Guiding them to succeed - This where the language and computer/internet experience will count. I think, this is the context of the question above.

For me I help and and guide any affiliate who ask question. it does not matter to me whether they speak little english as long I understand their question. I clarify if I do not understand, I use online translators if it is spoken on their own language.

In case of computer/internet experience I also answer whatever question they have. I point them to some tutorials if necessary.

There are two tools that I used for these kind of people.

1. I point them online translators like google - for us to understand each other.

2. I point them to online tutorials on things that they need to learn in terms of computer/internet literacy.

My basis for sponsoring is always the people who takes efforts to progress in their SFI business even little by little.

Business cards is a convenient and handy material that you can hand out to any prospective affiliates.

There are basic content that should be there if you want to make it effective in promoting SFI and TripleClicks.

1. Your Name with a title - I use a title under my name "Online Consultant".

2. My contact number, skype ID and email - I give multiple ways for them to contact me.

3. Very importantly is my SFI shortened Link. Why do we need to use shortened SFI gateway link? It's easy for them to type in the nav bar.

I'm glad that this question is asked, because most of the affiliates are thinking of earning Versa Points (VP) separate from other parts of the their SFI business. Because of this they tend to concentrate more on earning VP.

The strategy of concentrating of earning VP will not make us successful here at SFI. In fact, we may end up spending rather than earning, and when you feel that you are not going anywhere, you feel like quitting. I know that some of you are now experiencing what I am saying.

Take note of this "Earning VP must be a result of a growing organization". Let me explain.

When you want to earn VP, you go to "TO DO LIST", all the possible VP that you can earn are listed there. Let me give you a analysis of the different types of VP's listed in there.

1. The free VP's from the 12 daily task, ad the weekly and monthly tasks. This will give you about 500VP per monnth. Definitely you should earn this, but this is not enough for you to earn an income.

2. The rest of the daily task already requires TC to earn points, yes there are free TC that you can collect but they will not be enough, you need to buy more to complete your monthly VP requirements. This means spending. Although this is necessary to earn the require VP from sales but this action does not bring you to profitable level.

3. The VP's from TripleClicks are more difficult to earn, like selling items and recruiting ECA's.

What is then the best VP that will make a positive impact to our SFI business? These are the VPs listed under Team Leadership.

100 For support of each personally sponsored EA2
150 For support of each personally sponsored Bronze Team Leader
200 For support of each personally sponsored Silver Team Leader
250 For support of each personally sponsored Gold Team Leader
300 For support of each personally sponsored Platinum Team Leader

Unless you start earning VP's from Team Leadership, you can not say that are already successful here at SFI.

So, my advice is try to integrate earning VP with finding affiliates. Most our VP must be a result from the active participation of our affiliates. This should be our aim in earning VP.

1. Direct commission - We get 45% of the Commission Value (CV) from all purchases of our PSA.

2. Executive Pool - We get a share of the 40% Commission value, company-wide if we are a team leader. We have bigger share if we have bigger VP earned and bulk of our VP will be coming from matching VP which was earned by our downlines including our PSA's.

3. Encourage your PSA to become an ECA and we get 10% of the CV from all his sales.

So, if our PSA will make efforts in finding affiliates, and would buy or sell from TripleClicks will benefit a lot from their efforts.

It is important then to help our affiliates to become active, we should give them support specially in their early stage. Be at their side and answer all their question correctly and strategically.

Its not enough to answer them but you need to give some techniques and strategies how to succeed here at SFI.

One thing very good about SFI is you can succeed as fast or as slow as you want.
Your pace or speed to success depends on the budget that you wanted to put up.

The objective is to have enough active affiliates for you to start earning income. Two to five active affiliates is a good target.

Statistics shows that only 1 to 5 percent of your affiliates will become active. So if you need 2 to 5 active affiliates you need to find 200 to 500 affiliates before you can possibly find these active affiliates.

If you buy these affiliates from an ECA or do a paid ads this may cost you 400 to 1000 dollars.

If you invest these money in one month then it's possible to start earning on your second month but. If you invest this for longer period of time then it will also take longer.

However there is no assurance that it will happen that way. Because that will really all depends on the kind of affiliates you recruited.

It is always a good idea to recruit anybody, including your family members to SFI. But you must know first the technical requirements. It is not allow to use the same IP and physical address for two or more accounts.

Your family members most probably will use same internet connection, please don't because it will jeopardize your own SFI account. So be sure that you are using different IP address and physical address. If you really want to use same internet connection you must ask permission from SFI and see if they will allow you.

Secondly, I will advice that you recruit only those are keen and interested in online earning and is capable of doing transaction online.

Thirdly, you must first show that you are have made SFI works for you. It's difficult to recruit family members if you yourself can not make it work.

It depends what kind of support you mean. If you mean financial support because you want them to maintain their EA status, well, you should do it only when they are about to kick off their SFI business to bring it to sustainable level. Meaning they already have few affiliates who are purchasing and hopefully the next month they will be on their own.

It is not a good idea to support them financially when they don't even a single PSA. It's a waste of resources.

Nevertheless if what you mean by support is guidance, Here are some ways to increase your capacity to help/support your affiliates

1. By reading and studying the information in SFI website.

2. By asking question and reading answers from the forum s\and Ask SC, like what you do now.

3. By asking your uplines.

Sometimes, the support needed is just a form of encouragement. As you said if you barely have enough support for yourself then just share your own journey with SFI and development friendship and just journey alongside with them.

The purpose of TCurrency is to provide more ways for affiliates to transact in SFI. These is very useful for affiliates who don't have credit cards and/or paypal account.

These is very necessary for countries without paypal and their credit cards are not accepted internationally like in most African countries.

Note that your customers for TCurrency are only from your country because that is the reason why it was created.

With this in mind your increase on sales as ECA will depends on the needs in your country. You ask these question.

1. Is paypal not available in your country?

2. Are the Credit Cards country in your not accepted in SFI?

3. Are there many affiliates in your country who don't have credit cards?

If these are true then you have a good prospect to be a dealer of TCurrencies.
