If you want to tally the highest score possible, select one of the five cards dealt at random.
Choose either from lowest, Ace - , to the highest, King - 13, or vice versa.

If you correctly guessed the next card whether higher or lower, depending on how you started, you’ll be dealt with another card, and you guess again whether it’s lower or higher than that card.

Repeat until you get busted by a wrong guess.

While playing, check the variety of hints, use Sidekicks found at the lower part of the screen and use the lifelines to extend your straight guesses and maximize your score.

The best way to start building your SFI Team is to start with a plan.

Set a short term goal of attaining EA as soon as you can and follow the SFI BASICs, especially the Ultra-Simple 3-Step plan.

Invest in your business by setting up a Standing Order using a combination of a share in S-Builder Co-op for PSAs and PRMs, and a TripleClicks products with 1500 VP to get you started with bidding at Pricebenders auction which will earn full PSAs through the Bid & Build program, as well as bid for PSA or CSA Packages.

From the PSAs you now have you can start looking for your 5 workers, help them become EA and teach them the Basics so they will also start the process of building their SFI team.

Then start the process again, this time with a medium to long-term goals of reaching a higher rank, by following the DTL Plan.

Keep building your team, never lose your focus, persist until you are successful in developing 5 PTLs to get you to DTL.

Identifying amongst downline members who could be superstars in SFI has become a preoccupation for me for the pleasant anticipation each time I get a Notification of a new PSA.

There is nothing like a feeling of hope with each new arrivals- Will this person be a good worker, an Ace? You forget how many inactives you already have and how frustrated you are becoming, so each new affiliate that joins your team brings an excitement like a fresh water to a wilting plant.

When a new PSA joins your team, check the Affiliate Profile and read whatever personal information is given there that will give you a clue as to any prior experiences in any offline or online jobs, goals or reasons for joining SFI.

Once you send a welcome letter with a brief instructions on getting started and a commitment message is sent back to you that the new person is ready to be active in SFI.
You then start your role not only as an awesome sponsor but as a friend, mentor, and guidance counsellor.

When the new PSA starts to ask questions for more information and guidance, and been following your advice, logging in daily and earning VP and regularly featuring in your Movers List, this is a clear indication of someone who is serious about building SFI business.

If the new PSA is progressing so well, has become EA within a week, has sponsored affiliates on his own and is resourceful in finding ways to attract more affiliates and promoting TC products, is ready and willing to invest time, money, and commitment to SFI, then you have a very promising and budding superstar in your team.

Other early signs are participation in the many SFI activities and contests, actively joining the conversations in the Forum and communicating with you on a regular basis.

Identify more of your downlines with the same trait, work ethics, perseverance and determination and your SFI business is looking great.

Keep your role as an awesome sponsor and in time you’ll produce awesome superstars.

Genealogy lets you see the health and growth of your SFI business, the total number of PSAs and CSAs, and everything you need to know about them when you click the Full Genealogy, or if you just want to focus on the workers, click the Condensed version, and you'll know the progress you're making by using the appropriate Filters. It's also good to know the number of PRMs, and how many have opted out.

For me, the best Genealogy filters to use is Quick Filter. The reasons are many.
. Movers – I like to see who are in my Movers list every day and how actively they are working and how serious they are. This also shows who have logged back in after period of inactivity.
. New PSAs today – To check whether the PSAs I’ve won at Bid and Build are already there and so I can start the welcome and getting started procedure. Or to check the arrival of new PSAs purchased from ECAs or from the share in S-Builder Co-op.
. New PSAS Yesterday- To check whether I miss a new PSA the day before, or a new one has arrived after I closed the page.
. New PSAs in the last 10 days- This tells me how many PSAs have been received and been sent welcome emails.
. New PSAs in the last 30 days- This shows the total number of PSAs I have sponsored for the month and have been contacted by clicking each affiliate's profile.
. New CSAs today- To see if there's a new CSA today either from requalifying for the month.
. New CSAs in the last 10 days- To see if there's new CSA added from winning in any of the games, Daily Grand Drawing, or Daily Crown.
. New CSAs in the last 30 days- To check the total number of second-home CSAs received from qualifying as a higher rank.
. EA last month, not yet EA this month- Very useful when monitoring the progress of PSA EAs the month before and needs some following up. This is a crucial time to provide guidance and motivation for new EAs to requalify and become EA2.
. New EA this month- Shows new EA, if any, for the present month.
. Team Leaders.- Shows the progress I am making with my team, the number of Team Leaders I have helped develop into effective leaders who are now showing duplication. This shows who the real Workers are.
. New Team Leaders this month- If any. Helps in focusing on emerging leaders by working closely and providing extra help and guidance to these special affiliates.
. Logins yesterday - Shows who are actively working.
. Logins in the last 10 days- Shows regular workers.
. Inactives > 60 days - Shows those inactives that need contacting soon with quick emails and Here to Help, or Quick Tip E-Cards.
. Inactives > 90 days - The affiliates on this group need following up, in addition to the weekly newsletter and other reminders.
. Inactives – 320-360 days (removal soon)- These are in danger of being cancelled. Time to send a friendly reminder to log in to show SFI they're still around and still considering the business. I have a pre-written email especially for this group that I send twice a month.
. Online now - This is very handy to know when they're online to contact and have a short chat to discuss anything that requires attention..

So the Quick Filter is the best and so valuable to me in terms of monitoring the progress of my SFI business on a daily basis.

Your PSA whose goal is to find an online job involving filling out forms and typing is not looking for an online business, but a job.

You may be able to help the PSA understand the difference between an employee and an entrepreneur or business owner in simple terms that will be easy to understand.

I would also caution my PSA that on-line jobs involving filling out forms and typing requires one to pay registration fee, and endless hours of typing and filling out forms, or survey that doesn’t pay much. And if one wants more work, an upgrade is required, more fees only to work for someone else.

Then I would explain that building SFI business also involves filling out forms in a different way and typing. When one wants to post a query, comment or give feedback/input in the Forum, one has to type the words he has to say. When one submits an answer to a question in Ask SC, the answer has to be typed. When communicating with uplines or downlines or with a2a friends, the message has to be typed.

If the PSA is willing to pay a $30 registration fee for a typing job, then he must be able to use that amount to set up a standing order for $29 for 100 TCredit Pack.

Let your PSA who clearly has the employee mentality decide. But be sure to give the Big Picture of what he’s going to miss if he choose to work for a faceless boss or bosses on the internet just by filling out forms and typing instead of building his very own SFI business and answerable only to himself.

The best way to organise and track your activity with SFI- daily, weekly and monthly, is through your Alerts. Check everyday that the 13 items listed there are all in Green, meaning you have already performed each and every item and gained your 13 points for the day.

Weekly actions are designed to be done weekly, so ensure you have noted the dates on which to send your weekly group support message to your team to earn 30 VP a week. Then do the same thing with reviewing your TC Connect Page to earn 5 VP a week, and Stream Post for 3 VP a week.

Monthly actions are to be done monthly as the name suggests. Ensure you attend to these during the first week of the month- Is your Standing Order in place to earn 100 VP bonus a month and secure your rank? Have you earned 10 VP for submitting Sponsor/Co-Sponsor/SFI rating for the previous month? If you're not allowed because of low VP you earned last month, now is the time to do more and earn more VP and become EA. That should be your Goal when checking your Monthly Actions are completed during the first week of the month.

Your SCOREBOARD summarises all these activities and keeps you updated. Check daily to keep track of your recent activities will help with your overall plans for scoring more and moving on to the next level. It will also shows the following:
. How much VP you've earned so far to date.
. If you're on the Daily Grand Drawing.
. Your current rank and rank qualification
. Your current earnings
. Your Power Rank
. If you're a top sponsor, your PSA's/CSA's ratings given and feedback, if any.
. Your VP Streak stats.

SFI is an online business opportunity and designed to attract worldwide prospects looking for a legitimate and easy way to start home-based business.

Although offline recruiting may sound easier for some, as one can start with their warm market as a beginner, it is not always the best way of recruiting for some. It can be difficult to start if it involves asking people you know to check the business, and you are not yet successful to provide credibility. Rejection will be hard to accept and may deflate your enthusiasm for SFI. It also limits the area in which to seek good prospects.

For me, online recruiting is the best, and here are some of the reasons why:

. It has unlimited scope in getting people to check the income potential of SFI business without talking to them face-to-face and suffering the pain of rejection.

. Technology has made it easier to reach hundreds of thousands of people anywhere in the world, any time to check SFI more closely.

. With internet access and a PC, it will help them decide whether they have found a solution to their search for a second income, owning a business and starting from scratch in the comforts of their home wherever they are, to give them freedom from the 9-5 grind and commuting daily to work, planning on retiring, or whatever it is they're looking for, they can do it online.

. Online recruiting just makes it easier and more doable to promote SFI and TripleClicks internationally without the limitation of time and space.

If I knew what is the most important message to convey to my team to make them active I would be a Diamond Team Leader by now!

A lot of affiliates who have been in SFI for many years are still grappling with this dilemma. What to say to make your team be active, and to stay?

As our team is composed of diverse personalities, nationalities, cultural, economic and educational backgrounds there is simply no such thing as one size fits all.

One short and simple message has no guarantee that it will be received with equal enthusiasm by all. In the same way as a long and detailed message will not be read at all.

But we can only try our best. When sending our weekly group message, ensure we write a message with universal appeal. Mentioning and emphasising always the importance of following the SFI Rules of Success.

The 20 Rules of Success is our guide and the messages in them, especially Rule No. 7, will be the most important message that we can convey to our team with confidence. The most important lesson in life: No one else can make them successful. It's all up to them.
