Besides the requirement to qualify, what is expected of me in becoming a team leader?

Qualifying as a Team Leader is easy. One of the most challenging part as a Team Leader in SFI is getting team members to perform and produce tangible results. In becoming a Team Leader I am expected to do the following:

I have to lead by example. I myself have to produce results in sponsoring, actively participate at TripleClicks, recruit ECAs, participate in forums etc.

I am expected to coach, mentor, support and help my downline in building up their SFI business.

SFI represents multiple income earning opportunities. Should I focus on just one, some, or ALL?

SFI Business is focused around multiple streams of income. To be successful in SFI it is crucial to focus on the multiple streams of income opportunities at SFI. The areas of focus are Versa points, sponsoring affiliates, generating sales at TC, acquiring CSAs, refer ECAs and SFIPPA.

Focusing on multiple earning opportunities means more revenue streams and it also serves as a foundation of a healthy SFI business.

Valuable resources like time and money is spent on advertising and it is therefore necessary to determine the effectiveness of those resources used for advertising. Campaigns can then be adjusted or modified to enhance the effectiveness of advertising.

There is no one best way to receive your SFI commissions. It depends on individual preference and policy regarding payment processors etc in respective countries.

PayPal is a very convenient way to receive your SFI commissions. Access to the money is immediate with PayPal. If PayPal is linked to your bank account, you can withdraw money to your bank account and have it in three to four business days. PayPal funds can also be used to pay for your Standing Orders and any other purchases

Link cloaking software is provided by free URL redirection services. It involves creating a dummy web page with a feature known as “frames”. Inactive CSAs are opportunities and they can be motivated to perform and boost your income.

When I receive inactive CSAs I will contact them immediately and let them know that I have been assigned as their co-sponsor.

I will let the new CSAs know that I am here to assist and support them in building up their SFI Business.

I will also let them know that I am an SFI Team Leader and give them my Leadership Page link.

I see that there are ECAs in my local area who have not yet listed any products. How can I/we encourage them to become active ECAs?

The fact that you managed to get hold of some ECAs to join the program is an encouraging first step. However, to get them to be active involves some information gathering as to why they have not listed their products. Perhaps they need further assistance.

I seen many ECAs approaching the forum when they have a problem listing their products. Make known to them to seek help at the forum if they need assistance.

The expression “leaders are born” is an old adage. Leaders are also made. A lot of leadership stuff cannot be taught but SFI affiliates can learn from effective team leaders. Leadership is deliberate. You seldom have successful teams by accident.

SFI team leaders should take control of their own development. They should keep up with the relentless training that will make a difference in their performance.

SFI has been around for many years and has a proven track record. All new affiliates who joined SFI have a fair and level playing field. In fact new affiliates have an edge because of the vast amount of resources SFI has accumulated over the years for them to learn and apply. These library of resources help new affiliates to jump-start their SFI business and start earning income within a couple of months.

Three important areas for new affiliates to focus on are “START”, “SFI BASICS”
