I cannot answer this without first declaring that I do not have a regular job for 3 years I was disabled and now I am retired. So the “hours” I spend building my SFI Business cannot be copied unless someone has the same freedom of time as I do.
At the moment most of my time is spent on acquiring new affiliates. This will be my top priority until I have a large active team in my down-lines. I could easily state that at least 50% of my time is spent on marketing for new affiliates.
I use two different times for training – The first one is my personal training – which is accomplished by reading pertinent information pertaining to Internet Marketing and SFI training articles, and forum questions and answers as well as Ask SC questions and answers.
The second time is for the training of my team which is done through blog post and personal contact with affiliates who have asked questions of me during the day.
My communication is a mix through all the other activities that I participate in daily. By using the Stream, my leadership page, Ecards, weekly newsletters and personal contacting using affiliates email address. This takes upwards of 15% of my free time.
My activities with TripleClicks is broken up through; product browsing, ECA visiting, purchasing products – Giving out W3 cards and Gift Cards and advertising for PRMs (Personal Referred Members) and ECAs (E-Commerce Associates)
Marketing – 50%
Personal & affiliate training – 20%
Communication – 15%
TripleClicks activities – 10%
Playing games – 5%
The values above are subject to change due to the variables that pertain to on-line marketing and only represent an approximate value as to the percentage of time used for each activity.
I allocate my time in three different sessions:
1. Somewhere around 2 ½ hours in the morning. On the SFI and TripleClicks site.
2. Approximately 3 hours mid-afternoon. My advertising time for Affiliates, ECAs and PRMs.
3. Another 1 or 2 hours in the evening. Checking movers list and contacting affiliates and other forms of communication with in SFI system.
