It's human nature. Convincing your PSAs and CSAs to work the business and be actively involved in making it work despite the success it will bring is like talking to a person with selective deafness.

The difficulty also lies in our own attitude. We are probably trying to do too much convincing, sounding too eager for them to become EA, to make them understand the SFI Basics, sending too many emails that overwhelm, trying to reach them through social media that most PSAs and CSAs will turn a blind eye and not read our posts and emails, or turn a deaf ear, if you try to reach them by phone.

So we work with the workers. We work with those seriously wanting a better life and have seen the potential in SFI. We don't worry too much about the fence-sitters, the lookers, the sleepers and the skeptics. Just keep them on your mailing list, share the progress of your other team members and your success. That's all you can do.

Let your own success do the convincing.

It’s a great idea to periodically “freshen up” your welcome message to new PSAs, especially if you have copied the standard welcome message provided by SFI.

You need not only to freshen it up but to update it with the latest developments and new policy changes being introduced by SFI.

Here’s a sample of my welcome message:

“Welcome to SFI! I'm delighted to have been assigned as your Sponsor!
My name is (your name, your rank, your country). As your Sponsor, it is my pleasure to offer help in getting you started properly in SFI, and to support, guide and mentor you until you have full understanding of how SFI business works and have become very successful.

One can most definitely build SFI business without money to invest, but it will require hard work, great patience and perseverance and time to produce result.

There has never been a requirement to spend in SFI, but to earn income by following the well-laid out procedures in SFI Basics and the utilising the power tools and free training in marketing and promoting SFI and TripleClicks products and services.

Although having some start-up funds to invest almost always helps when starting any new business, you can still earn commissions with SFI without spending any money.

Teach them how to promote products effectively

There are many free strategies outlined in the marketing aids and marketing methods sections.

An Affiliate’s SFI ID is embedded within the URLs in the banners, text ads, and other marketing aids and can be used to reach people who are not yet SFI affiliates or TripleClicks members.

Teach them how to do the Daily, Monthly, and Weekly tasks.

By simply collecting at least 1,500 VersaPoints for the month to gain EA rank and all the associated benefits for that month. This can be done with as little as one customer sale (or one personal purchase as in transfer-buying) a month. Just sign in to TripleClicks.com and look for the various VersaPoints attached to the store's tens of thousands of products.

Teach them how to save.

A savings of 96 cents a day, for example, will be $29 a month. A penny saved is a penny earned. Use this saving for a Standing Order for 100 TCredits with 1200 VP a month.
Use the 100 T-Credits for bidding on Pricebender auction and you gain 100 VP and 500 MRP’s.

For 480 MRP’s you can buy 4 single T-Credits, gaining 408 VP. Use the 4 T-Credits for games or bidding and you now have 1712 VP.

This is a very common question asked not only here but in the Forum and will get asked so many times more. There are four things listed in SFI Basics about earning maximum income

1. Accumulate VersaPoints from doing the To-Do lists, earn 1500 VP to become an EA, the more points scored the higher the rank, the more you can earn from the TC Executive Pool.
2. Generate sales at TripleClicks, earn 45% CV Direct Commission and VP from sales.
3. Sponsor and duplicate, lead and grow a team.
4. Earn supplemental income streams (optional)-
. from co-sponsor- earn 15% of the CV from sales/purchases
. refer ECA- earn up to 10% of the CV and cash royalties for life
. SFIPPA -act as advertiser for SFI for others to take action by filling up a form and earning up to $10 per action.

In addition to the above, these are the simple things you need to do to earn maximum income without investment with SFI:

. Promote SFI. You sponsor people who will sponsor people, grow and build your team down to many levels. You start to derive income from the purchases and/or sales of TripleClicks products generated by your downlines.

. Promote Pricebenders auctions to your team, and those who have money to spend can buy TCredits for use at PB auctions, and you earn 45% Commission, and VP Matching if you are a Team Leader.

. Refer PRMs and promote Eager Zebra games, TC Music downloads and PB auctions, they will need to buy TCredits and from this purchase you not only get 45% Direct Commission but the VP as well.

Having some kind of disability, whether physical or mental, should not be a hindrance to building a successful business with SFI, even without any marketing skills and know-how.

SFI business is very learnable if one is teachable. For someone who is wheelchair-bound, for example, this is an ideal business opportunity as long as one has a PC and an internet access, has a burning desire to learn and make this business work and with plenty of time to spare this person can make SFI business a roaring success.

The disabled person can learn all about marketing from the pages of his Homepage which are easily accessible by clicking Marketing Centre for a start, to learn about marketing tools and aids. There are plenty of training tools and training articles to help as well.

SFI provides everything one needs to know not only about marketing skills but sponsoring and leadership skills that will benefit all.Support from a caring sponsor and co-sponsor will be invaluable in helping the disabled person to develop marketing skills by giving guidance and mentoring via Chat box, SFIM and weekly messages.

People with mental issues are capable of building SFI business. Depending on the kind of mental disability one suffers from, building SFI business can provide a means of relief from the hard realities of life as physical interactions with others can be avoided, but can enjoy friendly interactions with others in the Forum.

It all depends on whether those who want to pursue this business with limited time have visions and have realistic goals to achieve them and have a clear specific picture of what they want.

I would emphasise that SFI business is not built overnight and as a real business, it needs time to grow. This is really tailor-made for busy people. It really doesn’t need to take a major chunk of their time to invest into it.

I would suggest they write down a definite goal and make a list of required actions to achieve it before the start of the week. For example, the extra time required to log in and check the Alerts on their Homepage. By sacrificing TV time after supper and before bedtime they can invest the last few minutes doing the Red Tabs to earn the 11 VP for the day.

At weekends, they may find more time to catch up on SFI. An hour or two invested into SFI during weekends, like following up with recent prospects, sending out E-Cards and postcards, reviewing the LaunchPad Lessons and SFI Basics, sending weekly newsletters to their team, reading more training articles, etc. can do wonders for the growth of their business as well as maintaining a work-life balance.

By investing 30 minutes to SFI business after work every day is doing something to grow their business. This is the essence of Rule No. 2 of SFI Rules of Success.

An Unknown Author wrote,“Approach the start of each day with something in mind and end the day with one word: DONE.”

And they should begin at once, for opportunities never come to those who wait. they are captured by those who dare to attack.

It is very important to have a good sponsor and a co-sponsor at the beginning of our SFI journey. Although we hear so often that we don't need sponsor and co-sponsor to succeed in SFI, yet there is no denying the fact that they play a very significant and important role in our quest for success.

Most of us joined without any clue as to what SFI is and how it works. We need not only a good sponsor and co-sponsor, but caring ones who understand how it is to be so naive, so trusting, and so inexperienced in internet marketing to be there to hold our hands, to lead us, to enlighten us, to inform us, to educate us, and to inspire and motivate us as we find our way around our SFI Affiliate Homepage.

We know now that in order to succeed in SFI, everything we do to grow and develop our SFI business depends solely on our ability, hard work and determination to succeed. We make it happen, no one else.

But if we happen to have a good sponsor and a co-sponsor, it makes our journey to the top much easier, easily achievable and more enjoyable as the relationship we develop with them can have a long lasting impact on our business and our personal life.

When we look at it, SFI is really a relationship business. When we welcome our new PSAs we open not only the lines of communication but open our hearts to them as well for friendship and trust to start a good working relationship will with them.

It is an added bonus to have a caring, nurturing, supportive and responsive sponsor and co-sponsor who are there for us, who are willing to go the extra mile to will help us develop and mature into an effective leaders like them.

For me, I think the most overrated SFI activity is in Advertising. All the Affiliates’ energy seem to be concentrated in it as it is often the top topic I come across in every forum and people put so much importance in it for obvious reasons.

If one had been in the internet business for a long time and had been involved in more than one internet business apart from SFI, then one is sure to be knowledgeable in this activity. But pity the ones who are new and technically challenged! Although SFI provides free training and support and experienced Affiliates are so unselfish in sharing, it is not enough for others who have no idea what to do.

So we have to learn how to work smarter. By buying a share in the S-Builder Co-op and other shares promoted in TripleClicks to help build our team. It is the only way to go and not rely on one’s ability and skill in putting sponsoring or selling ads in every means.

The most underrated SFI activity is in promoting Gift Cards. More explanation should be given on how best to explain to our customers on how to redeem them. A number of gift cards given to family and friends and occasional strangers never got redeemed as they don’t understand how to use them and did not understand what TCredits and MRPs are! If it was meant to entice them to check TripleClicks and participate in Pricebender auctions, it failed to do so. If Gift Cards can be used for the amount stated in the card ($12), and use them to buy items at TripleClicks for that amount, then we may have a bit of success. This is one of the best tools SFI introduced so far and it has the potential to create more sales for us and more income.

May I ask what’s wrong with the SFI’s system and sticking to using it strictly? If it ain’t broke, why fix it? Why complicate things?

SFI is a proven system and has stood the test of time and succeeded and still succeeding against many competition online and offline, and globally!

It has provided us with many beautiful tools and useful aids for sponsoring and marketing and these are very valuable and helpful tools for people who are not tech-savvy but are seriously building a successful SFI business.

However, it may benefit you if you want to add some of your own personal touches and strategies when sharing them with your own team, as long as you’re not compromising the SFI Affiliate Agreement.

If you are highly organised and have a great know-how and a flair for doing your own advertising, building your own website, blog and other technical ways to improve your business, you are free to add some of your own touches and strategies, after all it’s your own business.
