Is it wise to 'bribe' your downline with Gift Certificates, TCredits or other incentives? Or does this practice come back and bite you?

Well this is certainly a very interesting and profound question and my take on why it is indeed wise to offer some reward / incentives or some of you here may regard it as a bribe when it is used in the right way or intention and perspective it can go a long way and will not come back anytime to bite you and not turn too good to the giver that is you.
Here you go on my input:
I guess when you offer incentives like gift certificates or Tcredits position as a contest or reward for say achieving Fast Tracker / EA2 / BTL / set up own ECA etc or a contest amongst all downline with most PSAs or PRMS recruited it becomes a good motivator or carrot in my opinion . Especially Gift certificate like to buy the wave3 kits as The neat thing is your money comes back if they do not redeem it whereas TCredits are gone even if they do not used it .
So go forth and offer some incentives especially to the deserving downlines
All the best

What long-term goal(s) should an affiliate be setting for themselves?

Well I would say that an affiliate should be setting specific long term goals according to their own specific aspirations and expectations :An excellent example to model after has already been provided here by SFI - https://www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=goals
As we all know that Setting goals and reviewing them regularly is critical and an integral part for becoming successful.
In closing I would like to quote what the late Zig Ziglar once said
"You can't hit a target you cannot see and you cannot see a target you do not have."
All the best and go and set your short , mid and long term goals based on the SMART principle
(Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely. ) Goals setting.
See you at the top soon .

If I had an extra $100 to invest in SFI I would invest in the following for the long haul so as to maximize and grow my SFI Business using the following methods :
Buy 2 units of S-builder so as to grow and build up your PSAs Which will enable you to have an additional 560VPs costing $44.00 and 30 Digital TC Gift Cards $20.70 and 100VPs as well as an additional 300 VPs when you record them as you hand it or email to your prospects and PRMS and at the same time Spread the word about TripleClicks.com and attract new customers with TripleClicks Gift Cards! These standard plastic gift cards come in packs of 30, feature an attractive TripleClicks logo design, and are redeemable for $12 each at TripleClicks.com.
And use the balance in the form of GIFT certificates to reward and motivate deserving PSAs to spur them to greater heights

How do you get your affiliates engaged and conversing regularly with you?
Johnny Tan, Aff (Singapore)

Affiliate since: 11/08/2012, Power Rank: 330
well I guess if you have been building up rapport and establish relationship via your weekly Team Mail,A2 Messaging etc and sharing with them some tips ,insights and say free advertising sites and so on then it would not be too difficult.
However as it takes 2 hands to clap they also have to bite the cherry and reciprocrate what I do is to continue to email them as you never know when they will become keen or rekindle their interest.
How do I get my a2a friends to offer positive support and assistance?
Johnny Tan, Aff (Singapore)

well I would say that as A2Friends are also fellow SFI affilaites I would say that since we are independent business builders who more or less operate on the same platforms to expand and build our earnings with SFI it would not be too difficult to offer positive support and assistance to one another as depicted in our Ask SC Forums and all where seinor and more experienced members are most keen to offer and share their insights ,tips and inspirational messages too.
My approach to attracting new affiliates isn't working. What should I do now?

Well I would reexamine and scrutinize carefully all my advertising promotions and sponsoring activities and print out all the activities done and thereafter check out what brings me results and what don't that is the long and short of it is by tracking my advertising campaigns say on CraigLists and having say post to 50 US cities and after analysis found that only 5 bring me the results and certain text works best I would go focus re- posting the ads there And keep fine tuning and tweaking all my campaigns and platforms to see what bring me the requisite results and then go all out for it .
Don't give up persevere , persist and keep fine tuning and tweaking till you hit the home run
All the best

Well to me some of the better ways to hold OFFLine classes or seminars to train your PSAs about what SFI and TripleClicks is all about ? :
Well some venues for a start assuming that we will be starting off with small groups like either 1 or 3 to 4 I would arrange to meet at an convenient and yet quiet corner in a cafe or coffee house to share from your laptop or IPad with some keynotes printout summary for takeaway and reinforcement and when the group grows we can either arrange to meet say at some classrooms or office or a small function room .
However as SFI and Tripleclicks are a Global business we should try to arrange for a webinar training sessions or even try teleconference or group Skype chats particularly good for sharing of testimonials and motivational sharing and all when you have an informal PSAs all over the world
There you go and all the best
