How much time a day, approximately, do I need to invest in SFI to build a profitable business?

Time depends on you. To build a profitable business you need to put in the effort and commit to its success. That means more time on your business.
Some people are employed, others are not. Some have experience, others don't. Some people have money others don't. Some people have time, others don't, etc.
I'm an introvert. I have plenty time and no money since I'm unemployed. I spend most of my time, more than 12 hrs a day, on my computer. I read to gain knowledge, play games to get TCredits and VPs. I surf 4 traffic exchanges to get traffic to my website and promote on Facebook and twitter.
If you have money you won't need to spend so much time. Since FSI is your business, you'll need to spend more time building it. That's planting. Then in future you'll rip what you sow.
Depending on how much time you have. I advice you to spend as much as you can.

How is advising my PSAs to buy from ECAs in their country helpful?

To earn, something must be sold. Business without sales is dead. Advising your PSAs to buy from their country is very-very important and helpful for them in many ways. I’ll just make few important points here. When they buy from their local ECAs:
1. They boost their country’s economy/currency and boost their local ECAs,
2. They don’t pay or they pay less for delivery charges,
3. They get their product quicker than waiting for them to be shipped from other countries. They can collect them,
4. It helps them to grow their businesses quicker, because it will be easier to recruit their family, friends and neighbors to be their PRMs and start earning commission quicker.
5. The best and easy way to maintain/upgrade your level is through transfer buying. Transfer buying becomes easy and enjoyable if you can buy from local ECA what you normally buy from other shops.
I just listed these five points. There are many more reasons why it is important and helpful for your PSAs to buy from their own country.
I hope this will help and motivate your PSAs to buy from their country’s ECAs.

I like opportunities. In life as well as here at SFI, you must use every situation to your advantage. Since you have planned a local get-together for a2as, continue with your plan and just invite your neighbors as well. At the meeting, just discus TC/SFI, games, auctions, etc and brainstorm some strategies. The neighbors will get interested and join you since they will get real testimonies, evidence, stories, etc from real people. After the meeting, you'll benefit a lot by gaining PSA and/or PRMs.

As far as I'm concern, it is better to use the PSA Mailer.
What connects you with your PSA is SFI business. PSA Mailer is for SFI business. To discuss SFI business, it is wise to use the SFI PSA Mailer for many reasons. I'll just mention a few.
At the bottom of each message that your PSAs receive, there are rights and options for your PSAs. If you send them messages direct, your email does not give them the options and their rights. So maybe you might be violating their rights.
If you send them message with PSA Miler, it goes both to their SFI mailbox and their private mail box.

The best way to use your Fast-Track lapel pin to attract sign-ups into SFI is to wear it everyday. You are your business. Wear it wherever you go. It looks nice and can compliment almost all color and style.

Social media marketing is one of the most effective means of recruiting PSAs and PRMs into your SFI business.
If you are a member, you can connect with people and join groups of people who have the same interest as you. You will then post about your business and share your successes and wins with them. Share about your business, SFI and TripleClicks, how it works and earn their trust.
We know there are lot of scams out there. When people get to know, understand and trust how TC/SFI works. There are high chances that they will join you. When they join, you'll know that you have better sign-ups who are committed because you've shared with them. They trust you and they already know, have an idea of what to expect and what to do.
Because they are already used to you and you communicate in social media. Helping them to succeed won't be a problem for you. You won't have a problem of downline not responding to your messages, which is our main problem here.
SIF is one of the best online business. In the social media you have lot of time to talk. If you really understand your SFI business and explain it very well to them. There are high chances that others may even quit theirs and join you.

I like being on my computer. What I do on the daily basis to promote my SFI business is chatting and posting my business on social networks.
Since I have a website and I don't have money to promote it, I surf traffic exchanges, that I have joined, in order to get traffic to my website.
I also have business cards, fleyers and W3 cards. When I go around I give them away. When I'm free I deliver my fleyers house to house.

Yes for sure you must continue to help, support and train your dowline even if they advance faster than you.
Some of the affiliates advance faster not because they understand SFI, but because of some other reasons. Others advance faster because the y have money and they make lot of purchases and get on top quick. Others advance faster because they have great resources, etc.
Since you are here as their Team Leader, your duty is to help them succeed. You've been with SFI before them. You understand SFI better. What you must do is to help, support and train them to use their money or their resources efficiently to build and grow their businesses. You must provide proper guidance.
You see some of our new affiliates don’t get proper guidance. They join SFI and become Team Leaders within few days. After few months they quit. Some of them complain saying that they spend more money than they earn. So you don’t what that to happen to your fast advancing downline. To avoid that, you must be always there to support, help and train them.

As far as I understand SFI. SFI is too broad to explain. There are many ways to run your business and there are many ways to make money.
I for one, I think it is it better to provide prospects with only a brief overview of what SFI is about. Then ask your prospects to join and find out more themselves.
When you give them more lengthy, detailed information. You might end up giving them wrong information sometimes. As human beings we don't understand things the same way. We are all affiliates here at SFI, but we don't understand SFI the same way.
