When seeking serious affiliates for SFI, what is the most important question to ask the prospect?
Affiliate since: 11/29/2011, Power Rank: 83
When you are wearing your prospecting hat, you are to engage your prospective affiliates in a friendly and open conversation which may lead to you asking the most important question.
What is it? The prospects may ask first when you have given a strong signal that you want to ask a question.
You have given the prospects the way and respect and an opening to ask a question first. Than it's your turn to ask a question with a question of your own.
"Are you seriously thinking about your family's financial future?"
If the answer is Yes, you then ask a follow-up question, what the plan to securing his family's financial future is. And you are now talking and preparing to sign up a serious SFI affiliate.
If the answer is No, politely leave and go to the next one. Always remember, some will, some won't, so what...someone's waiting. Next please!

What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?
Affiliate since: 11/29/2011, Power Rank: 83
This has been an ongoing problem which we all must try to deal with as best as we can.
What to do with affiliates who are not only inactive but would not communicate and not even acknowledge any messages of offer of help, encouragement and support?
There’s really nothing much we can do except to continue to try our best to reach out to them.
Keep sending them group messages week after week, sharing information, the latest news and new development in the business.
Keep sharing with them every milestone achieved by members of your team, prizes won at different contests that will show them how much fun they’re missing.
All this will just be a shot in the dark as we’ll never know if they’re receiving or even reading any of our messages.
So we learn how to let go in the end and move on and keep sponsoring
and building and succeeding. While we're hard at work and fulfilling our dreams, they're probably still struggling and wondering what if...

Of all the marketing tools out there I could use to build my SFI business, which is best...and why?
Affiliate since: 11/29/2011, Power Rank: 83
The Marketing Center in our Homepage contains all the tools for different programs we need to build our SFI business such as ECA, Eager Zebra games, Pricebenders, TC Music, W3, PPA, SFI and TC.
For me the marketing tool that I consider the best is S-Builder Co-op. It is great for new and old Affiliates alike who have no experience or knowledge in personal recruiting whether locally or globally.
A share in S-Builder Co-op is very affordable, less than 72c a day yet will give you sign-ups and TC members from around the world. This is an excellent way to build a team as well as customers which are the foundation of a profitable and successful SFI business.

What do you say to an affiliate who thinks that doing the daily 1 VP actions is a waste of time?
Affiliate since: 11/29/2011, Power Rank: 83
The first thing I’d say to an affiliate who thinks that doing the daily To-Do to earn 1 Action VP is a waste of time, would be to ask him, how does one eat an elephant?
One bite at a time.
A Chinese Proverb: "The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step."
A baby learns to crawl before he takes his first step.
Everything in life starts with 1, not with zero. Without 1c there cannot be a dollar, it’s only still 99 cents.
In SFI we start building our business by understanding that doing the daily to-do is the most important step to build a successful SFI business.
It all starts with earning 1 VP for doing 1 task, a start to accumulating the needed 10 VersaPoints to qualify for an entry in the Daily Grand Drawing. If you miss earning 1 VP, 9 VP will not gain you an entry.
You need to earn 1500 VP in order to qualify for EA. You will miss out becoming EA if you miss earning 1 VP as you end up with 1499 because you did not value the importance of earning 1 VP more.
If you are qualifying for the next rank, not earning 1 Action VP more can hold you back.
Nothing that you do in SFI that gains you 1 AVP is a waste of time- it's a step closer to fulfilling your goals, if your dreams are big enough.

I want to do local training for my affiliates. How do I get them to come to my training sessions?
Affiliate since: 11/29/2011, Power Rank: 83
Do you only want to do local training for your local affiliates, and so exclude your other affiliates from another country? How are you going to train your affiliates who live in different countries across the globe?
If the majority of your team are from your area, it would be easy to get them to your training sessions.
If money is not a problem, you can hire a hall, do all the necessary arrangements for presentation, refreshments, and other things that go with it, like time and venue and duration of the training.
Send your team invitation and wait for their acceptance so you can finalise your preparations.
If they accept, let them know if this is a once only or is this an ongoing training sessions. Then provide all the training brochures, X-Cards, etc. and ensure your powerpoint presentation is easy to follow.
Good luck and may your training sessions are successful.

What do you need to do to make sure your CSAs and PSAs are receiving your email messages?
Affiliate since: 11/29/2011, Power Rank: 83
The first thing I would do to make sure my CSAs and PSAS are receiving my email messages is to check the email address provided in their Affiliate Snapshot Profile.
I would also check my Genealogy to see if there is a green envelop icon alongside their names.
When sending messages, I would request a feedback or comment. If I am running a team contest, or whatever team activities that need input from my CSAs and PSAs, I would leave a question, or ask for their comments and suggestions. If the team contest or any team activities interest them, they will respond via team mail.
Another way of ensuring that my CSAs and PSAs are receiving my email messages is to check my inbox for any technical reasons why my email was undeliverable as soon as I hit send. If no notice of failure to send, then the message has gone through.

Creating my own SFI co-op...or starting a blog about SFI...which will provide the most value?
Affiliate since: 11/29/2011, Power Rank: 83
Many have submitted answers in favour of starting a blog about SFI.
And since you are asking an either/or kind of question, I hope my answer will relate to some, if not most, of our friendly raters.
For someone with a limited know-how of starting and managing a blog that will give the most effective advertisement for SFI, this can be quite daunting. Blogging should be done regularly, otherwise no one will want to read your blog if there is no new and interesting thing to read. You have no guarantee of it being read by internet surfers unless you know how to drive traffic through your blog, and still not sure if it will produce sign-ups.
Creating your own SFI co-op, especially if done through the S-Builder Co-op, will provide the most value for money and for building a team.
It's great for someone with limited time, limited know=how and experience and limited money to invest. Though there is also no guarantee of sign-ups who will work and become active, still it's a better result as you can also get PRMs out of them.
You can tap on the great resources of SFI- their international and multichannel advertising co-op which is a great way to fast track your success. And cheap too! With only 72 cents a day, you can build a residual income stream which makes for a rosy future.

How can I use the Country/Region sub-forums at the Forum to help my team members whose English is not their primary language?
Affiliate since: 11/29/2011, Power Rank: 83
This new sub-Forum, My Country My Region, can encourage new team members whose English is not their primary language to post in their own language any queries about SFI procedures and express their concerns about their ability to build a successful SFI business.
This will help them enormously in getting confidence as they interact and join in the discussions in their own language and not have fear about being misunderstood.
Encourage your own team members to also participate in any discussions that may interest them and which may relate to their own problems such as where to get help with credit cards and other banking needs, which ECA to approach to arrange to buy TCurrency to pay for their TripleClicks purchases and standing order.
Instructions spelled out in their native language will be easier for them to understand instead of struggling to understand instructions written in English. Affiliates who speak the same language can clarify some issues and terminologies and procedures better than you can.
When your team members get comfortable in visiting the sub-Forum they will learn a lot quicker about sponsoring, promotion and duplication and other SFI activities and contests. This will help them grow in knowledge and confidence which is very beneficial to you and your business.

Why should I invest in SFI?
Affiliate since: 11/29/2011, Power Rank: 83
Because it's free to join SFI, you're asking why should you invest in SFI?
For a start, you need to spend money to earn money.
Many books have been written about the wisdom of investing. The money you receive from your earnings is but a start. The earnings it will make will build your fortunes.
So it makes sense to invest in SFI, for obvious reasons. Because it is your business, you treat it as a real business.
Investments in SFI take many forms- time, money, commitment, hard work, knowledge and know-how.
Investing your time in SFI will provide result in learning and personal development.
Investing your money in SFI will help accelerate your success. Investing a small amount in Standing Order will ensure you keep your rank every month.
Changing your buying habits to TripleClicks store will give you a discount, earn VP with the purchase, and contribute to the TC Executive Pool, from which you get a share every month.
If you invest nothing, you will earn nothing.
