My movers tab has helped me tremendously in maximizing my SFI business. how?
Every time i log in, i always check my movers list to see those that are working on my team and where they stand as present. so i communicate to them on how they can improve and how i can help them.
From the movers list as well, i realized those that are not working as it were with very low VP. i check the time they log in last, if i realized that the space between the log in dates are much, i restructure my mail to such and contact them on what may be happening.
The following happens in the movers lists:
1. those who are working
2. Those who are trying, that is they earn half of the versa points per time and try to keep up
3. Those with low VP but logs in occasionally
4. Those who don't log in at all and thus do not work
when the movers lists is categorized like this, it helps to plan on each of them to create a revenue of income
mails and help differs from each as each movers list require different support and help to yield the same result, thereby increasing the number of EA2s etc in the end and thereby increasing my earnings.
lastly to maximize the ones not working, i utilize two principles which are
1. the 80/20 Principle and
2. The 20/80 principle
These are principles successful entrepreneurs use to work their business.
If out of 100, 80% fall to category 1,2,3. i concentrate on those first and if out of 100, only 20% fall into category 1,2,3, i concentrate on them first. since these are the pillars in which my business falls
