I would recommend buying PSAs to Go (after you set up an SO that includes at least 1 unit of S-Builder Co-op) for $1.99 apiece, maybe 5 or less at a time. Be sure you have the time to lead/mentor each one as they come in, which should be within 5 days of order. Suggest buying 1 per day for however many you want. This way, within a week will have 1 coming daily. Then, do it again!
Your S-Builder PSAs will start coming in 1 or 2/week starting approximately 6 weeks after you order them. During this time, be sure you have studied the sponsoring training so as to be ready for those newbies.
Before the S-Builders start arriving, do the above referenced ordering so that starting 2 or 3 weeks after joining, you will have PSAs coming to you regularly, but slowly enough that you can sponsor them positively and correctly.
Since I am not good at advertising, this would be my chosen method. Slower, to be sure, but can you imagine getting 10 or more in one day?!!?? You and they will be flustered!
Very often, slower is better. You will have more time to get each one off to a good start.
Once you have new incoming PSAs schedule set up, then think about advertising for them, if you have the time, skill and money. Rather, I would suggest advertising for PRMs. Once they join from your advertising, TripleClicks takes over guiding them to where they need to go and what to do.
Sounds pretty win-win to me, not too pricey, nor an overload for anyone!:)
