At this point in time I would assume that you personally do not have a large active down-line. Well neither do I so I am in the same boat as you are right now.

I am the kind of person who thinks too much about doing things that hasn’t happened yet. I guess I am always trying to be ready if something does happen. The thought of having a really large team of active affiliates has had me a bit concerned in the past.

But the beauty of SFI and TripleClicks home based business is that it is not a get rich quick system therefor I know that by the time my team has grown as big as you may be indicating I will already be trained in how to manage my huge team.

As your team gets larger over the year or years you will be ending up with Team Leaders on your front line. You know what? Those team leaders will be taking care of their own personal teams and you will not have to be concerned about it.

That is the fantastic rewards of duplication you are a team leader with a few team leaders on your front line. You are taking care of your “leaders” while they are taking care of their personal groups. Therefor your entire team is being managed.

With the personalization needed only when you are contacted directly by others in your group.

In other words when your team is has grown too large for you to give personal help to everyone then you put your effort in only helping those who are contacting you. Everyone in your group that contacts you needs your personal reply.

You will have to be polite but brief and stick to the quickest answers which can include directing them to their Team Leader sponsor or to a link in the SFI training.

I have learned to look at it this way – with the training I am getting from the forum and ASK SC I know that without a doubt by the time my team is that big I will be more than qualified to handle the magnitude of it all.

You will learn as I; that you will cross that bridge when you get there, and the path to that bridge has already been laid by those who went before us so let us at this time stick to following the well laid yellow brick road to our empire.

When I have been confronted with an upset affiliate stating that they are going to quit because things are not working out for them or that the return on their efforts are not paying enough, I will do my best to talk with them to find out where the real problem is.

I will then check the affiliates VP ledger and their personal profile. Usually I will find that the affiliates have never made a financial investment or I find out that they are logging in only once or twice a week.

I will explain to the affiliate in the best professional manner that I can about how a business (any business) needs investments of money and time in order to succeed. And that these investments must be on a continuous bases.

I will explain to them that if they had a sporting goods store in town – they would have to rent or build the store – pay for electricity, and many other assorted fees along with stocking the store with inventory to sell.

Then I would explain to them about the hours the store would have to be open so customers can come and buy the goods that you bought and put in stock. If you are closed half the time your store would fail.

Most successful businesses start out in the hole and it takes them 3 to 5 years to make enough income to make a profit.

At this present time only 2% of the world’s population share 98% of the world’s money and 98% of the people must share the left over 2% of the money. Now it is estimated that by 2018 that 99.9% of the world’s money will be in the pockets of only .1% of the world’s people and everyone else will have to share in the lousy .1% of what is left over.

At this time I let them know that I am on my way to being one of those 2% at the top and that you are welcome to come along with me – I will help you all I can but I will not carry your load or work your business for you – You must decide that success is what you want and that you are going to be committed until you succeed

I am pleased to know that someone wants to only recruit serious affiliates. I am pretty sure that many people in SFI want to receive only active, working affiliates.

When serious affiliates is your target for prospects then it is assured that you will need some kind of filtering system before getting your prospects to your JMT (Join My Team) Gateway.

You will also need to understand when looking for serious affiliates you are going to get a lot less responses and even fewer sign-ups. But if one person does sign up then you would have someone more likely becoming an active down-line affiliate.

Make it so your first advertising contact has some kind of survey like the one listed below and that they must answer the survey and send it to your contact email – then you will send them your Join My Team Gateway if they have answered the questions to your satisfaction.

In your survey ask questions like these:

1. Are you looking for work at home business?
2. Do you have a computer and Internet connection?
3. Are you willing to invest 10 to 12 hours a week building your business?
4. Success takes time – are you willing invest 2 years before seeing success?
5. Are you willing to invest up to $100 to start a new business?
6. What are you willing to invest per month to build your business?

You can thank them for taking the survey and that you will send them some free object for replying to your survey (A TripleClicks Gift Card).

If they respond to your survey then more than likely you will have a very good lead and the chances are they will be someone who is active and trainable. As to how effective this system is I cannot say – I am still testing.

The main thought that I am trying to get across is that you really can’t start with SFI information to filter your prospects. Telling prospects about SFI before filtering them will get you the same exact results that you are trying to avoid. Your prospects will hear the words “free” training and “free” to join and “no investment” to get started.

You can go to Google and type in the search bar “Pre-qualified leads” and you will get hundreds of sites where they offer that kind of service – but beware it is easy to lose a lot of money with corrupt sites.

This is how I would explain the TripleClicks pool profit sharing program and how it works.

There are 90,000+ products listed in TripleClicks at this time. Every product has its own VP (Versa Point) value. When you purchase a product you will also receive the total VPs that were assigned to that particular product.

During the month TripleClicks will put 40% of the profits raised through product sales/services into a huge pool and this pool is divided by the total VPs earned by all the affiliates that month and each of those VP is equal to one share of the pool.

When an affiliate has accumulated at least 1,500 VP two months in a row (Becoming an EA2, Executive Affiliate) that affiliate will be rewarded with one share of the pool for each VP he/she has earned.

The executive pool bonus is extra residual income over and above the regular commissions you are making for personal sales and group sales.

Your executive pool bonus can be extremely lucrative once you reach the first Team Leader level which is the Bronze Team Leader. At this point you will receive what is known as “matching VP.” Matching VP is paid to all Team Leaders who are Bronze Team Leaders up to the Diamond Team Leaders position.

Once you reach the levels explained above you will receive matching VPs from all the EA2s and above from your group including your CSAs (Co-Sponsored Affiliates). As you climb higher in rank (Leader position) your matching VP will be paid to you from deeper and deeper within your group up to 12 levels deep.

There are at this moment several affiliates in SFI who are earning a 6 figure income just from the Executive bonus pool!

When using social media you must first realize that you have to have a constant presence on the site before any kind of recruiting can begin.

Visit many of the sites members and commenting on their pages or message centers. Build friendships first and foremost. You must build their trust before you can attempt to make them a business partner.

If you’re on Twitter, “Tweet” a lot – If you’re on Facebook then “like” a lot Are you all “linked up” on Linked-in?

When using social media the best recruiting method is to socialize. And socialize a lot.

Once you have built a good relationship then you can “drip” in a little information at a time about your SFI and TripleClicks business by including small blurbs in your post and in your signature.

Do not use direct SFI links while on social networks – you will be better off by using shortened links or by using links to your personal blog if you have one. Social sites do not like advertising links they call it spamming.

If it is done properly huge incomes can be made using social sites. There are many books on the subject including ones being sold by ECAs in TripleClicks – good luck on your social endeavor it can be very rewarding.

Many affiliates have asked the same question when it comes to obtaining referrals. I would have to say whatever works best for you is what you should put your efforts into.

Buying PSAs (Personally Sponsored Associates) can bring in new affiliates usually faster than advertising unless you are good at it. I keep a standing order of one unit of S-Builder so I have fresh new affiliates coming in every month. And sometimes I purchase “PSAs to go.

In purchasing affiliates you have a faster chance of building up the size of your team. The affiliates obtained through purchasing come without any guarantee – no one knows if they will be workers or lookers.

When using your own advertising it is good if you have some patience because if you’re not an export in advertising it will take a while for you to learn how to get sign-ups. When you are advertising it is easy to get “hits” (people looked at your ad) but not so easy to get the sign-ups.

To reach the upper levels in SFI and TripleClicks it is imperative that you learn to run good pulling ads worded in such a way to filter out the “lookers” and gain more of the workers.

While you are learning to run good ads or saving to use paid ads it would be a good idea to do as I have done and set up a standing order of S-Builder at least one unit. By doing this you can now purchase unlimited “PSAs to Go” for only $1.99 each.

By following what I just suggested you will be building your team while you are learning to run quality pulling ads.

I have thought about the question on affiliates understanding and speaking very little English. And I can see that as being a barrier 10 or 15 years ago but not in today’s Internet Marketing media.

Most third world countries now teach English in their schools as a second language and in some cases it is their main language. However there is still a need in understanding what is being spoken when English is used.

They have the ability to change all the SFI and TripleClicks pages into their own language or at least into one they understand better than English. At the bottom right hind side is a box labeled “Translate” when that is clicked a page appears with several different languages listed. They need simply to click on the language they want or need.

As far as having very much computer/Internet/experience if they can find your gateway link in an advert and have enough knowledge to click on your link and sign up on your affiliate form then they have all the necessary skills to build their SFI and TripleClicks business.

Don’t we advertise that if someone has a device such as a Smart phone, laptop or computer and access to the Internet then they can build a business here? The level of education they have for doing this is not really a factor in building an SFI home business.

SFI is free to learn – (free training, mentoring and guiding) you learn as you go and the great thing is that you can earn while you learn!

I really understand what it is like to be “shy” I am somewhat still shy even after dealing with public orientated sales business’s off and on almost all of my working years.

What I have found is that when using the Internet there is no reason to be shy because there is no “face to face” contact. Almost all of your contact with prospects will be using the keyboard for your communications.

Even when it comes to typing I was also very shy because I am one of the world’s worst spellers. I have learned that my computer corrects a lot of my little words which is heaven sent. But some of the longer words, well let’s say even the computer does not recognize what word I am trying to use. I had to create my own privet “word list” cheat sheet.

When you say “not Internet savvy” it strikes a big bell with me. I never have been on the Internet until three years ago (I’m 65 now). Almost all of my Internet knowledge has been learned while working my SFI and TripleClicks business.

The Internet can be a really overwhelming system if you are looking at all the possibilities that are currently available to the Internet user.

The first thing I had to learn was that I do not have to know how to use the “total” Internet system to work my SFI business. The best way to learn how to use the Internet is to learn only what you need to know at the time being.

If you are going to run ads then learn how to copy and paste your content in a free safe-list ad site. Many of the sites are really easy to use – copy and paste- click – done.

Your “fear” (limited knowledge) decreases each time you use the Internet, it does not take long to get the hang of it (so to speak). Surf the Internet daily – practice makes perfect.

Having an ECA store in TripleClicks and being an affiliate with SFI should be encouraged.

The reason I say this is really simple – it is one of the income streams that an affiliate can be earning from.

I personally am an affiliate with SFI and I have an ECA store. I do not find the extra time to run the ECA as a burden because I am retired and can devote as much time as I need.

With TripleClicks handling all the paper work, the currency exchange, and payments. All an ECA owner has to do is fill orders and ship the products.

As far as investing – if an affiliate is having trouble maintaining their rank in SFI then I would say it would not be wise to start an ECA because there will be expenses that are created by having the ECA such as shipping supplies, labels, products and more advertising.

I would even encourage EAs and EA2s to put in ECA stores if they truly have the desire and drive to maintain their SFI affiliate-ship and their ECA store.

Every ECA that is approved by TripleClicks brings more income into the system. When there is more income then the bonus pool has more money for each share. It is a totally winning situation.

Maybe I am wrong but it looks like most of the ECA stores are ran by affiliates in SFI. That tells you it is good for business and good for your personal income to have your down-line putting in ECA – I wonder what happens to your matching VP?

Remember when someone in your up-line or down-line or CSAs puts in a ECA store do what you can to purchase from them it shows your support for what they are doing and you will reap the benefits.

When you are using your affiliate landing pages (web pages) your SFI Id Is visible to everyone who comes to your site. For new affiliates just starting out I would say that is OK.

After you have learned to advertise well enough to start getting sign-ups then it is time to purchase your own domain name. Your domain name should be somewhat connected to the content of the kind of ads you are running.

The reason for obtaining your own domain is that it has a more professional look to it. And it will be easier to remember than a long URL with your ID number in it. When using your own ID number it is easier for a person to “hijack your ID and steal your leads or commissions and this cannot be done when using your own personal domain.

The search “spiders” that crawl around on web sites really do not like “affiliate” replicated sites. The spiders can easily detect an affiliate number and may not send visitors to your site because “affiliate” sites are to temporary. The Spiders look for URLs (personal domains) that are hosted by a service provider. (Note: The hosted domain has a better chance of visitors if the domain is hosted for 2 or more years.

With that said: TripleClicks lifetime prestige domains are a really good deal. The Spiders see this kind of domain as something that is permanent. Because of that your splash pages or blog sites will receive more traffic from the larger search engines.

Another good point about personal domain names is that your URL will not be blocked by Facebook or Twitter and many other social sites.

The use of your own personal domain name has many benefits over using a “affiliate numbered replicated site”. So when you can afford it and want to take your advertising to a higher level then I suggest you obtain your own domain.
