Your personal relationship with your Sponsor may affect your judgment when it’s time to rate your Sponsor’s performance .

To give an unbiased and appropriate rating of your Sponsor each month, here are some pointers you can use as your yardstick.

ACCESSIBILITY. Being there for you when you need assistance. During the month you probably encounter a problem or two, how quickly you get the response and solution to your problem is important to you. Being able to chat any time you and your Sponsor are online and discuss the day's business in a friendly and spontaneous way.

KNOWLEDGEABILITY. Your Sponsor’s knowledge not only of SFI/TC’s marketing and sponsoring procedures, compensation plan and other general rules and policies, business ethics and other standards as set out in SFI Affiliate Agreements and other guidelines is critical in dispensing guidance and direction as you work your way from one level to the next.

LEADERSHIP. Your Sponsor’s gallery speaks volume- if he/she is leading from the front. Check the number and kinds of Badges your Sponsor earned from the time he/she joined SFI. Note your Sponsor's Rank and his Standing Order Badge, among other Badges earned so far. This reflects your Sponsor’s commitment and investment in his business and worth emulating.

COMMUNICATION. How often does your Sponsor communicate with you apart from the Weekly Group Messages? Does your Sponsor keep in touch, even if you don't, and check your progress and well-being especially when you miss a few days and disappear from your Sponsor’s Movers list for some reason? This shows caring and should give you tremendous feeling of belonging.

SHARING of important developments and changes to the rules in how new games are played for instance, new prizes and perks to be earned, additional incentives, etc., tips and valuable information gained from reading the Latest SFI NEWS and relevant articles and shared good business practices with others at the Forum - these are vital knowledge that updates you if you happen to miss a day or two logging in.

RECOGNITION. We appreciate being recognized for every milestone we achieve in building our SFI business. Our need for approval is as essential as air, food and water. Prompt recognition of our achievements, no matter how small, works wonders for our morale especially coming from your Sponsor who is generous and kind in his/her praises and shares the proud moments with the team.

How can you help SFI and TripleClicks become known around the world?

Without leaving your home, or even your room, you can easily spread the word about SFI and TripleClicks through the Internet.

By joining the social media, such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube, and other media where people love to hang out and exchange greetings, ideas and such, you can say a word or two about SFI and TC. It is only one way of letting the world know of SFI and TC.

Your own blog or website is a great place to write about SFI and TC that readers around the world can learn about a product or two, or talk about a new program such as Eager Zebra Games, Time Machine and PTP and much more.

When you email your friends who live in another country, you can mention SFI/TC and ask them to check out this great home-based online business opportunity.

A lot of answers in favour of promoting to friends and family have been given and I hope it helped you in deciding what to do.

For me,however, I have found it very difficult to promote to friends and family for the following reasons:

. Emotional attachments to family and friends make it hard to approach them about the business. While they may be supportive in whatever you undertake, they want to distance themselves from you once you start mentioning and promoting SFI/TC.

. Friends will start to avoid visiting or talking to you for fear of being "sold to" or "talked to" in joining you.

. I have learned my hard lessons so now I don't even mention what I'm doing. On a very rare occasions that I get invited to by friends and relatives, I find that I have to keep to myself and pretend to enjoy the occasion. This makes me feel isolated and I feel so sad that my own family and friends would not want to share my dreams.

Strangers are said to be friends we haven't met. So, talking to strangers to promote SFI/TC is a better alternative. They're more interesting to talk to if you just try to listen to them instead of being interesting yourself, you'll find them easier to prospect.

This is the reason why I love building SFI business on the internet.
There are many wonderful strangers out there who we are yet to meet and share our dreams with.

What ads have been the most effective in sponsoring quality affiliates?

For me, it's the S-Builder co-op and the PSAs To Go, as I'm not into doing the ads myself.

Most of the Movers on my team are from S-Builder co-op, they tend to be more serious,hard-working, active and success-driven. They're very few but quality people.

The newer PSAs To Go is also an excellent source of quality affiliates.

Once in a while one or two shining stars will come from other sources like guaranteed sign-ups packages from ECAs.

Thank you for asking this question. How can I get people who are engaged in other network marketing businesses to take a look at SFI?

First, I would enquire how their business is going. Ask to hear their success stories, then listen. Show your interest.

If successful, you’ll hear excitement and enthusiasm. They may show some proof of their success by showing brand-new car, a nice home, or other possessions.

Ask more probing questions, about their family, their time spent with them, etc. Are they enjoying more quality time with them, where they have gone on their last holiday, the last time they went camping or swimming with their friends and family. Then by listening actively, making a few leading remarks every now and then,
they'll open up some more.

Most likely, with questions touching family life you’ll hear a little bit hesitation, and you’ll notice a little crack in the façade. Then, quietly ask if they have an open mind to check SFI and have a look at how a home based business like SFI can provide an alternative, or a second income that will only require a small portion of their time to get started, and the opportunity to work at home, at their own time, whenever they like.

Emphasise the flexibility, the prospect of building a worldwide business in the comfort of their home with their family around. Stress there's no-risk in joining, as they are free to join and free to leave.

Stress the great training materials and resources readily accessible and the great support enjoyed by SFI affiliates.

Then when interest has been aroused, give your business card, X-Card, or any brochures you have with you. Follow-up a few days later to ask how they feel about SFI and to answer questions if they have any.

Maintain contact and friendship, no matter the outcome.

The best way to assist them is to go to the new ECAs TConnect Websites to connect with them and to welcome them to TripleClicks.

Provide the link for their guidance, to help them set up store and products properly as per SFI/TC procedures.

Once the new ECAs have added their products, I will now support them by shopping at their TConnect Websites, and start referring customers.

Your question has two separate topics: how to use your own garage sales to grow your SFI or TripleClicks business; and how to use other’s garage sales to help your SFI/TC business grow.

If you’re planning to hold your own online garage sales, there are many preparations to be done.

Take photos of unwanted stuff at your home, like clothes, books, toys, electronics, etc. and list them at Members Listing costing you 1TCredit each.

List the price, brief description, and how your products will be delivered – such as pick-up if you’re listing them locally.

Then you will need to advertise your on-line garage sales thru the various social networking media.

Any sales will be yours which you can then invest in your SFI/TC business such as paying for your standing order, buying a share in S-Builder Co-op or from ECA, buy TCredits that you can use for bidding, playing EZ games, etc. which can only help your SFI business to grow. Every little bit helps!

If you’re planning to hold an offline garage sales at your backyard, it will also involve planning and organization.

Go from room to room to collect all unused or unwanted stuff you’ve been hoarding for many years.

Place them on labeled boxes and arrange them on trestle table a day before your scheduled garage sales.

You can distribute typewritten invitations to your garage sales and drop them at your neighbours' mailboxes , especially in streets where there are flats or apartments whose residents will be interested in checking what you have for sales.

Have a bunch of Gift Cards to give away with sales over $10. I suggest putting 1 Gift Card with instructions on how to redeem then in an envelope to hand out as a thank you to those who purchased more than $10 of your goods. Place brochures and X-Cards, Wave3 cards, and other marketing aids, to attract attention.

As well as Gift Cards, some giveaways may be a tea-towel for purchases of more than $2, or buy 3 take 1. Place a dish of lollies for your customers to help themselves while browsing.

If you’re using other’s garage sales to grow your SFI or TripleClicks business, I presume you’re referring to garage sales being held in other people’s backyard.

When you visit other people’s garage sales, speak to the owner if you can use the occasion to help the sales a success by giving a bunch of Gift Cards to hand out as giveaway gifts to customers. Give the owner a Gift Card as a thank-you. Ensure you have a short instruction on redeeming with each gift card. Make sure you also buy some stuff to help with sales.

To create a good marketing plan for myself to ensure success in SFI, here’s what I do.

SFI has the best marketing plan in the world already, so I find it easier to base my own on a proven and successful marketing plan, and not try to reinvent the wheels that is already running so very smoothly.

SFI has given us The Plan to follow, and Rules of Success to guide us in our journey.

So my own marketing plan is as simple and as uncomplicated as SFI BASICs.

. Become EA and remain EA every month by setting up a Standing Order that will help with maintaining my rank as well as build my team.
. Sponsor 5 serious, committed, hardworking and ambitious people using SFI’s sponsoring tools as well as my own .
. Teach these 5 like-minded affiliates to do the things I have done.

With a modest budget of $100 to $300 a month, this helped me to pay for my Standing Orders of 4 shares in S-Builder Co-op and 4 x125 TCredit Packs with a total of only $233.

My shares in S-Builder Co-op, as well as buying PSAs from ECA, helps with advertising globally which relieves stress in having to manage advertising on my own. It helps build my team as well as give me PRMs .
