Communications is an important aspect for building up your SFI Business. Your sponsor and co-sponsors are key figures in the communication line. As a new affiliate the communications is necessary to bridge the gap so as to grasp the basics of building up your SFI business. The frequency of communications will vary depending on the following factors:
NEW AFFILIATES
As a new affiliate the communications should be often as maybe two to three times a week for a month to get a strong foothold of the SFI business. The communications will be centred around “Getting Started”, “SFI Basics”, and “Launchpad”. These are the essential areas of concern for new affiliates and there has to be robust communications to get an understanding of the SFI business. After grasping the fundamentals then communications process still continues to reinforce and to keep abreast.
TEAM BUILDING
For team building communications with sponsor/co-sponsor is necessary like once a week to seek advise on how to build a cohesive team and progress together.
UNRESPONSIVE SPONSOR
There could be a possibility that your sponsor maybe unresponsive. This calls for more frequent communication with your co-sponsor. Perhaps communicating about at least two times a week should provide you with enough resources to help build up your SFI business.
SPONSORING AND DUPLICATION
Sponsoring and duplication is the key to success in your SFI business. So you need to communicate with your sponsor/co-sponsor at least once a week to guide you through this process.
SUPPORT LEAD TIME
It is normal to have a lead time for Support to answer your queries. So constant communication with sponsor/co-sponsor is necessary and could get you faster responses. This also cuts down on the workload for Support.
SPONSOR/CO-SPONSOR WEEKLY SUPPORT
Sponsor/Co-Sponsor do carry out weekly support and in a way some communication is always maintained for PSAs. The various means of communications include PSA Mailer, CSA Mailer, Genealogy Group Mailer, Streams, Email etc.
To sum up communication is an essential tool to build up your SFI business and should always be maintained with your sponsor/co-sponsor in order to get a firm grasp of the SFI business and disseminate your knowledge to your downline.
