What is the best way to motivate members of my downline to become Team Leaders and not stay EAs?

Every Team Leader will want to motivate his/her downline to become TLs and not to stay EAs. There are important points that a Team Leader must take into consideration before taking into action to motivate his/her downline to move up from EA to TL and not stay at EA level.

Points to consider:

- Pushing your downline to move up from EA level to BTL, so just to benefit as their Team Leader without building their own downline will not work in the long run. This is achievable but

With that amount of money as a SFI business owner, you need to think of the ways how it can provide you the best possible ROI (Return on Investment).

If you’re getting started with your SFI business, you need to set up your business plan and marketing strategy taking into consideration the following points:

- You should not fully invest that amount of money on your short term goal, but think how you can invest it the best possible way in accordance to your long term goal.

In designing a website one should consider the latest technology used in online advertising, which brings more traffic and a high response from visitors. An easy navigation of the site is a must.

In particular, a good SFI website should contain the following:

My experience about which effective promotion or incentive I have implemented is as follows. First I made a list of criteria, what are the qualifications for the promo/incentives

Whose kogging in daily and performing the To-Do List, communicating regularly, showing active participation in SFI Forum and ASK SC. Who is determined and committed to follow the duplication system?

When new affiliates joined my team, I’m very much excited. I send them my welcome message right away. I get my new PSAs through my website/blog. S-Builder Co-op and through purchase from ECAs.

I have been in that situation, where some of my PSAs were very much active in their first month then gradually slow down becoming less active. Before you come up with the best strategy in attracting younger people aged 21-35, you’ll need to find out what they are interested in. What kind of activities most of them are engaging in? Do you have something that they want in order to get their attention? Can you provide solutions to their needs? Are you targeting this age demographic in your region or worldwide? Motivation and knowing how SFI works are big factors in keeping your downlines from quitting. In regards to communicating with them: The more you learn about other people- their ideas, interests, viewpoints-the better job you can do in serving them. Attitudes do make the difference. When our attitude is right, our abilities reach a maximum of effectiveness and good results inevitably follow.
