As you begin building your SFI and TripleClicks business you will come across the benefits that are given to the higher ranks and levels of Team Leaders in SFI. You will be able to see the difference between an Executive Affiliate and the first team leader position being BTL (Bronze Team Leader).
Now you are at a point where you can decide to advance to the BTL or stay as an Executive Affiliate until your team building efforts forces you up into the BTL level.
The question arises as to whether you could or should invest a little more money to acquire the needed Sales VP and Action VP to reach BTL.
At this point many affiliates will advise you to stay as an EA and keep building your team until you have at least two EAs under you who are actively building their down-lines. The reason they say this is the badge states “Team Leader” and the affiliates telling you to stay as an EA are in a sense telling you that you are not a Leader in their eyes. They will also tell you that there are no benefits to being a Team Leader if you have no team to lead.
Everyone in SFI needs to understand that when you reach the EA level you are given 2 CSAs – guess what? At this point you are now a Leader and it does not matter how many people you are leading. Nor does it matter if those you are leading are CSAs (Co-Sponsored Affiliates) or PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates).
As an example – I am personally a Silver Team Leader – If I could tell you my name you could look at my profile (Which I am proud to share with others) and you would see the list of 41 badges. I also am in the top 200 of my country (The US) and in the top 500 in SFI and I am 1st in my class.
Do I have a “Team” of PSAs that has pushed me to all these levels of accomplishments – NO - But at the present time I have over 1,000 CSAs in my group and over 200 PSAs in my group and I have also enrolled over 3 or 4 hundred PRMs (Personally Referred Members). And for over the past 6 months, through my own personal efforts have increased my team members 120 to 175 new affiliates each month.
This is where a lot of SFI Team Leaders are missing the boat – You see I am a “go-getter” I do not like to sit around and wait for things to happen nor am I the type to “depend” on my team to create enough action to push me up – I am a Leader and I will take charge and show my teammates how it is accomplished – Success does not wait for those who are following the “status quo.”
My passion is to help others reach the levels of success as quickly as “they” want to and as quickly as they are capable to handle the requirements of maintaining that level of success. I will never suggest to an affiliate to sit back and wait for their down-lines to push them up to the next level
“If it is to be – then it is up to ME”
My friend – when you are ready to reach for the higher levels and you can maintain that level without damaging your business building activities then by all means – BE BLESSED – and “AIM HIGH and DREAM BIG” “The world is your oyster” - Go for it!!
