I believe the least expensive way to build your team is simply to qualify as BTL every month AND buy shares of S-Builder every month. This way you are constantly getting new affiliates AND you are getting commission.
By doing it that way, you are continually earning yourself the opportunity of becoming at least EA and sharing in the TC pool. This, in my opinion, is the easiest and the least expensive way to build your business.
How do I get my downline to focus on duplication? How do I explain the importance of duplication to them?

I used to rack my brain to figure out how I would get my affiliates to understand the importance of simply doing what I do - and so forth. The more they see the bright lights, the more they want to try to forge their own paths.
If I am successful, why should you try to reinvent the wheel - follow my lead. So, here is what I do... I reward my team, handsomely, for simply doing what I do... Instead of awarding them for various activities they do, I give them great rewards for doing what I tell them and what I do - period! So, in my downline, it pays (literally) to follow my lead.

What makes you persevere with SFI and not quit?

The question is "what makes you persevere with SFI?"
My short answer to that is that I see the benefits. I have been working with SFI for almost a year and I have already gotten many products; make great commission; have a pretty good downline. I'm excited because there's no other company I can work for that allows so much "free" time and rewards me so greatly... that's why I stay.
What encouragement can I give to an affiliate who feels he or she is getting nowhere with SFI?

The problem is that society has conditioned us to be "microwave" people. We have grown accustomed to receiving everything in a moment, without waiting. Success, on the other hand, is quite the opposite - it takes a while.
True success is like a slow bake oven. It takes a while to get to, but when it gets going, it lasts longer.
What's the best way to get new affiliates signed up without having to answer a lot of questions first?

What I have found to be successful for the signups is to include it into a package that you are already sending them. For example, if they are purchasing an online camera from you, you will need to acquire credit card, license, email address and possibly a screen name. Those are the exact same information for them to use for their account. Just let them know ahead of time that is what their information is for.
Why do some affiliates find success with SFI in just weeks, while for others it takes months or years?

Whatever you put into something, you will get out of it. Even the Bible says that if you cast your bread on the waters, in many days you will find it. The truth is, if you want to be successful, you MUST TAKE IT SERIOUSLY!!!!
I believe there are some folk that treat SFI as though this is the last and ONLY hope. If you treat your SFI business like it is the ONLY thing you have left to hold on to, I guarantee that your decisions with SFI would be much different.
What are the things about SFI that most convince people to join?

I have found with my set of affiliates is that one of the most convincing things that caught my team's attention was the fact that the SFI system is easy.
Most of my people tell me that they have been a part of some networking before, but the SFI/TripleClicks model is just easier. SFI provides more opportunities for learning, for growth, for training, for interaction, for competition, for many things.
My PSAs are usually glad to be a part of SFI for those and many other reasons.
