There are two very important things we need to consider when we have joined SFI and TripleClicks as our home business.

Those two things are brought to us through one word; “investment.” If there is no investment there is no business. The two things are – investing time and investing capital (money). They go hand in hand and cannot be separated – you will not succeed without some kind of “financial” investment and this business will not work by itself so you also need to make a “time” investment.

Already some people will argue that you can build a business with SFI and TripleClicks without money. Well this is true to a point. But somewhere in your building activities you are going to have to invest money. Now that can come from your own pocket or it can come from leveraged money raised (re-investing) through your team-building and through sales of TripleClicks products.

If you can allow 1 hour a day for building your business you will have ample time to cover all the daily, weekly and monthly activities (to-do’s) and still have a little time left over in which you can spend by doing some advertising and/or reading and learning more about SFI and TripleClicks.

As your business grows you may find that one hour a day just isn’t enough to cover all you may need to do. When you reach that point you may have to make a budget for your time and squeeze some more time for your personal business activities.

When investing your own money and using $50 per month. I would recommend putting a unit of S-Builder on as a standing order. This will run you a cost of only $22 a month. The reason for S-Builder is so you can be adding new affiliates to your group without the need to advertise if you don’t have the time to do it yourself.

The next item I would purchase on a standing order would be a 100 pack of TCredits. This will cost $29 as a standing order. If you can afford a $50 investment every month then I know you can skip a treat or two and move you budget up by only $1 more. This way you will have TCredits to perform a lot of the activities you will need to do for gaining action VersaPoints.

You can always adjust your purchases and time investments according to your growth in SFI and how fast you wish to advance. There are no “set in stone” methods of spending or on time to build your business. It is your business and you are in complete control of it so adjust things as needed according to what your plans for the future is.

As we’re building our home business with SFI and TripleClicks, while we are on our way to the top levels, we will be enrolling several affiliates. These affiliates that we enroll are known as our PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates). We will also receive affiliates in which we are the co-sponsor these are known as our CSAs (Co-Sponsored Affiliates).

A main part of our leadership role is that we should be assisting our teammates (PSAs and CSAs) in getting their new business started on a good foundation. Once this is accomplished it is to our best interest to continue assisting them throughout their journey in SFI.

Our association with our teammates will never cease as long as they do not opt out or become inactive for a year or more. Because this relationship never ends, our support for our teammates never ends.

As team leaders we should be learning new things all the time. This new knowledge that we acquire needs to be shared with the teammates that we have in our group down-lines.

If you have affiliates that no longer want your help and assistance well that is fine let them block your emails or something. But in most cases your teammates will be following you as long as you are “leading” them in the right direction.

Look at the example Gery has set for all of us. His assistance never stops – like other company CEO (Corporate Executive Officer) he could just disappear and let us all figure things out for ourselves. No, he is setting the example of working with this team (which is all of us) and he will continue assisting us as long as needed. Let us follow this example.

I think almost all the Team Leaders are carefully watching their down-lines trying to find their next superstar. We develop pre-conceived ideas on what actions a new affiliate makes will determine if they will be a superstar or not. We look for things like:

1. Becoming a Gold Fast Track within the 10 days allowed by SFI
2. Emailing you for a question on where and how to advertise.
3. Setting up a standing order within their first couple weeks.
4. Finding your down-line on the forum asking questions and giving answers.
5. Sponsoring and enrolling new affiliates.
6. Asking you questions on how to duplicate what you are doing.
7. Climbing to higher ranks quickly and even passing you up;

Before we all go hunting for our next superstar we need to ask this simple question: Am I a superstar? If in your own eyes you do not see that you have reached that superstar level of accomplishment then how do we know what a superstar is?

When we talk about who is Successful we find there are thousands of different answers because one person’s idea of success is different than another person’s idea. The same thing goes with trying to figure out who is going to be a superstar in your down-line. Everyone will have a different way of describing who a superstar is.

We really should not be trying to find the superstars in our down-lines. We should be focusing on being that superstar we are searching for. When we are becoming that superstar and an awesome sponsor we will be able to clearly see who is rising to greater heights in our down-lines.

There are many different “systems” incorporated within the building of your SFI and TripleClicks business. Such as:

1. Marketing
2. Communication
3. Team building through duplication
4. ECA ownership and referred ECAs
5. Training methods

Every system listed above has been tested and tried by the Administration leaders of SFI and TripleClicks. I personally believe that what has been made available for us to freely use will bring the best desired benefits for those who use them properly.

However we are encouraged to personalize the systems as long as we do not break any of the rules and regulations set forth by SFI and TripleClicks.

Explore, test and have fun with your business – if there is something really different you would like to try I would suggest you send a full explanation to Support along with the way you intend to use your personal touches and strategies. While looking at this question and thinking about it a while, I can see a small problem (mistake) that a lot of affiliates are making.

Think of the word “convince” meaning – “To bring to a recognition of the truth of a thing by argument or proof - to overcome by argument or proof.” (New Century Dictionary; copyright 1927).

The mistake that some affiliates are making is in thinking that we (The sponsor or co-sponsor) are responsible for “convincing” our down-lines the benefits of SFI and TripleClicks enough to get them motivated into working the program.

May I say this: (speaking to myself also) We as sponsors are not in some kind of business where we should or need to be trying to convince anyone to join or be active. It really isn’t in our power to convince anyone of anything.

Why is this? Because it is known that for someone to take on something new the “convincing” must take place within their own mind and spirit. That is why it is taught so much in SFI and TripleClicks to “be an example” for your down-line to follow.

Now I need to say that the PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates) and CSAs (Co-Sponsored Affiliates) will have to “convince” themselves through what they see and what they are learning/reading to become active.

Once they convince themselves that SFI and TripleClicks will work for them it will be much harder to shake them free of their new convictions. They like me, will be in harmony with their soul and spirit thereby almost nothing will be able to change that.

So I say relax and don’t clutter your business advancements with worry about how to convince others to do what you do. Just continue to build your business and stay super positive and be the best example of patience, persistence and perseverance that they ever saw.

“Walk the talk” and the ones who wake up to reality will follow or they will get out of the way.

Let me ask you – Why do we invest in anything at all? What do you consider “investing;” is it time or is it fiancés or both?

I know your question is aimed at SFI but do you understand that everything that we do at home, in our family, our work place (if still employed) is considered some kind of investment.

Why invest in SFI? Am I going to tell you to invest in SFI because it is the best program on the net today? No! That is called hype.

Am I going to tell you to invest time in SFI because it is the best program on the net today? No! Again, that is known as hype.

I can go on and on like this but I know you would want me to get to the point. And I see it this way:

You need to decide for yourself if you can see a reason to invest your time or money in SFI and TripleClicks.

Before you make an investment of any kind – time or otherwise – you need to gather the facts for yourself and weigh them against your dreams and desires you have for your future and if you can see that it is obtainable through SFI and TripleClicks then what are you waiting for?

If you were given all the testimonies and facts from every affiliate in SFI about investing in this program you will still have to gain the confidence to do that through your inner man.

You must know within yourself without doubt that investing in SFI and TripleClicks is for you.

As an example: Myself – I joined many on-line programs only to have them fall apart in a couple months or to see that the program is a rip off. I learned real fast to be a “skeptic” on every on-line company I looked at.

I made me a set of 10 rules that a company must fall into before I would consider joining them - If a program or company did not pass at least 8 of my rules then I wouldn’t join.

When I joined SFI they only passed 7 of my rules but something in me told me to hang on for a minute or two. I signed up and during the first two months all most the only thing I did was read and do the daily activities.

Within a short period of time I realized that SFI and TripleClicks passed all 10 of my personal rules and proved themselves more worthy than what I had listed. This has given me the confidence that I needed to make the decision to invest whatever I could in time and money because I know without a doubt I can do it through this company.

Now I say to you – Invest the time to search within yourself and make an intelligent decision that you would be happy with. And whatever you come up with “go for it with gusto”

In our SFI and TripleClicks business one of the biggest and fastest ways to “provide the most value” in your business is to do things that are easy to duplicate by your down-line.

With that in mind I would have to say that starting your own co-op would bring you the greatest value in the long run.

Some affiliates in your down-line would not know a thing about maintaining a blog and getting the blog to attract visitors and then converting them to affiliates. With a blog you have to learn advertising and posting good fresh content.

With a co-op they just need to learn how to sponsor or to pay for a spot in your co-op system and help to advertise the same link that you are using.

I use a rotator with my teammates URLs so whenever my ad receives a click it will change to a different URL. This has worked great in one month my team grew by over 100 affiliates and six people on the rotator were very happy with the results and can’t wait for me to run the next one.

After doing this a few times I will then write out the entire system I am using and send the information to my team. I would help them to acquire the right tools and the right methods to use for advertising. This system is much easier to duplicate than teaching your affiliates to maintain a blog system.

Having a blog is also important for several different reasons which I won’t go into right now. Except to say my blog is where my rotator is hosted, without the blog I would have to pay someone to host it or to pay for rotator service from a advertising safe list.

Always weigh the “greatest value” of something by the amount of affiliates in your down-line that can easily get involved with.

Easy Duplication of something has the greater value to you and your team.

The inactive affiliates from different countries other than yours are exchanged with affiliates from your country. This will make it easier for communications to take place between co-sponsor and affiliate. Because of this many of the once inactive affiliates become interested in restarting with SFI and TripleClicks.

This action is stirring up a lot of questions as to how are we going to know when we receive new exchanged CSAs? And how can I get their attention to engage with them?

First of all Gery has informed us, in the forum that they are working on a notice that you will receive when there has been an exchange CSA added to your team. This way you can greet them the same way you would greet any other CSAs in your team.

As to; what to say to the new exchange CSA in your group to get them to be active will still be a challenge. They will only “wake up” and be active if they choose to do so and almost nothing you say will persuade them differently. But the exchange system does make the odds of the CSA becoming active better.

If only one out of 50 exchanged affiliates wake up and become active again it would be worth the trade! I personally would not treat the exchanged CSAs any differently than how I treat my CSAs that I did not trade.

When I started looking for a company that I could build a home business on-line one of the things that I paid close attention to is what would happen in one of your referrals was able to advance faster than you could.

I found many companies that if one of your down-line was able to do better than you they would either “break off” (be taken from you) or they would pass you up and be placed in the next highest affiliate in your up-line and you would no longer receive any commissions from that referral.

With SFI everything is so different. When you see a promising “star rising within your team you do not have to worry about losing them if they end up passing your personal team-leader level.

As far as training and supporting the affiliates in your team that are rising faster than you are, don’t let their advancement hinder you from performing your obligations as their sponsor. You must remember that no matter how high an affiliate in your personal down-line achieves you will always be the leader of that team.

Continue to “train” and to support your team members even if all of them have passed you up in rank or levels. Why? Good question – glad you asked.

The best training you can pass on to your teammates no matter what level they have achieved is to give them an “working” example to follow. Even those who have passed your level will see that you are doing what is required (and more) and that my friend is leading by example which is honored and recognized by all your teammates.

With SFI a teammate advancing faster than you is a plus and you can encourage their activity and assist them if they need it. All they can do is push you up to higher levels faster than what you can do on your own

I really enjoy playing the Eager Zebra Card King game. I have found that this game is based more on “The Luck of the Draw” Than anything else.

It is extremely easy game to play, all you have to do is guess if the next card drawn will be higher or lower than the previous card. Your streak will continue to increase as you choose correctly.

When you make a wrong guess your streak will end unless you receive a joker assist, if you receive the joker you can continue your streak until guessing wrong again.

I have tried everything to see if I can get better results and higher streaks. I have counted the cards – this doesn’t work very well until you have at least gone over 26 cards (1/2 way mark)

I have tried laying out a deck of cards according to their suit and removing every one of the chosen correct cards so it is easy to see what is left. Well this didn’t work so well either.

The only thing I found that did help me some was to take a deck of cards and lay them out in the order of power from Ace to King making 13 piles of 4 cards each. When I chose correctly I remove the same card from one of the thirteen stacks.

When doing this you never have to take a “peak” because you will always know how many cards is left and how many of those cards are lower or higher than the card presently showing in the game.

Using the method explained in the above paragraph has helped me reach my highest streak so far. This system doesn’t work all the time because the game is based on the “Luck of the Draw” and not necessarily on skill.

I personally play the game for fun and most of the time I just like “guessing” what the next card will be. So enjoy the game, win some prizes and have fun with it.
