I'm not sure that this is any different from "leading a horse to water," If he's not thirsty, he won't drink. If it smells bad, he won't drink. If he's nervous about it he won't drink. If it is stagnant, he won't drink. And if it rushes at him, he won't drink. He has to believe that the water is good. He has to trust that you will lead him to good water. He has to feel safe while drinking.

Many of our affiliates do not ever take a sip of SFI. They do not trust it because of prior

First you need to take a look at the reason you want to create your own business card. Remember that SFI provides several different cards for your use. Do you even need to create your own card? Does that show that you are duplicating your sponsor, or what the program promotes?

If you still feel that you need your own card, you must decide what purpose your card will fill. Is it to be used as an introduction to you and your promotion? Will this be the first thing someone will see when

After you have decided to go with SFI and not ZippieQuickieRichie then you have an idea about the value of doing business with SFI. You must be certain that you believe that this the way to success for you.

Investments are comprised of both time and money and include the cost of the future assets of the business. In the case of retail, the cost of the building, furnishings, stock, etc. Have you ever watched as a new business prepared a building that had a previous use? They may have gutted

By leaving x-Cards on bulletin boards, tables, washrooms, in library books on marketing, with tips, etc., you are getting them out to where the public is, but is this the most effective way to use them? Chances are that most of them will be thrown away without being read.

The most effective way to give them out is by doing it face to face with some words about the opportunity. "I've been in this for some time and I am looking for a few more people who want help setting up their own

I have heard about Team Leaders with groups numbering in the tens of thousands! What do they do differently to build such a huge downline?

Have you noticed that this question is categorized under Duplication, but almost none of the answers even touch on duplication?

Yes, some Affiliates concentrate on sponsoring, sponsoring, sponsoring. And of course they do get a number of PSAs who will grab on and work the business and gain status levels. But their business is mainly in width and not in depth. This does not generate a downward momentum that duplicates strong leadership. It does duplicate its sponsoring affiliate, but not

SFI provides plenty of training for the novice internet advertiser. There is so much more that can be learned from eBooks, search engines, and other sources, but you will never know it all, let alone be able to comprehend it and organize it all in your mind.

So, instead of wasting your time and thinking that you are accomplishing something, use the marketing ideas that SFI supplies to novice, intermediate, and advanced advertisers.

You learn best by doing. And as you do, you

I am assuming that this question goes past using your To Do List or VP Ledger. There is a lot of information saved here. But not all is saved forever and not all is well documented. I am also assuming that this question goes past the daily, weekly, and monthly tasks found on the To Do List.

There are other places in your SFI Affiliate site that record your personal activities. Your sales and purchases and the purchases of your PSAs and CSAs are recorded in your My Account reports, as are

I'm not sure I know what you mean with offline tools for marketing. Are you asking about the SFI/TC x-cards, post cards, brochures, flyers, and gift cards? Or do you mean local newspapers, restaurant place mats, car signs, cash register receipts, and T-shirts?

I am assuming that you don't just mean recruiting PSAs, but also PRMs and ECAs.

The best SFI/TC marketing tool is the one you have with you at the time you meet a good prospect. You can do wonders using any of them, just

How do you get your affiliates to approach their SFI business realistically, like a real business, and not some get unrealistic rich quick scheme?

Begin right in your welcome letter to your new affiliates. Tell them to expect it to take a few months to get the framework of your team formed and a few years before it is producing a steady and solid residual income. But in the meantime they will see an agreeable progress including some income develop before that time.

Assure them that this is a tried and true business and that there is no need for them to reinvent the wheel, In fact it is better to study what the up line is doing and

How can a disabled person with no marketing skills build a successful business with SFI?

Which disability a person has, will influence the answer here.

Those persons who are employable usually have a good idea of what they can and can not do. Someone besides themselves has confidence in them and their abilities. So if you are thinking of promoting the business to him, just engage him in a conversation and ask what his strengths and weaknesses are.

Those who are not employed may very well be bored to tears and be looking for a way to be useful. If they are able to
