Hi Sanja!
To make a decision you need to be informed and understand what you are going in. You need to understand what is SFIPPA and how it works.
In SFIPPA program, you'll generate money by getting prospective affiliates to sign up using the SFIPPA sign-up page. The affiliates that sign up won't be your PSAs. They get distributed among other affiliates within SFI.
The amount you earn per sign-up is determined by the activity of your sign-ups and is once of. If they are inactive, you get nothing. In short, SFI will compare the average VersaPoints scored by your sign-ups to the average VersaPoints scored by all non-PPA-generated affiliates who joined SFI during the same month as your sign-ups. This comparison of averages helps ensure that legitimate sign-ups are being generated.
For the above reasons, I think you shouldn't participate in the SFIPPA program while you are still building your Team. When building your Team you need as many PSAs as possible. Even if they are not active, they might come back one day and be Leaders. Remember, one PSA can make you a million year.
I hope this will help you to make a decision.
Thank you.

How do you benefit financially from the efforts of your PSAs?

Hi Georgina,
1. Each time that your PSA places an order at TripleClicks.com, you earn 45% of the CV.
2. You can earn even more shares via Matching VP from your PSA. The important thing is that in order to earn matching VP, you must hold the rank of Team Leader, maintain your SFI Leadership Page, and also maintain a minimum 3-star Sponsor Rating (not applicable w/less than 5 ratings).
The earnings are as follows:
BTLs receive matching VP on all EA2s in their downline within 6 levels (including their CSAs).
STLs receive matching VP on all EA2s in their downline within 8 levels (including their CSAs).
GTLs receive matching VP on all EA2s in their downline within 10 levels (including their CSAs).
PTLs receive matching VP on all EA2s in their downline within 12 levels (including their CSAs).
I hope this shows you how you can benefit financially from the efforts of your PSA.
Thank you.

How can you confirm that your team members are receiving your emails and other messages?

Hi Jan!
1. As far as I know. The confirmation that you get after sending a message that says your message has been sent, confirms that it is sent. If it is not sent, it says your message could not be sent.
2. If you send a message to your team, you also get it. That is also a confirmation.
3. Even if there is a problem with their email box, it also sends them in their SFI mail box which doesn't fail.
Note Well. If your PSA/CSA doesn't respond, it doesn't mean they did not get your message. I have proven these many with my local PSA. They get the messages and ignore them. SFI has experience, that is why we have a movers tab and that is why they say you must move with the movers.
I hope this will help you and make not worry if some members don't respond.
Thank you.

What should I do with PSAs who do not want to recruit affiliates or otherwise engage in duplication?

Hi Bob!
As a Team Leader, you duty is to help your PSA to achieve what they came here for by supporting and motivating them. When they win, you win.
The best thing that you can do, is to check their profiles and see why they joined SFI. After seeing that, show them how can recruiting and duplicating help them to achieve what they came here for. They have a will to achieve what they came here for.
Show them the benefit chart and the VP Matching.
If you show them, they will be motivated to recruit and duplicate. If they are motivated by something, especially an emotion, it will cause them to behave in a particular way. Where there is a will, the is a way.
I believe this will help you.
Thank you.

Where are the best places and what are the best ways to get answers about SFI?

Hi Alvin!
For me, there is only one best place to get answers about SFI. That place is the Search Box on your top right corner of your page. This Search Box is like Google Search. It has all SFI answers. When you put your question there, it directs you to where you'll find your answer. It may be Forum, Ask SC, Support, etc. You get your answer same time.
Since your question is about places. The the best places to get answers about SFI are as follows in their order:
1. The search box on your top right corner of your page - as I explained above.
2. The forum - You get your answer very quickly and you can get clarifications if you don't understand.
3. Support - you get your answer after some days and
4. Ask SC - You get your answer after some days, some of the answers don't answer your question and some of them are wrong.
The best ways to get your answers about SFI is to know where your question fall under and the category of your question. That is; know if your question is for affiliates, SFI Corporate, TripleClicks Corporate, etc.
If your question is on Forum, always choose to be notified when there is an answer.
I hope this will help you.
Thank you.

Hi Vilim,
SFI has been around for more than 15 years. In this time, they manage to get experience. They are aware of people who are new at SFI and in marketing. That is why they have all tools, marketing methods and marketing aids.
1. The quickest way to help your PSA is to go to the forum and ask the SFI community. You will get you reply within few seconds or minutes.
2. When you get a PSA or CSA, SFI sends you a message to let you know that you have somebody new under you. With that message, you are reminded that you must be an awesome sponsor, and you are given a link where you can learn on how to be an awesome sponsor. You can read that and it doesn't take too long.
I think this will help you.
Thank you.

Many affiliates seem only interested in the Daily To-Do list. How can I motivate them to do other activities?

Hi Daphne!
The best way to motivate your affiliates to do other activities besides the Daily To-Do list, is to do those activities yourself. After doing them, share with them what you have learnt, gained, achieved, etc. by doing those activities. If you earned badges, tell them also. Also tell them the importance of earning badges.
I hope this will motivate them.
Thank you.

What is the best way to maintain my SFI position and continue to support my team whilst on vacation with limited, if any, internet availability?

Hi Wendy-Ann
SFI has been around for more than 15 years and SFI is pro-active.
SFI has planned for such things from long ago. For you to go on a vacation you need to plan your things. Failing to plan is planning to fail. What you must do before going is:
1. To maintain your SFI position.
a. Click 'My Account" on your home page. Then towards the bottom of the page, you'll find 'Vacation Mode: Off and On'. You click on On, so that you won't lose your Daily Versapoint Streak for not logging in at SFI.
b. You make a Standing Order to get VPs to maintain your Level.
This two actions will help you maintain your SFI position.
2. SFI is made of team work. Even if the other team member is not available, the business continues. To support your team while you are away/not available. You can:
a. Let your upline, especially your sponsor, know that you won't be available and ask him/her to help your team while you are away.
b. Let you team know that you will be away. For any help, they must contact your upline, especially your sponsor. Let them know that they can also contact SFI Support/Help Desk and the forum.
SFI is the best. SFI made everything simple so that you don't have to worry when you are on a vacation. That is why it is important to build a strong team so that when you decide to retire the show will keep on go on.
I believe this will let you enjoy your vacation, not needing internet, knowing that you left your business in good hands and you'll find everything in order when you come back.
Thank you.

Hi Florence,
The best way to support and motivate your team is to deal with each person separately. People are not the same. As a leader, you must know your team. Even if you sent them PSA Mailer, CSA Mailer, or Genealogy Group Mailer. You must also check their VP Ledgers and sent them individual messages according to their VP Ledgers. Support them and motivate them accordingly.
Also read the DO's and DONT's of how to be an awesome sponsor here: https://www.sfimg.com/Support/Solution?id=191295
