In my view, the best country(ies) to advertise SFI would be your own. I say this because there are several advantages for doing so. This does not mean that you should not venture into other countries but when there is such a high potential in your country, it would be wise to look closer to home.
CULTURE/LANGUAGE
It is a lot easier to explain the concept of SFI to prospects who understand you when both you and the prospect speak the same language. You can also place emphasis on the earning opportunity within SFI in the target market where you know joining SFI will better the lives of other fellow countrymen.
OFFLINE MEETINGS
When you market SFI in your own country chances are that you can organize group meetings for prospects easily. Physical contact improves the your ability to join more recruits as it strengthens the notion of joining a company that is trustworthy. Many people are skeptical about online ventures because you join using a series of commands and until you join, you are unable to judge whether it is a bonafide company to work with.
UNTAPPED MARKET
You can judge how to build your business by the number of Affiliates who are actively involved in your country and that gives you an advantage of expanding in a market that has high potential. You will achieve success and the rate of your results will be higher. If your country has a population of 50 million and only 60,000 affiliates are active, this should give you an idea of the market that is untapped.
ECAs
To expand and build your business, you need to boost your income through referrals and ECAs. It's a lot easier to discuss this opportunity when you are in your own country. You can create time for such one to one meetings. Personal contact builds trust and long term relationships which will be useful in you business on a long term.

How can I get people who are engaged in other network marketing businesses to take a look at SFI?

This may not be difficult because the people you are talking to already know what network marketing involves. You have to keep in mind that the marketers you choose may be categorized into those that may not be looking for alternative income generating ideas; this will take a little bit of persuasion. Then there are those that probably hop from one venture to the other and you will find others who are serious and looking for a genuine business to start.
To make it easier, you have to highlight these points that will create an interest for them to join or think about SFI
1.. The 16 year history of SFI being in business online
2.. No capital requirement on the onset of starting the business
3.. The strict rules and regulations by which the business is conducted
4.. The opportunity to own an online store. I like the use of the word "own" as it gives me a sense of belonging towards SFI and therefore generates a significant amount of trust. Other marketers want to be in a business that has long term viability and one that will generate income. That is the bottom line. Show them how, using the duplication of at least 5 downlines or less.
5.. The earning calculator is a good guideline to use provided you explain how it works.
6.. Choose a target market of marketers with whom you may have worked with previously or may have had some dealings with in the past. It will be easy to get past the obstacle of having to convince them because you will already know each other and inducting them in your team will not require a lot of persuasion.

What are the things that most make you proud to be an SFI affiliate?

With the internet revolution there are many online companies that boast of many quick money making schemes but in actual fact they are scams and take money from you even before you have started the business. I agree that every business requires capital but SFI has an edge over the rest because it gives you the chance to earn without that initial capital which many do not have!
I am proud because I have gained a lot more from the initial JOIN FREE step. It has given me a platform to build a long term online business from home. How much I will earn will depend on me!
That aside, there are strict regulations and code of ethics prevailing within the operations of SFI and honesty with integrity in any business is an invaluable asset. SFI has it. I am therefore confident when conducting my business that new affiliates I introduce to SFI will benefit as much or more than I have so far.
I am as proud as I am impressed with the resources that are available at my disposal-to help me build a strong foundation for my business. And, when in difficulty as one would be in any business you run, there are 1.9 million Affiliates to choose from who can help out at any given time. How much more proud can I become to be associated with SFI!
I know SFI is also proud of my achievements as much as I am of SFI and its growth over the years.

What's the secret to making money in SFI?

Once you understand the concept of how the SFI and TripleClicks program works hand in hand, there is no secret. It is plain and simply explained in all the training and reference material. How you go about making money will depend on individual capabilities and strengths but the key points will be to:-
1. Ensure that the team you are recruiting understands the importance of sponsoring and duplicating affiliates who will not always be motivated. They will need your support and encouragement on a regular basis without being too invasive or forceful in your approach.
2. You must have active members in your team. Better still, encourage them to think about the prospects of a long term investment.
3. Get your ECA operating and with the various affiliates who will be in your team, having more ECAs developing on TripleClicks will mean better commissions.
4. You have to find ways of enhancing communications with your team members; building a long term relationship is a useful way to retain your best affiliates.
5. Source for your products through TripleClicks and get your family and friends to also make purchases - improve the overall market share of customers who not only come to window shop but make purchases.
6. Refer members to TripleClicks (PRMs) who may get addicted to some of the exciting games on TripleClicks and start buying T Credit packs. This again is additional income.
All the details are available in your Compensation Plan and you will need to read, learn from your mistakes and move on to higher goals in the coming years.

For new affiliates without any marketing experience, what are the best ways to start marketing?

I would like to use my personal example where I had absolutely zero experience in marketing a product/service until I practically started doing it. Some of the basics I learn that have stayed with me u till now are.
1. To market anything, just anything, it is vital that you know your product extremely well. You could be asked a question about the Compensation Plan when you are very new and to be able to answer this confidently will determine how well you will progress. Yes, experience will be your. Set teacher so do not be afraid about making any blunders. You will improve.
2. Make your talk about the product very enthusiastic, be energetic in your presentation. This must be genuinely portrayed otherwise people will judge you and discard what you are marketing as not being important. You can only feel this if you are passionate about what you do.
3. It's always good to start with family and friends who will come out with criticisms and you will not feel upset by their comments. A small group enhances your experience and gives you confidence to approach a more wider segment of people.
4. Write to people personal emails if you do not wish to approach them first. Get to know them and build a rapport with your prospects. Outline your message in a professional manner and be careful to use the "talk" to me rather than "do this" language. Be subtle and do not show aggression in your emails/correspondence. Your message should not sound like a recorded one but you feel like you are actually talking to the individual.
5. Ask for referrals from family and friends and select the group you will experiment with - to improve your skills.
As you start with these basics, you learn how to interact with prospects and give them what they ask for - that will push you to understand the needs of your prospects/customers and add to your experience. Nothing you do by way of your efforts, goes to waste, remember that.

When seeking serious affiliates for SFI, what is the most important question to ask the prospect?

In our world today where ups and downs in the economies of countries, unemployment at escalating levels, youth groped with various issues, the majority of people search for alternative income generating activities.
SFI gives people and opportunity to earn online in the comfort of their home and build long term relationships with people globally. For some, money is a motivating criterion to join SFI but this may not be true for another person who may have other challenging circumstances that lead him/her to look for supplementary income opportunities.
Therefore you cannot generalize and ask the same question to all the affiliates you prospect. You must study the affiliate before asking the question. I remember once I was on a word game with a person I did not know and my direct question was, "would you like to join my team and earn money online"? Immediately, I realized my approach should have been different because the lady replied, "thank you, I have enough by the Grace of God".
It helps sometimes to phrase your questions to sum it up that it is a serious business opportunity working from home-this would probably be a lot more appealing than a direct question about earning money online.
I have from experience also understood that if you bring in the Sales opportunity with SFI, many prospects are likely to step back. Sales is not a popular aspect (personally for those affiliates who are shy and unable to talk their way through a presentation).
I would suggest that you weigh out your questions according to the person you are talking to and it will give you an idea of what interests the person. Thereafter, you can ask the right question(s). Sometimes, it takes a few chats/online meets before you can talk business!

I try and think up of different ways to express my relationship with SFI and TripleClicks. Here are a few thought provoking ideas!
- I am part of a network of over 2.5 million affiliates working globally to earn money online and for joining SFI, I have been awarded an online shop called TripleClicks.
- I am a business partner in an online global affiliate marketing company called Strong Future Intl.
- The values I use to market my online business venture are the same as those of the founders of SFI and TripleClicks and my relationship with them is based on honesty, ethics and integrity.
- In any relationship we have in our lives, it is important to understand each other; this is what SFI and TripleClicks advocates - they understand my need to earn online and therefore provide the tools I require to excel in my business.
- I run an independent business with the help of SFI and TripleClicks where there is absolutely no interference on how I manage my day to day affairs-this is what is so enterprising about being a part of this network.
- I have a long term relationship that I started to build 15 months ago by joining SFI and TripleClicks, a relationship that is based on trust, understanding and compassion to better the lives of others.

How do you motivate your downline to spend money monthly to maintain EA status without sounding greedy?

I wish to share this experience to help others understand how well you can use tact to your advantage when you are communicating with affiliates.
I recently found one of my downlines purchasing a pack of NMP. I felt encouraged that he was taking the initiative to understand the concept of SFI and was following the guidelines set out for him. Within a short period of this first purchase be bought another pack of NMP. I watched his second purchase and then decided to comment.
On many occasions I am usually quick to send out E Cards and Emails to downlines explaining the benefits of having a minimum qualification of EA but as one of my mentor mentioned - "leave them alone". This helps to a degree because it allows the affiliates to make independent decisions without any coercion or pressure from upline members.
Subsequently, I commented that in his $40 purchase of 2 NMP packs, he could also have paid for a Standing Order for less and earn 10% bonus shares on his VPs. There was no indication of reproach for his wrong decision or that he should spend anything extra for a Standing Order. The next step was that he paid for a SO and qualified as a Bronze Team Leader in 5 days of his joining.
It is pointless trying to persuade an affiliate to place a Standing Order, it has to come from him/her - this is when you will know how serious he is in conducting this business.

How to go about setting up local meetings or seminars to recruit PSAs and PRMs?

Setting up meetings can be as easy as it can be difficult. The easy part is the organisation where you must consider a few factors:
1. Your venue and budgeting for it. How quiet and conducive is it?
2. The number of people you wish to invite to the meeting and if you can accommodate extra members should you be faced with that scenario.
3. Flip charts to explain a few basics about Sfi/TripleClicks
4. Depending on the number of people, can you afford to provide refreshments/snacks.
5. You can devote 1 hour for the meeting and then leave half hour for Q & A session.
6. If you have a big group, you will need help to sign up new members who must be from your team.
The main difficulty arises in handling invites for such a meeting and the availability of people to come to your meeting. It can be very disappointing if you have targetted 100 people and only one or two show up. On a positive note, you can see this few number as people who are serious about knowing about the opportunity. However, your aim is to recruit as many as possible. Therefore give sufficient notice and expect people to confirm their participation.
An interesting aspect of such a meeting is if you can invite one of your Upline TEAM LEADER to talk to the group- this adds to the curiosity about the meeting and is likely to pull in a larger crowd.

What ads have been the most effective for you in sponsoring quality affiliates?

I would say without a shadow of doubt "word of mouth" ADs are probably the best and most effective if you are targeting affiliates who will take up the SFI Challenge.
This means:-
I can spend 2 hours or more explaining the SFI concept to my friends - this is usually a physical meeting
It strengthens the trust you will develop with the affiliate
Honesty in my explanations will be instrumental in the quality I will get in my Affiliates
How you portray the business opportunity will be vital
Friends, especially close ones are likely to drive your business because of the personal connection you have with them
Meeting people at random through traffic exchanges has, in my view not been one of my favorite advertising initiatives
This interaction is a guaranteed sign up and is far better than writing out an Ad.
People have different inhibitions they need to overcome and these are tackled well through personal contact. When you receive referrals through word of mouth advertising, it has a very positive impact to work with affiliates who come to you because they learnt of your success through a regular email you may have sent out to friends in your network.
