How can I help a PSA become a Team Leader when he or she does not have a credit card?

The best way I can think of is to find a TCurrency seller within reach of the PSA.
When they buy TCurrency, it will go into their account at TripleClicks, then they can use it to buy TC products and their Standing Order.
This method will allow your PSAs to do all they need to advance to Team Leader, with a working team under them!

The Executive Pool is where TripleClicks shares the monthly profit with affiliates.
The price of shares varies monthly, depending on sales. Your rank, and your total monthly VPs (including any matching VPs when you are BTL or higher), determine how many shares of the Pool you will receive.
This is another reason why it is so important to acquire ALL the VPs you can each and every month, and an excellent reason to try to maintain at least BTL monthly, especially if you have any active PSAs and/or CSAs.

How should I advise my ECAs on which products they should sell and what prices they should charge?

I don't think that would be a good thing to do at all. They know what they have to sell, and what works in their brick & mortar should also work online. Prices, I would suggest lowering cost some since they don't have a building and employees to support, taxes, etc. Not lower enough not to turn a profit, but enough to pull people to THEM and away from solid stores, even with any shipping costs.
Beyond that, I think best to not say, so they won't fuss at you in future for bad advice, yes?:)

SFI's Marketing Aids include some very awesome business cards, I would check there before spending time and money to buy elsewhere.
However, if one is determined to create their own cards, I suggest they go to Marketing Aids, examine the various cards there, make notes, etc., then put their own spin on creating business cards that are maybe more representative of the individual as well as SFI and TripleClicks. There is nothing wrong with overlooking what's available and personalizing it.

It would depend in part on whether or not they NEED your help. If they do, by all means,
but I think only to explain HOW to. They should be able to lay out their own store,
showing THEIR tastes and personalities, rather than trying to get you to do it for them.
Don't know if that's necessarily the BEST way to help, but it would seem so to me.

Personally, I prefer talking online (through ads or email or social sites) to strangers rather than warm markets.
Placing flyers w/tear tabs locally in markets, general stores, colleges, business cards under windshield wipers, etc....
It's easier for strangers to tell you no, and easier for you to NOT take it personally; it's also a better way to avoid potential friction with family/friends because they didn't join, or they do and leave, etc. Possibly very bad situations.
Just my preference, we all look at things differently, have different strengths and weaknesses.:))

Any place you encounter people is a good place to recruit:))
Shopping centers, malls, colleges, sporting events, after church services, theaters.
Keep in mind the time of day (around dinner is not a good time), how busy is the person, are they preoccupied...
Ideally, someone who is moving around, without an apparent agenda, who might be interested in hearing what you have to say. You really do not want to spend your time and energy talking to someone who wants to be elsewhere but is too polite to cut you off!

What are some tips for winning the Eager Zebra Card King game?

There is a great deal of luck involved in winning Card King!!:)) I enjoy the challenge of the game, and I always pick if I will or will not beat my record, and I choose how many Kings I will be dealt. That way, even in the free games, if you get 2 in a row the same, you get to spin the wheel.
Also, watch the trend of the cards dealt. If lots of low cards dealt, go for higher, and vice versa. When you get onto the second page of dealt cards, might be a thought to check to see what cards are left to be dealt, and choose accordingly.

I would like, rather, to see a translate button on the site that would work both ways.
Lots of our affiliates do not have English as their first language, are not comfortable trying to use it, and vice-versa.I believe a lot of good responses could be lost due to the language difficulties.
I'm not familiar enough with translate buttons to know how complicated that might be to
accomplish, but I think many affiliates would be pleased to see it happen. I would.

A couple of things to watch for are how well/completely they fill out their profile, and what they do immediately thereafter.
If profile is well completed, and they begin to gain VPs, it is a good start. If all their VPs are from Launchpad and intermediate actions with no red tabs cleared after the first day or so, you may have problems.
It seems those who get started as mentioned, but also begin very early to start clearing their red tabs, playing games, etc., will have the better chance to become your superstars!!
