This is my personal opinion.
Discourage may not be the right move. But instead explain to them that their success tied up directly to the success of his/her team. My observation all these while, there are affiliates that attained STL/GTL/PTL in their 1st or 2nd month. They got so excited but next,they are back to EA2 or BTL, why?

The system set up by SFI in such a way that you have to learn to master the business to be successful. Becoming a TL in such a short period, I think did not give them enough time to learn everything and there are no solid team behind them to ensure their progress monthly. Another words, they have to spend more money 'buying' their TL rank.

The more healthy way, stay focussed, learn all the subject provided by SFI, master it, apply it in daily work, ensure duplication, keep sponsoring and the TL rank will come naturally and together they are building a deep and solid team...

Your role is to keep encouraging, motivating, supporting in whatever way you can, and ensuring them that you are an awesome Sponsor they could ever have.

Depending on your budget, investing in a Co-op or other means of getting PSAs, to me, is always a better choice. You need a team to prosper and you need downlines to lead, if you are Team Leaders in the making.

In summary, S-builder Co-op does not only supply you SFI signups (PSAs), but also TC members (PRMs). Again, any SFI PSAs you receive from the S-Builder Co-op is automatically a TC member. They are entitled to become a Wave3 member and therefore your Wave3 referral.

Go for both and start achieving multiple goals with a little bit of extra effort, which makes it better than only S-Builder or Wave3, because both are significant to the success of your business.

To me, i think no such thing as ‘constructive criticism’. When you’re inclined to offer specific feedback, pause and ask yourself first how you’d feel if someone gave you that feedback. If you would feel uncomfortable or defensive, assume anyone else would too.

Here’s a question guaranteed to make your stomach lurch: “Would you mind if I gave you some feedback?”
What that actually means is “Would you mind if I gave you some negative feedback, wrapped in the guise of constructive criticism, whether you want it or not?”

I won’t even think about using the word ‘criticism’. Why would you want to criticize your downlines! Instead of guiding or coaching them. We were always reminded to be an awesome Sponsor. Steps are given, sample letters are provided, basically affiliates are using the same standard tools on SFI... which mean nothing much to be criticized.

Maybe, if you find something is not done the right way, you may want to identify the problem and suggest an alternative actions so that they could do the correction, in order to achieve their goals, but without criticizing. Lay the correct foundation for everyone and let them work more effectively. In order to be successful here on SFI, its always THEM that matters, not you or me.
Lead them with respect, as a team. Remember, that they own their own business, as you do, and they must feel empowered to run their business in the way they choose to.

There are products such as PSA To Go and SFI's S-Builder Co-op.
Once you received your PSAs, expects majority of them will do nothing. A common problem but you have to really be involved and get your downline to stay focused. You may find it a hassle, the system has been created in such a way that you have to be in constant communication with your team, and you have to be directly involved in setting things up for them, and teaching them what you know.
Motivate them, and get them as excited about it as you are.
I think this is the only way to ensure your success.

1) When you attain your Executive Affiliate rank in 1st month and next
2) When you you have active PSAs/CSAs and enable you to attain your BTL onwards
3) When you are able to duplicate and apply the 3 Simple Plan.
4) When you have and are able to lead a strong team of affiliates

1. In my opinion, video marketing is one of the easiest way for beginners. If you choose video marketing, you can make your video go 'viral' and it can be done for mobile users as well.

2. Second would be SFI radio. Like video marketing, your SFI can be made viral too. You can reach to huge listeners and chances are great for you to have a sign up. Its simple to share your radio and its not that costly.

3. Once you are comfortable with keyword and SEO, having your own website and blogs are the next step. When using article marketing, ensure that you are giving value, this is what make people take action and click your link(s).

4. A little bit advance would be Pay-Per-Action. This will make you learn about keywords and SEO. Get comfortable with keyword research and SEO.

To build a successful business at SFI, you will need 5 active affiliates for a start. This should not stop you from building your team of PSAs. My answer is, there should not be a restriction on how many number of new affiliates you need to sponsor monthly.

Simply because, in this business there are no guarantee that those active PSAs will stay active forever. You will never know when suddenly they will opt out or become inactive. Same goes to the inactives, suddenly will wake up and overtake you within short period of time. These are the possibilities. So, why take the risk of putting a fix numbers to your sponsoring plans!

Go for as many as you can, By using many ways, method of sponsoring. Be it buying from SFI, ECAs or own marketing strategy. The more we sponsor, the better rate of success we should be looking at.
