Hi Manohar,
To gain the trust of your new affiliates is very important. You will want to:
1) Send a welcome E-Card, e-mail or Team-mail as soon as they join.
Personally, I send individual E-Card to each.
2) Include your e-mail address, asking to let you know they have received your message
or have any questions.
3) Serious people that join will respond and most ask questions.
4) Answer any messages from your affiliates as soon as possible.
If you don't know the answer, let them know you will get back with the answer.
Can't find answer? Ask your up-line, training tab, check Ask SC or Forum.
5) Follow up with a mailing of the daily tasks needed and any tips of what is expected
of your new affiliate. I send this by e-mail.
Using e-mail will let you know if their address is correct and they are serious.
6) Make sure to inform new affiliates about investing $20.00 and becoming a Fast Track
member within their first 10 day of joining. To see the qualifications, go to:
https://www.sfimg.com/FT I make sure they know it is their choice.
7) Send weekly mailing with information that will help them. Before the end of the
month, inform your new affiliates about how to re-qualify each month and tips for
becoming an EA or higher each month.
8) You may want to reward your affiliates that are working their business with a
contest giving a gift certificates or new PSAs for those that qualify.

Setting up a co-op is also a good way to help your serious new affiliates.
Check this out at: https://www.sfimg.com/Training/CoopMagic
9) Praise the movers and anyone that is doing well on your team. Using your Stream tab
or individual E-Cards.
10) A monthly Newsletter is helpful for communication. Not sure what to send, go to
the SFI New at: http://news.sfimg.com/ Or use the Training information at:
https://www.sfimg.com/Training/
11) Many affiliates sign up and do not do anything. This is the downfall of free sign
ups.
Sending team mailings before the end of the month to warn the red flagged team
members they will be purged soon can help some to decide to work again.
12) Keep sending your whole team group mailings. Not knowing people's situation, means
an affiliate may decide to return and be active. To check out how to use the
Genealogy go to: https://www.sfimg.com/Support/Solution?id=194736
May you continue to be Blessed!
