Your goal is to prepare him for leadership by sharing your own experience and resources, emphasising the need to learn how to become an Awesome Sponsor so that he will have confidence in leading a few downlines and become an effective leader himself.

While he's working to be team leader, he may want to purchase TCredits for use in bidding for PSA/CSA Packages, and set up a standing order.

There are two ways in which you can help him- by giving Gift Certificate for the amount he needs, which he can reimburse you later. Or, he can purchase TCurrency from an ECA where he lives.

As an EA2, he will start to receive some benefits and a small commission. Advise him to save his commission until he has $20 so that he can apply for Payoneer card which will give him 500 VP.

With the problem of not having a credit card out of the way, your PSA will now be able to focus on other aspects of the business.

So make your posts short and concise and relevant to the day-to-day activities in SFI such as tips for when the Time Machine starts and ends and share your own tips, for example.

Reminders fo set goals at the start of the month and for requalifying EA2s to give them the rest of the month to focus on other goals and plans.

Share in the excitement of a team member’s winning at the DGD, Daily Crown, EZ games, winning the PB auction.

Encourage your team to submit answers to Ask SC and to participate in the Forum and share a bookmarked post or answer that will address a common issue among your team members.

Share your favourite quotes and thoughts for the day to inspire and motivate.

Share the latest TC and ECA promotions by providing the link and share your own experience with a certain product to encourage them to buy and try.

And a short reminder to enter the hourly T-Time when online and before logging off for a chance to win free TCredits.

If you’re running a contest or a challenge, ask them to contact you for details.

If you're going away for a few days, give directions to where they can get help, how to send Ticket to Support, where to seek quick answer- at the Forum and their a2a friends.

The best answer to give to SFI prospects who ask how does it work… and what do you do? is to give them your SFI business card and other brochures, such as Grow A Second Income X-Card which is designed especially for promoting the SFI business opportunity and attracting new affiliates and invite them to visit SFI Affiliate Center where they can get facts and figures and important information about the business and how it works.

There are actually three best ways to help your affiliates build their downlines.

To gain the maximum support from your upline to grow your SFI business is simply to ask what you should do to succeed. Your upline will only be too glad to help you.

Apart from this, you should be doing the following to gain maximum attention and support you need:

To be both successful student and teacher is like wearing two hats, or being a coin- one side a student, the other a teacher.

To be a teacher you should first be a good student, willing to learn, be an avid reader, absorb and understand what you’re reading and learning and apply that knowledge.

As a teacher you should be able to impart, but not give, that knowledge and everything that you have learned and experienced.

When you first joined SFI, you are a student of a global internet marketing program.

You need to learn the ABC of building SFI business, the 1-2-3 of TripleClicks , advertising and sales. But you already have this basic understanding within you and you only need someone to show you the way and open up your mind.

As you progressed in the business, you become a Team Leader and you develop your own team, then you become a teacher to your new members. In your weekly communications to your PSAs and CSAs, there are many things you can write about SFI that will motivate, encourage and inspire them to be more active and engaged.

Start your message with a warm greetings and warm welcome to your new members. Make them feel at home.

Then share the success of your team, no matter how modest, and heap praises on your star performers for their fantastic achievements during the week.

If one member has won anything from the Pricebenders auction, Eager Zebra games, Daily Grand Drawing, Daily Crown, or if one of your members has won the E365 Class Champion by all means do make a sing and dance about them in your Weekly Message.

Never forget to highlight other achievements such as newest EA, newest Fast-Track Member Silver and Gold, newest EA2, newest BTL, newest STL, etc. as this will surely give your inactive members a feeling of what they’re missing out on as other members of your team are moving and achieving.

For your newest members who have not yet regularly visited the Forum, share some posts, as well as answers from Ask SC that address common issues which may relate to them.

If you’re holding a contest, this also rates a mention so that your PSAs and CSAs may feel encouraged to participate as you're giving them something to aim for.

Of course, always mention the latest SFI News and announcements, and for them to be on the lookout for Spin and Win, and other important sponsoring and sales promotion.

For me, this is one of the most exciting parts of building a team.

Just when you are starting to despair about the many inactives and sleepers in your team, when most of them have been red-flagged, and and a few have opted out, and you are ready to give up on some, one or two of them suddenly log in and start to show activity.

Should you acknowledge this? Of course you should! The moment you notice a sign of activity from one of them, don’t waste any time to welcome your Affiliate back.

Remember the parable of a prodigal son? Lay down the welcome mat and spread your arms wide open! Send Welcome E-Card immediately!

And here’s what you should say:

“Welcome back! So happy to see you again! Hope you have enjoyed your break from SFI.

At your absence a lot of exciting things have happened in our business. I'll be delighted to update you and help you get back on track.”

You may want to say something more from the heart, to make your homecoming Affiliate feel not only welcome but valued. This may also make the Affiliate regret the lost time and potential earnings lost.
