The most important skills that relate to affiliates who can become successful would be pertaining to their interest and conviction. Now, how do we identify them?
When an affiliate joins the team, be vigilant to see their activities for next 7days.
- Completing their profile and other getting started activities.
- Their regularity at attaining AVP’s
- Their response to your welcome message; your offer for assistance mails and informative mails (E365, Fast Track, Launchpad lessons, importance of forum presence, importance of VP etc).
- The questions and doubts they come up with
- Their response towards purchasing NMP or Standing Order

So, I feel we need to built it around the opportunities SFI provides us to Earn. List them out to prospects and their would be something they would get attracted to.

Do you need to seek answers to your queries? You can do that by various means at SFI. But before that you need to understand that your query is best suited for which place. Let us see the options and their suitability.
1. Forum: Any general discussion that relate to SFI. You can join in In-depth discussions over SFI products, programs, services, news and much more with your SFI fellows. Ideal place to brainstorm and share your ideas and tips or to receive them. You can start a new thread and seek responses around the clock.
2. Sponsor: Relating to getting started or any other. Treat your sponsor as a real sound board and communicate well relating to each doubt that you come across. Right person to answer practically as he/ she had already faced it and have overcome that situation and grown from it. Most important source that can practically put you on right track to succeed at SFI. Source that gives duplication a meaning. Co-sponsor falls in the same league.
3. A2A: Discuss your SFI related issues with other SFI mates. You can send mail and seek for assistance from any SFI affiliate. Make friends and find solutions here.
4. FAQs: Check whether the solution exist for your query at the data base. Most of your questions would find a solution here, especially for the beginners.
5. Support: Specific queries related to you personally. You can raise a ticket after checking the FAQ’s. If FAQ’s do not address your question, then go ahead to submit your ticket and you would receive a dedicated response from support centre executive. You can submit your comments and can keep doing that till you feel your question is answered. You can submit Tripleclicks related questions on SFI or Tripleclicks support center.
6. Ask SC: You can ask your question here. If your question gets approved you will get numerous answers to draw your inferences. If it is not approved, support would definitely send you a solution to it.

You can utilize them in many different ways and for different products. To make the most out of them is situation and preference based and may vary from one person to other at different times. As per your requirements and priorities at that moment you need to decide where and how you need to utilize them.

I would say both are important for your growth in SFI, but need to be dealt when the time arise for them. One relates to short term to ongoing feature and other relates to long term goal.
How?
EA qualification is mandatory to enjoy the growth benefits at SFI. You can realize your commissions only if you maintain your monthly EA rank. Hence purchase towards EA qualification is must. This itself is not going to provide you growth.
Therefore, the investment towards expanding your team becomes important. Now it is your choice whether you do it through PSA’s to go, S-Builder co-op, bidding and winning or by advertising and getting new affiliates.
As a better option you can combine some part of it by going for products that build your team and also help you get to EA qualification. This approach helps you in the beginning.Thereafter, it is important that you decide on your budget and stick to it. Allocate money that would go towards EA qualification and other amount towards expanding your team. This would provide you the leverage to achieve your goal pragmatically.
A proactive approach with a balance is the best approach.

Two way communications is very important in a business where you are dealing with people and their motivation levels are of very high importance to you.

One - on - One would be the best method but as most of the affiliates are too far to be dealt this way, so mailing them is the option. Once a rapport is built skype is the best way to communicate with them.

Here both are important methods and should be applied in conjunction. PSA mailer provides you the facility to mail a common message to all your PSA’s at one go but its effectiveness may be argued in a way. You are sending a message to a group and hence that personalization is missed. In such cases, Most of the time mailing them to their email address would provide you better results as it would show a personal touch to them.

So it should be left at your discretion which one to use depending upon the importance and type of the message you want to convey to them. If your objective is to collect weekly points (30 VP) you can use PSA mailer to get that. For specific issues relating to your PSA's E Card, Tips or email address should be used.

This reminds me of the SFI Rules of success, Rule no.4 “Work with the workers” see www.sfimg.com/ROS/ROSWorkWithWorkers. If we read it, it would be clearly understood that it is not the numbers (Quantity) that would determine your success rather the Quality.

Having said so, the continuity in sponsoring affiliates each month would provide you the opportunity to find the quality in affiliates that is desired to grow and make your business successful.

Any number would be less if the quality does not exist. Whereas, one EA2 with sincere duplication each month can also be enough to take you to the level of success and income you look forward to.
