For building our SFI business, the appropriate products to buy would be:

1) New Members Pack (NMP) - a must for newbies for the powerful benefits attached to it.

2) TCredits as Standing Order - 125 TCredit for assured EA every month. Personally, I would prefer
2 x 100 TCredit pack because of the higher VPs offered, as compared to 1500 for pack of 125.
With this SO, fulfill the requirement & qualify for Gold Fast Track (together with $20 sales or
purchases). Depending on financial standing, one may opt to purchase the maximum package
offered, bids/play games/participate in member listing/download songs etc and score more
AVPs towards achieving higher TL position with higher perks.

3) S-Builder Co-op for Personally Sponsored Affiliates (PSAs). PSA is the lifeline of any team.
This is the cheaper way to acquire PSAs because we are sharing the cost of advertisement
done by SFI. Although no guarantee on the no. of sign-ups we are getting, whether they will be
active or not, still chances are better with sigh-ups from S-Builder as compared to PSA-To-Go or
others offered by ECAs. Doing our own marketing needs time and higher investment.

4) Prestige Domain - for marketing purposes. Can be won via DG/E365 or bidding.
If you can afford, you may consider to have more than one, to compliment S-Builder Co-op.

5) Gift Certificate. To entice potential sign-ups by offering this GC. To encourage participation from
your potential new members or PRMs. You can offer from min. $10 to max $1000, again
depending on your capability and financial status.

Via genealogy using team mail, PSA or CSA Mailer. This is recommended by SFI.

Personally, I would say sending individual letters to new PSAs would be a great choice. Your personal touch, opening your lines of communication, getting to know them individually, will allow you to cater to each and every single PSA in terms of assistance and services. Different person may need different approach. This is more important for newbies starting to build their team. Remember, you need duplication. Lead by example, do what you like your downlines to emulate and duplicate.

When you have a bigger team to lead, then a weekly genealogy selective group mailings is appropriate. Selective here means only to those active PSAs and CSAs. The workers.

Is SFI business is not a business? What would you do if SFI is your brick and mortar business? You will rise early in the morning and leave late at night, just to ensure you sustain and your business prosper. How long will that be? More than 12 hours per day.

You should think the same for SFI. If you spend 20 minutes online, you will get a 20 minutes result and income. I am sure you will do more and write at least four figure income to your commission check! For a start. My point is, there is no such thing as a fixed time. SFI is very flexible and you are your own boss... you decide how much time you like to spend for your online business. It’s all depends on the tasks to be completed daily, weekly and monthly, such as;

1. Your team
How big is your team and how active are your PSAs and CSAs. For a big team, you may need a longer hour to check your genealogy to see your team progress, sending out mails/e-card to congratulate, coaching those in your group, checking on your movers if anyone need your help etc.

2. Your daily/weekly & monthly tasks
How fast can you complete all tasks, only you are able to answer.

3. Your team communication
Email from your team members, you may want to establish rapport and communicating with your team on the social network and help them personally, indirectly building the trust among team members. Teamwork is the key.

4. Prospecting
You need to spend some time for your advertising. Be it on social networks, website, blogs, traffic exchange, pay per click etc.
You need to look for PSAs and PRMs among others, in order to draw a bigger paycheck. Means you have to promote your business at SFI, TripleClicks (your Superstore), ECA Program, Wave3, Eager Zebra Games , X-Card and many more.

Not a get rich quick scheme, SFI requires a lot of time once your team is growing. Time and dedication is the key if you are here to taste the success like many other successful SFI Team Leaders.

TCredits Welcome (TW) and Cash Welcome (CW), are similar to each other.

In welcoming your new sign-ups, using:

1) TW - you have a choice of giving away 3. 4. 5 , 6, 7, 8 or 9 TCredits to you new members. To me, TW is at least better than CW because that new member will have a chance to play Eager Zebra games, get more understanding of what VersaPoint and Member Rewards Point is, or even they can choose to list their products for sale by using Member Listing program. For one (1) TCredit they could have a feel how ECA program is functioning. You have the option of how many TCredits you like to offer, min. 3 and max 9 per person, to all, 50% or 25% of your new sign-ups, and you can indicate how many TCredits to be offered per day.

With the above experience, they may decide to continue to be active and progress further. At least, we have a chance!

2) CW - 2 TCredits required to activate this. Maximum allowed per day is 50. Also the same, you can offer to all, 50% or 25% of your sign-ups. Yes, majority may be happy to receive cash as their incentive for signing up but its for very limited usage. Most items listed on TripleClicks priced more than the value of 2 TCredits we offered to them. So, spending this cash on SFI is limited. And the process to cash out? if they decide not to spend it on SFI? If this happen, what is the benefits to us, for offering CW?

I am not going to write about being my own boss, my own time and stuff like that, but this is my sharing a bit about how SFI impacted my life:

1) Internet marketing - with zero knowledge about internet marketing when I first join SFI, I am proud to say today that SFI has thought me a lot through it's training tools which is free to everyone. I am today of someone very confident in talking or writing about anything within the scope of SFI or any other topics. Of course, I do not rely entirely on SFI for additional information, but the 1st step started with SFI.

2) Self confidence & self esteem - definitely on the rise. With more knowledge acquired, the better we understand people from around the world, of different back ground, different culture, so many different language and the most important thing, we are able to make friends and building a relationship. That's what SFI is all about. Not building a structuure, but a friendship, to grow our business. The impact on our life is huge. The unlimited income we suppose to work for and its all started with our friendship.

3) General knowledge - applicable to our daily life outside the SFI world. Imagine from someone who know nothing about blogging, how to set up a website, now are able to run an e-commerce for the company. Using the basics acquired through the learning process with SFI!

Finally, we learn to appreciate life better than before, to appreciate what we have compared to others that do not have it. In SFI, we are surrounded by many different types of people, rich, poor, disable, sick and so on, yet everyone is working hard to change their life to a better one... all from the same ground level! In their own stride and pride!

Good question.

My personal opinion is, affiliate to affiliate (a2a) means, it will give us no barrier in communication among peers. You are able to share or ask question to your a2a friends especially if you think language is your barrier, by adding a2a friends from the same country, will help you eliminate that barrier.

Team Leaders would be a better choice, so that you can learn and copy all their good actions, their leadership thread and of course, you may ask tons of questions, to avoid mistakes, mistakes that they made along the way, would be avoided by us, newbies.

and style of marketing, be it in your website, blogs or social media, facabook being the most popular.

- Make use of your prestige domain (you can purchase or if you won it via Daily Grand Drawing or E365 Contest) by referring potential sign-ups to your links provided by SFI e.g. http://www.tripleclicks.com/xxxxxxxx/pbgw, to promote PriceBenders (xxxxxxxx) being your SFI ID number.
You can change this same link to your prestige domain, e.g. http://abc.bendtheprice.com/ and it will be directed to your above link.

- Create more website and start blogging to advertise and sponsoring of PSAs. Need determination and patience though especially if you are using free sites. Its always upgradeable , but again it’s depend so much on your spending power. Weebly and WIX are quite easy to use for beginners.

- You have a choice of purchasing those marketing products from ECAs. Choose from so many different type of marketing, for different targeted market, for different countries etc.

- Look at PSA-To-Go and S-Builder if you have limited time to spend or less experience in marketing. Be is for PSA, Target Hits, Backlilnks, you name it, there are so many ECA selling all these products to help all excel and progress in doing business with SFI.

The above are all internal, all can be done through SFI and TripleClicks. You have external avenues as well, to bring your business to a greater heights. Pay Per Click, Traffic Exchange, Banners Promotion, distributing of fliers, meeting new people everyday, and so much more you can do daily. At the end of the day, its all up to you on how you want your business to grow.

What is the purpose of this meeting? Socializing alone? I would think, sponsoring will be in everyone's mind. Firstly, appoint someone to head a pro-term organizing committee.

1) Have your invitation list with RSVP. This will make it easier for you to decide on
accommodation, location, number of pax (if refreshments are to be served), size of meeting
room, seating arrangement etc.
2) Draw a meeting agenda. Topics for discussion,activities for the day. Appoint organizing
committee may be.
3) Fund Raising activities. If this going to be held on regular basis. You need a fund for
next meeting. Car boot sales, jumbo sales, food stall etc.
4) Invite reputable Team Leaders available within your area. To share his/her success story
while doing business with SFI.
5) The most important thing is: Inform your A2A affiliates to bring as many of their family
members and friends (non-members of SFI) ... for this meeting. On the spot Sponsoring
activities, after they hear all the sharing by successful invited Leaders. Open this to
public, you will have a better and bigger pool of potential sign-ups.
