There are things you need to include in your invitation that can motivate you affiliates to come.

1. The topic is something that is not found on the SFI website or something that they have difficulty in doing. Most of these are on the area of internet marketing. In other words do not make the topic very elementary.

2. Make it a venue where they can also invite their prospective affiliates to sign up under them.

3. Give incentives - there will be many incentives that you can think of. be creative. Incentives must be related to your topic ans SFI business.

4. Choose a good venue that your affiliates would love to come.

5. Give some snacks.

If this is your first training, you should make this interesting and not boring. otherwise you will not have audience next time you want to conduct another training. So prepare well. Prepare the presentation. Give them positive experience.

This is easier to do if you are a Fast-Track member yourself. But you can still explain it if you are not.

There is a short term reward of being a fast-track member, that is the bonus points you get. But the most important is the long term benefit of having a Fast-Track member badge.

Most of what we are doing as sponsors is leading by example. Our badges show our achievements to our affiliates. They are inspired by our achievements.

Being a Fast-Track member is one achievement that you earn early in your SFI journey. It tells us a lot about our seriousness in our SFI business. It gives confidence to our affiliates that SFI works.

If we are not a Fast-Tracker member, we can tell them that it is one of our regrets that we do not have the badge, so we are telling them early the importance of being a member of Fast-Track.

It is important to let them know from the time that they sign up for SFI, because they only have 10 days to become a Fast-Track member.

Pay Per Click (PPC) or Paid to Click (PTC) programs are one of the richest source of affiliates. The reason is, those people who re joining PPC and PTC programs are there to earn online.

So when you advertise to PPC and PTC you are in front of audience who are ready to join anything that will give them online income.

So, what are the best methods of generating sign ups? Here are my tips

1. Choose a PPC/PTC sites having at least 100,000 members. - obviously we need more people to see our ads.

2. Choose a PPC/PTC sites that are operating for at least two years - There many PPC/PTC's that come and go. Stable PPC/PTC sites adds credibility to the ads shown in that sites. - You can do this by simple research on forum about PPC/PTC.

3. Make a catchy ads. If you do not know how to make one, you can again make a simple search for examples of a catchy ads.

4. Optimize your ads by tracking the number of clicks on your different ads. Use different keycode for different ads. Put them in excel so that you can compare which one is generating more clicks and sign ups.

Forty percent of the commission value (CV) or we can call it profit of SFI, company-wide, are given back to all affiliates who earn versa points (VP).

Our share depends on the number of VP we earned the more VP we have the bigger our share. Our goal therefore is to have as much VP we can.

The biggest VP comes not from our personally earn VP but from the VP's earned by our downlines. We can automatically harvest same VP as our downlines if we qualify as team leaders and our downlines qualifies at least as EA2.

The higher our rank, the deeper we reach our downlines. BTL can harvest up to 6 generation, STL to 8 generation, GTL to 10 generation and PTL and DTL to 12 generation.

This is the reason why we need to build our organization wider and deeper. Simultaneously, we also build our rank higher by earning VP ourselves. The VP that we earn should be a combination of action VP based on what we do and Sales VP based on what purchase.

This goal of making our organization bigger and bigger has a domino effects in our income. As our first level downlines build their own organization they need to buy to reach a rank and every purchase they make we earn commission. This is the magic of SFI. We are selling something even if we are not actively selling the product.

Congratulations first of all for creating that momentum!!! I hope you can share in the forum how you created that momentum.

Now your your question is how to maintain or even increase that momentum.

My suggestion is you build from what you have already done to create that momentum. I don't know, probably you created a contest that attracted participation from your group, then build on that.

The key to maintain that momentum is keep those who participated wants for more. And they key to boost or increase participation is to attract more participants.

I run a FREE coop every month among my PSA who can reach at least EA, it created a certain momentum, I maintain this momentum by repeatedly announcing it four times a month.

I increase participation by giving Gift certificate to those who will become EA2 for the first time, the value of gift certificate is quite attractive that every one would like to have it.

I learned this by observing what SFI management is doing. You probably observe that every month there is something new with SFI.

The prices are getting bigger but you also observed that many of the motivational efforts of SFI are not in the form money. Many are in the form of badges that gives honor and moral to the affiliates. Learn from them and you will not run out of creative ways to maintain or boost the momentum of your group.

If you talk about income with SFI we should scrutinize the compensation plan becuase that is how earn here at SFI.

I would like to present it here and let's see where we can find the most cost effective way of boosting our income.

1. Commission from the purchases of your PSA. - This is cost effective if you know how to sign them up for free. You don't use paid ads or purchases to find them but you take efforts through warm marketing and free ads.

2. Commission from the purchases of your PRM - It's cost effective if you find them same as in no.1.

3. Commission from the purchases of your CSA - You need to have a rank to have them or spend on TC so that you can bid for them in auction. It's expensive to maintain a rank without affiliates. And its expensive to win them from auction specially if you just learning how to bid.

4. Commission from the sales of your ECA - This does not come easily and you can not buy ECA so this needs efforts therefore cost effective.

5. Share from the executive pool - This will take sometime to build because this largely depend on the growth of your organization. Cost effective if all your affiliates signed through your no cost campaign.

6. Selling your products and old stuff - If you can do this, this is the most cost effective. Because every sales means income.

7. Finding affiliates for SFI through its SFIPPA program - cost effective if again you got them signed up from your no cost campaign.

From the list of all possible income stream you will note that you can BEST boost your income the most effective way is when:

1. You signed-up affiliates from your no cost campaigns.

This is a cutting edge question! because many of our affiliates even if SFI has done a lot of simplification still are confused once they joined SFI.

The main reason I think are the links with in the webpages. Once you click on them you will get lost. This is the reason why we need to explain the big picture first so that they would understand the amazing opportunity here at SFI.

I usually start with ways to earn in SFI. After all it is the reason why majority are joining online opportunities like SFI. I tell them, Here are the ways to earn from SFI:

1. You earn commission if you sell any of the products or services sold at SFI's online store "the TrippleClicks. There are three types of Customers where you can sell the products.

a. To people who are not member of SFI's affiliate program - You will get 45% of the profit (Commission Value or CV) as commission. The person who bought is called your PRM (Personally Recruited Member of TripleClicks). You employ active selling to this people.

b. To people that you Personally Sponsored to join the Affiliate program of SFI, they are called your PSA (Personally Sponsored Affiliates). - You will get 45% of CV from their purchases. You don't have to sell to these people because they will buy on their own. This is the magic of SFI program.

c. To people Sponsored by others to join SFI but you are designated as their Co-Sponsor. They are called your CSA (Co-Sponsored Affiliates) - you will get 15% of CV from their purchases. You also don't have to sell to these people because they will buy on their own.

2. You can earn by selling your own product - You get all the profit, you only pay few percentage for those that are sold. - You have more than 4 million members of TripleClicks as captive customer! You can sell new or old stuff.

3. You can earn if you recruit others to sell also at TripleClicks - They will be called your E-Commerce Affiliates (ECA) - You get 10% of CV for whatever they sell.

4. You earn if you recruit affiliates and give them to SFI - They will pay you depending on the activities of your recruited affiliates. - This is called SFI Pay Per Action (SFIPPA) program.

You are thinking into the right direction. Blog with email capture and autoresponder. Nevertheless there is a need for thorough preparation before you do this.

1. The content of your blog must be worth the email that a person wants to give you. There are at least two instances that a person would like to give you their email address:

a. When they are very interested and glued to what you are saying in your blog, that they want to be informed with the next update that you will post. This requires a lot of creativity. If your blog is about SFI/TripleClicks this implies that you know the SFI/TripleClicks business model well. And you have some techniques or methods on how you make SFI works.

b. When you give them something free. An e-book or a gift certificate is a very good gift you can give in exchange of their email address.

2. You need to plan ahead of time what are you going to put in your autoresponder. I thinks this is what you mean by example of what to put into the series.

a. You have to determine the number of emails to send. According to survey, you need 8 to 10 emails before a person get interested and respond to act. But you don't have to send more if they already responded before you reach 8.

b. You need to determine the spacing of each email. When it's too close they might marked your email as spam. When it is too far, they might forget your first email and will not connect to what you said previously. Every 2 to 3 days is a good spacing.

c. The length of your email. Don't make it too long that at first glance the reader won't be encourage to read it. Don't make it too short that it become so obvious as ads blitz. Two paragraph is a good size. Meaning limit your email to two related ideas.

d. The mode or the tone of your email. There is no other tone that can beat a personalized email. Make it personal.

e. My guess is you want a series of topic related to SFI right? Here are my suggestion.

i. Preliminaries: - Thank them for signing up in your news letter. Tell them what to expect in next emails. - That's it. Only two related topics in 2 paragraphs.

ii. How to Earn in SFI - Study well the compensation plan ang give a summary of the different streams of possible income. For me this is important because this is the main reason why we join online business like SFI. Then raise their expectation that next email you will discuss them in details. Two related topics, two paragraphs.

iii. How to commissions from PSA and CSA - One paragraphs for PSA commission and 1 paragraph for CSA commission. Of course you will explain what is PSA and CSA.

iV. How to Earn commission from PRM and ECA - do the same as you explaine PSA and CSA. Again two main paragraphs.

v. How to earn Money from Executive Pool - You explain the role of VP and the ranks to take part in the executive pool. Two main paragraphs again.

vi. How to earn from selling old stuff and being an ECA himself. two paragraphs for this two.

vii. Discuss the two success factors - Finding affiliates and earning VP.

viii. Discuss Pricebenders and TCredits.

I would like to start with a positive note:

Our PSAs and CSAs' act of signing up with SFI indicates that there is a motive for them to the business and earn.

Nevertheless I would say that there two kinds of earnings that motivated our PSAs and CSAs to sign up.
1) They signed up from paid-to-sign up websites.
2) They really want to earn from SFI.

We can not really convince those that signed up from paid-to-sign-up websites because they already get paid when they signed up. They don't care what kind of program they joined.

Our concern however are those PSAs and CSAs who signed up to earn from SFI but decided to quit or not to continue when they log in to SFI.

Here are some reasons why its difficult for us to convince them to work the business despite all the advantages.

1. They see it as complicated - they can not understand the system. This is the reason why, we as sponsor should learn how to simplify every part of SFI business model.

2. They understand but they don't want the process of building up the business, they want quick and easy money.

3. They understand but they have no the capacity to buy from the internet.

4. They understand but they don't know or do not like to marketing.

5. They understand but they don't have time.

So our first objective is to engage them in a conversation so that we will know their reasons why they are not working their SFI business and help them.

Maintaining a rank (EA and above) is not the only factor that makes us earn from SFI. Infact, if that is our main target, we will end up spending rather than earning. It's expensive to maintain a rank without active affiliates.

So, we tell the whole story of how can they earn from SFI. Telling them only to maintain EA status every month is really a sign of sponsor's greediness, because he is the only one earning. Sooner or later, your affiliate will know it.

So we tell them that there are three factors that we should be doing at the same time to earn from SFI.

1. Active affiliates - We should continuously find affiliates, in fact that is our main job.Without affiliates, you may as well bid SFI goodbye.

2. Maintaining a rank (EA and above) - commensurate to your active affiliates.

3. Duplication - Tell them to teach their affiliates to do what they are doing. Finding active affiliates and maintaining a rank.

if your priority is to help your affiliates to earn, then telling them to maintain an EA status will not sound greedy.
