Our potential residual income is a result of the work that we put into our businesses, training our enlarging teams to keep enlarging and training their teams. But a large group of many generations in length and many persons wide will not insure us of a residual income unless the training covers essential matters and are not only learned, but practiced.

While all the other points are important, the most important point to remember is that no money is made without sales and purchases. Money has to change hands. We must train our affiliates to market the items available from TripleClicks and we must convince our affiliates that their best use of their money is through the purchases from TC of the things that they would be buying anyway. And that they can make some money advertising these items and others for sale. When the whole team is likeminded on this, then the potential residual money is beginning to come together.

What will keep that money residual and perpetual is the solidity of the team. Strength in depth and width, and also in their tenacity to keep with the business. As the newer generations take real hold of SFI, they put more effort into sponsoring, training, and leading.

Just as critical mass is the amount of momentum or energy that a reaction must build up to before it can not be stopped, so a residual producing business has a critical mass. After CM is achieved, the residual income is practically perpetual. The original Team Leader does not have to keep working to build his team, the others are doing that and the training. The Team Leader must maintain good group morale, and provide encouragement.

So if you are growing your team in both numbers and knowledge, changing their habits towards better business results and are convincing them about the wisdom of buying from TripleClicks, then you are building your residual income potential.

Our relationships with SFI/TC are as independent affiliates. We are not employees, this is not a job with a boss. We own our businesses and we make all of our own decisions about running it as long as we keep within the parameters set by SFI.

SFI provides us with the training and structure for our businesses. They supply the web-sites and many tools along with tech support, and a thorough support system for dealing with questions and problems. It is the business building part of the package.

TripleClicks is the financial part where our commissions and royalties come from. It supplies us with an endless assortment of products that we can advertise for sale at no cost to us. We do not have to maintain an inventory in order to sell these products unless we chose to have our own eCommerce Store. It is our store and we are encouraged to buy our needs and wants from our store.

Our part of this affiliate relationship is to be sure we work by the rules. We either buy or advertise for new affiliate and customers, who become part of our marketing team, using the SFI/TC structure as we use it. Our commissions are also based on our active team.

We do not pay any membership dues or start up fees to SFI. Instead it makes it's money from our sales, purchases, and participation in the games and auctions. Our money comes through SFI from more than 6 different income streams. We have the freedom to decide which steams in which we wish to participate.

I have several reasons to feel proud to be an SFI/TC Affiliate.

1)- It is a long-time ethical business that brings people from many parts of the world together to work in a single-minded effort to change their economic condition.
2)- It brings people of the many religious beliefs together in a peaceful way, allowing us to have an understanding of the true value and humaness of the people different religions.
3)- It allows us to get to know people from other countries and brings our thoughts of how they live to a more up to date image. The old National Geographic magazines do not quite fit with people having cell phones and computers.
I love this world!

4)- I am proud that I have been able to take a little sign-up form and turn it into a living business where I am actually selling items, leading people, advertising in global ads, and writing tutorials.
5)- I am proud that I have not quit, that I have followed instructions of my leaders, and I'm proud of my commissions which truly are the proof of success in any business.

When choosing items to sell at TripleClicks you must consider more than just cheap or expensive or the ability of your customers to pay for them.

When you are an ECA, you chose what percentage of the price you will give TC for their administration of the sale. 15 % is the least. This percentage and the asking price of an item determines partially how much VP and CV goes with the item it all comes out of that little 15 %. This is often a determining factor in whether an affiliate will buy your item or go elsewhere. It also helps determine whether an affiliate will advertise your item.

So generally, the least expensive items, though they may be top quality, do not carry the kind of VP and CV that the more expensive items do. While people may only need 50 VP to fill the last bit of their 1500 or 3000 VP and may grab at your item, you will have to sell quite a number of them before you can pay all of your SFI expenses from your sales.

First you must decide why you want to sell items as an ECA. Then decide if you want the high end products or the low end. And then again, you may just want to have fun and sell what you want.

If you have a local team of your PSAs, their generations, and your CSAs you might want to have a meeting to recruit PSAs and PRMs for members of your team. Remember that duplication is very important at SFI, therefore do not do anything that your PSAs can not duplicate.

Use of someone's home might be a put off for those who do not have a home worthy of holding a business meeting. They may not want strangers coming into it. So rent a simple but adequate meeting room. The rental date will determine the time and date for the meeting. Make your invitations to members of your team, asking them to bring some friends or contacts to the meeting. Also advertise the meeting as it is for the introduction of a method of earning a second income. Free to attend. Do not allow members of other SFI teams to attend because that could lead to some heavy duty cross-ling, cross-solicitation, and poaching.

Have everyone register when they enter the room, affiliates and guests.Get email addresses and phone numbers.

Since most of us can get along for 2-3 hours without needing food or drink, do not serve them. This adds expense to the meeting and again you must do what your team can see themselves doing.

This is not a meeting set up for training. It is for recruiting and referring new team members. Do not encourage your team members to trade secrets, or talk about SFI in front of the guests. You want to control how the guests are introduced to the SFI/TC opportunity.

If guests want to sign-up, let them sign-up under the ones who brought them to the meeting. Those that came because of your adds, should go under you, or you may share them with those of your team who are in attendance.

Make sure that you know what and how you want to say. Have notes or a computer write-up. Let the program be light, short, and fun. Leave time for questions. Have a few computers available for sign ups.

If this meeting was a success, then announce that you will get in contact with them before the next meeting. When you do get in contact, you might divide the cost of the meeting room amongst those affiliates who attend. Or ask a $5 cover charge for all affiliates.

Do follow-ups with your Team members to be sure they understand what they need to do before a meeting and during and after it, too.

If there are no guests, then turn the meeting into a training meeting. Here again watch for improper talk between your people. No poaching, etc.

When prospecting for PRMs, I have used the Gift Cards. I spot someone who looks like she or he shops and spends money. I look for something they have on or are carrying, etc. that I know that TripleClicks has in its vast number of products.

For example, at a flea market where I was a vendor, I spotted a young couple who were dressed to the max in gothic garb. They were looking at silver jewelry and liked a certain piece at a neighboring vendor. When they were done there, I signaled them to come to me. I handed each a Gift Card and told them it was for an online shopping mall that I have been buying from for 5 years. I told them that the TCredits were for the games or auctions, and that TC had jewelry and cosmetics that they would be interested in at very reasonable prices. Since I didn't think this young couple would be interested in selling their items, I left that part out, reducing their negative thoughts.

They took the cards, said thank you and before I got home, she had become my PRM.

I pays you to spend time everyday checking out the new and old items at TC. That way you can pair people with our products.

You can also pick a few products to promote. Choose interesting products that have a market you can relate to. Then begin advertising them in warm and cold markets. Be enthusiastic and maintain a knowledgeable manner. Remember, to buy a TC product, a person must become a TC Member, thereby becoming your PRM.

Whether you advertise face-to-face to a warm or cold market or use printed advertising, you must grab their attention immediately. And don't bore them.

First you must determine exactly why he is quitting. Has he lost confidence in you, the business, or himself?

If you feel that he is quitting because you did not live up to his idea of an ideal sponsor, find out where you "failed". Can you rectify it? Do you need to be more human, real? While beginning a relationship at this point may not keep him in, the relationship will cement him in if you can convince him to stay.

Is it the business that is at fault? Is there too much to study? Too many Daily activities? Is he tired of the training and wants to move into the meat of the business? Are his PSAs not working or responding to his emails? Can't he find good places to advertise? He doesn't want to invest any time or money into the business and can't understand why it is standing still?

Or, is he thinking that maybe he can't do it without someone helping him. Or worse yet, that he will never see success.Is he an easy quitter?Or he doesn't think that he has what it takes?

I believe that we must build up the confidences of all those who have always been told that they will never amount to much. Their loved ones have put them in boxes. After they are freed from that, then we must deal with the significant present, the now and why of wanting to quit.

Build up his confidence in you and the business. Stress that every problem has a solution and that you can work together to find that solution. Remind him of some of the wonderful things about this SFI and keep reminding him in the weeks to come. There are enough good things to name three ech week and go on for weeks.

Then give him small directed goals to begin fashioning his business into something that will work. Relax on gathering VP and concentrate on either selling or recruiting, training, and leading.

Here you must step into a leadership position. A follower needs someone to lead him. Surely some will see and do, but many need that extra explanation. I think this may be the toughest part of being a leader.

The best way to help an affiliate invest his money into his SFI business is to teach him the different ways of making money through the many income streams that SFI provides.

While building a team is important, it will probably not bring in an immediate income. If money is needed to set up standing orders and buy marketing aids, then he must learn how to earn that money. Selling items will bring the fastest income if done properly and diligently. Teach him how to use the text ads for selling the auctions and games. Teach him how to sell items from TripleClicks and the ECAs. Stress the number of ads that must be placed regularly in order to get results.

Show him how to recruit his local businesses into the ECA program. There is a flyer that can be copied and handed out to prospective ECAs.

The main idea is to teach him to earn money through SFI, not elsewhere. Unless he can find niche jobs that will give him a temporary income like delivering papers, collecting pop cans and bottles, lawn or yard work, etc.

The next challenge you will face with him is that if he is truly short of money, then any money he brings in could be immediately lost to paying an over due bill. He will have to be able to hold on to that money until he can transfer it into his SFI account.

When he has a little money, it will be up to you to suggest what he should buy with that money. S Builders, marketing aids, TCredits, or something he normally uses that is sold by his local ECA. Help him set up a Standing Order with just enough items that he can pay for at the time. A standing order does not have to be 1500 VP large or remain the same month after month. Also, if there is no money in his account, TC won't process it. The main thing is to for his habit of having a standing order and getting money into his account to pay for it.

It is sometimes that the biggest impediment to an affiliate investing in is account is his mind set. By helping him to form the habit of a monthly SO, and teaching him how to earn the money through SFI streams, you will be going a far way towards your goal of exciting him about SFI and training him how to succeed.

While many of us like to be creative, our successful SFI business is based on Duplication. We have a very extensive training manual with SFI. If we read and learn it, follow the instructions and become part of the tradition of SFI success stories, then we will want our Team members to also follow what we do.

Actually, we as humans, do follow our leaders. We follow our parents very closely, whether we respect and love them or not. For example: do you like mayonnaise or Miracle Whip? If you yell at your kids, did your parents yell at you? Did they show kindness or temper? And what do you show?

The point being is that your PSAs will copy what they see you doing. If you want them to go off track with their own systems, then by all means show them that you are not following the proven track of SFI training. If you want them to follow the tried and true SFI method of doing business, then learn how to make it work for you and let them see you using it.

There are several advantages to teaching duplication by using SFI methods.
1) If they are using SFI methods, then they are all doing the same thing and you have an idea about what they are doing.
2) If all SFIers use the same SFI methods, then it is safe to ask for help on the Forum, a2a, and any of your upline.
3) While some creative people have a real knack for organization and follow-through, there are many who just want to go off on their own and do not think things through. When they fail they blame you or SFI.
